I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! From start to finish, the team at Mitch's Auto Shop provided outstanding service and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.One of the things that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had, which really put me at ease. Considering I had an awful experience at a previous mechanic that took advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars, Mitch and his team made sure I was taken care of.In addition to the excellent customer service, the work they did on my car was so fast. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to diagnose the issue, make the necessary repairs, and have me back on the road in no time. And the best part? The repairs were done right the first time, and my car has been running smoothly ever since.Overall, I can confidently say that Mitch's Auto is a reliable and trustworthy business that truly cares about their customers. I had a great experience with Mitch's Auto. I was quoted a very fair price for some work I needed done on my Subaru, and Mitch stuck with it even after the labor required was significantly more than expected. And despite the difficulty the job was still done quickly. Mitch and his staff are friendly, professional, and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Today I had a real good experience with Mitch's Auto. When you go in you can tell that they are honest and caring, and i felt that way all the way through. I had an issue reaching me and they were professional and kind with me. Thank you all. A very nice group of people. All of them treated me well and i felt more than comfortable leaving my car there with them. It was my first time here and i will continue to come back for my auto repairs. They took care of me well and had very fair prices.

Had a warning light on my 2007 Prius and brought it. They replaced the inverted water pump, but unfortunately it died 2 months later. I called and they told me to bring it in. To my surprise, they replaced the part completely free of charge, telling me the unit was faulty. I was expecting to pay for labor, but appreciate their honesty and integrity. Will be going back for any future repairs. Thanks!

Anyone who lives in LA knows how much of a beating cars take in this town, how expensive they are to fix, and how difficult it can be to find an honest mechanic when you need one. Mitch and his crew were fantastic, and I'll be taking my SUV back to them whenever it needs work next (which hopefully won't be for a long time ). I took my car to Mitch's auto for a minor electrical problem; when Mitch looked into it and it turned out it was an unusual issue that he didn't have the right tools to diagnose and fix, he advised me to take my car to a Honda dealer to get it looked at and didn't even charge me for the labor. Mitch explained things in easy to understand terms and I can tell that he and his team are efficient, honest professionals. I appreciate their help and I'll be back for any car needs in the future!

Mitch was great! I came in concerned about my car feeling wobbly after the rain & Mitch and his staff went out of their way to tighten my lug nuts & check it out the next day, free of charge because nothing ended up being wrong with my car. Thank you! I highly recommend, will be retuning myself!

Mitch is trustworthy, which is my most important criteria. He does excellent work for a reasonable price, is on time, and his assistant Shirley is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Mitch's Auto to my friends and family--and to all of you as well.

Ive been to A LOT of shops in my years. Never ever have i had such kid glove service, upfront pricing and ABOVE AND BEYOND service delivered. I have been going here for many years, as has everyone in our building. Mitch is 100% honest and a great mechanic. I just take our cars there and shrug when they tell me the price because it is always reasonable and I know the price is better than competitive. I never worry that I am being taken advantage of in any way. Best mechanic I've used.

Mitch s is great! Had some rusted bolts that I couldn t remove myself and after they took care of it he insisted it was on the house. Will definitely go back there if I have any other car issues!

I called this place to see if they can jump start my car. I don't have any AAA or road side assistance. My car was having battery problems, an it would die from time to time. Thankfully, over the phone I talked to Mitch. He was very understnading and agreed to meet me. I gave him the location and said he would be there in a few. No joke, in less than 5 min he was there with jumper cables and his mechanic guy. They jump started my car and it was working right away. Mitch later introduced himself, and I was very relieved. We parted ways and he didn't charge me at all. Have to say, best customer service ever. Thank you again. :)))))

Always honest and up front and tells me what's needed now and what work can wait. This week Mitch's estimate to replace my alternator came in almost $600 cheaper than the scam artists at the dealership. Plus Mitch said the other 2 repairs the dealership claimed were urgent were non-issues. I recommend Mitch's to everyone I know.

When I can t do the work myself, or get stuck, I always take my car to Mitch s Auto. Pricing is extremely fair, the service writer and Mitch are so friendly and helpful, and all of the techs have done an awesome job on my 1991 Toyota MR2 (which not many shops are comfortable working on); From replacing a broken wheel stud, to swapping my steering rack, they do it all, and in a timely manner as well!Check em out!

I am a mechanical engineer so I know a good bit about cars and how they function. I took my car to Mitch's thinking I would get a good fix, it was also close by and had good reviews. I told them my car was old and I additionally described the issue and told them I thought it was the fuel pump. I also told them my car was extremely old so I didn't want to put more money in it unless the fix would work. The mechanic told me it wasn't the fuel pump and that it was an issue that cold be fixed with 150 dollars of work. When I asked how confident he was he said 90 percent (leaving that window open if it didn't) He said it worked, I picked up the car and thought everything is good. In reality the fix did nothing and I am left with a car that wouldn't start the next day. Turns out the problem was the one I assumed it was. Basically I was fleeced of 150 dollars by mechanics who clearly know less about fixing the cars than their customers. Definitley would not recommend. Please go elsewhere.

Took a friend's car here to be serviced last year and they were professional. Decided to take my car and again they were professional. Further, they diagnosed my car and the cost to fix was going to be the same as the value of the car so I didn't get it done. I was concerned that I was going to get a hefty bill but to my delight they did not charge me.I have previously referred friends to them and will continue to do so.

This place is a great auto shop to bring your vehicle or family and friends autos. They're super trustworthy, honest, friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for years now. I have never been taking advantage. I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs anything from oil change to any major issues with your vehicle. Please give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday while driving to work, I picked up a kitten in the street. The silly little thing, once in my vehicle, promptly crawled up underneath my dashboard. I couldn't find it, and couldn't get it out on my own, so I drove to Mitch's to see if they could help.I was helped immediately, even though I was just a walk in, and they were very reassuring that they would be able to get the kitten out. After removing my glovebox, we were finally able to spot it. They couldn't get it out that day, because the kitten had gotten stuck and we could barely reach it, so they let my car stay with them over night.The next morning, the kitten had crawled out on it's own, after those other pieces were moved out of it's way, and they called to let me know my car and the kitten were ready to be picked up. I was surprised when I got there to find that they weren't going to charge me for removing the kitten!I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon them and will probably be back in the future for my car's needs.

I live in Tehachapi where I received aweful service and was ripped off by one garage. I have a buddy in Pasadena and decided to find a mechanic there. Mitch's has been a perfect find and they are great.

Been here twice and each time I got exactly what I asked for with zero upsell. Gave me an update on condition of brakes, etc with honest assessment. Will recommend and continue to patronize.

Mitch is our go-to mechanic. It's so difficult to find an honest mechanic and he's the best. Oil changes and relatively expensive but everything else is fair
