Jack is the best. He did a wonderful job fixing my car and helping me out with the insurance company. He even called to get me a car rental nearby, and the whole process was super easy. Great staff, too. I highly recommend this place for Tesla!

The did a best work for my car. Since my car means for me a lot , they did a best body work on it! 0 issues! Love this guys, they were efficient and so friendly. Will I use them again? Yes!!! Definitely the best body shop in the town!

Not only I was able to get my scratched Tesla renewed at mint condition, during the wheel alignment, technician was detailed enough to find out the rear right tire was missing the camber arm nut for the bolt. Under their advice, I took it back to the Tesla service center to fix the problem. If you are looking for an auto body shop that has the knowledge of Tesla vehicles, Pasadena Collision Center should be your trusted resource! I was referred by Tesla service center, I am glad make the trip!

We had had a fantastic experience with Pasadena Collision Center! The staff was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. My car was repaired to perfection, and it looks as good as new. They kept me updated throughout the process and completed the work ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with the results and the excellent customer service. On my drive into work (Downtown Los Angeles), my 15" Dodge Charger was side swiped in traffic. Desperate to resolve the Issue, I found Pasadena Collision Center through a quick local search on yelp. I also read various positive reviews.I am SO happy with my decision to take my vehicle there. I was guaranteed that my car would be serviced at the highest quality and to OEM parts. This isn't a shop that is going to cut corners, and wants to ensure that your car is taken care of so when you get it back it's BRAND new. They work with many different insurance companies and handled my business with Progressive/ Safeco in a very efficient, and professional manner.This isn't a place to get a "quick cheap fix". If you care about how your vehicle is looked after and want a guarantee that things will be done right. Come to Pasadena Collision Center.A special shoutout to Movses, who handled my case personally when I was experiencing issues with my Insurance company. This is a great shop that cares about their customers and wants to build relationships. You are not just an insurance claim number.

I had some paint that needed touch up on my Tesla. There also was a few dents to be pulled out. Jack, the Director of Operations is awesome. He has the right attitude and made it a great experience. I'm very happy with the results!

My car has two separate claims in process at the same time. One is on my State Farm policy for the front bumper after hiting road debris. The other is GEICO because someone backed into my rear bumper.PCC was able to get State Farm to approve a new Lexus OEM bumper cover. State Farm usually insists on used or aftermarket.PCC is doing an excellent job at handling both claims simultaneously.

I have never encountered more rudeness or incompetence in my life. They did such terrible work that I lost over $2000 in resell value because of it.

Although PCC mainly specializes in body work, they also have a great team of technicians and mechanics that make this shop a One Place Does it All for cars. I had taken in my BMW 135i to get a set of coil-overs installed on it. The job was finished before I had come back from lunch! Absolutely great service as well as lower labor quotes compared to other shops.

After getting in a car accident and searching for auto body shops, Pasadena collision Center by far stood out as The best place to get my car fixed. Everyone here is so nice and being a young girl getting in her first car accident it was very nervous for me but they made me feel comfortable and walked me through process. I would not recommend going anywhere else but Pasadena collision center they by far were the kindest body shop I have ever went to and fix my car in a very good time frame as well as making it look brand new.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

When my car was rear ended I consulted with several paint and body shops in the area. Movses, took the time to personally look my car over and pointed out items that the other insurance company did not account for in their appraisal and repair offer. This is my go to auto collision place. I live around the area and recommend all my friends to it. Number one customer service and service overall. I took multiple of my cars there, including my range rover that I had damaged in an accident and they fixed in no time good as new. The overall process was extremely satisfying and helpful due to the assistance of their workers and management. Would recommend this place to anyone pertaining to collision incidents, auto body fixing, detailing, etc. They also did my tints and paint job for one of my other cars. They have given me a great experience and reasons to come back for any future references.

We've had 5 not at fault accidents the last 3 years, all Mercedes, and this was by far the best experience we have had. We were referred by our attorney. Fast, quality service. Benz looks like it just rolled off the lot brand new after significant front end damage. Much better than the place on La Cienega. If you drive luxury cars and get in accidents on the Westside you know what place I'm talking about. I'm glad I made the switch. Don't let the Pasadena location deter you if you're on the Westside like us, they will take care of you. Shout out to Sy for his professionalism. Great and friendly staff. They drove me back to my car and helped jump start it without a charge or time wasted. Doubt these guys will nickel and dime you when another shop i walked to would charge me $50 after a 30 minute wait for the same thing.
