Originally discovered Mastertech in a short list of preferred installers of an after-market (Vais Tech) satellite radio hardware/interface for my new Subaru. After an initial assessment Mastertech owner Mike made me feel at ease with his knowledge and experience with the products. So much that I added speaker, lighting and USB upgrades at the same time. From the start Mastertech owner Mike was personally involved in planning the installation and showed a level of commitment, resourcefulness and care rarely seen in the automotive world. They advised me on various installation options, kept me apprised throughout the process and was able to deliver a first rate product installation, which involved both careful assembly of components and tech programming. My new car was cared for beautifully throughout the process. Would highly recommend Mike and his team for any after market upgrades.

Mike has been our mechanic since he purchased Lex Mastertech from the previous owner. He is honest, extremely insightful, and fair. He successfully maintains and repairs our vehicles, even my Honda! His prices compensate his workers fairly. And he doesn t try to get you to do work that isn t needed.I give him my highest recommendation to take care of your cars!!

I was referred to Lex Master Tech by an elderly couple who have been taking their car to Mike for years. They told me they wouldn't go anywhere else and they were very happy with them. I have been taking my car to the dealer for years because I'm very cautious about mechanics. After talking with couple, I decided to bring my car there for service and I have to admit that I am very happy with their work and professionalism. Everyone I spoke with in the shop was very nice. They were very prompt with the repair and their prices are good. I will definitely be going back there anytime I need work done on my Lexus. If you are as cautious as me, definitely give them a try. You will be glad.

Was pleasantly surprised at how affordable some of the services I needed were. It s like my Highlander has new life. I m glad I took my vehicle here. If I ever get another vehicle, it ll probably be a Toyota, just so I can bring it here for the maintenance. Very lucky to have found this place. My Lexus RC200t radio, navigation and electronic display went out suddenly. After spending $200 for a dealer diagnosis and being quoted $2,600 for the dealer repair that was not guaranteed to correct the problem, I took my car to Mike at LEXMasterTech. Mike assess the problem quickly, ordered parts, and fixed the problem for $1249. I would very highly recommend his services to any Lexus/Toyota owner.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike's shop is highly recommended on the clublexus forums and they well deserve their praise. I recently had brought my ES350 here when the check engine light/VSC/traction control lights came on and Mike was able to track down the root cause for the error codes and replace a faulty oxygen sensor.They have great, courteous service while being incredibly busy; props to Linda and Mike.Pricing is fair and reasonable - much better than the dealer.

I recommend this Lexus repair shop very highly. Mike is the owner and he is an expert on all Lexus and Toyota cars. He is very pleasant and reasonable. The waiting room is very clean and nice with current magazines, free coffees and teas, HDTV. He has taken excellent care of my 14 year old Lexus for the past two years.

I first met Mike (Lex Mastertech) right when he opened his shop in Walnut Avenue, Pasadena (2 years ago-2011). I explained to him that my old mechanic used to occupy his shop and how disappointed I was to find out that my old mechanic left Pasadena.Mike assured me that he was a qualified Toyota/Lexus technician and that he was going to be able to take care of all my auto maintenance needs. I have a 1999 Lexus RX 300 and a 2006 Toyota Sienna Limited and have been taking it to Mike since 2011.Mike is very honest, courteous, polite, dependable and knowledgeable about cars. He has given me multiple advises about my cars and has helped me even after hours to take care of my car issues.Mike and his crew gives high quality service for a very reasonable price. You won't see me visiting my local Lexus/Toyota dealer anytime soon.Thanks Mike and Keep up the Great work!

Came in to check why my engine light was on and apparently it was just my gas cap that had to be changed. The workers and the owner were really helpful !!!!! I can't complain at all about this place! My experience here was GREAT! The owner comes out to greet everybody and makes sure everything is okay and also gives you advice about your car. Definitely will come back here if my car ever needs a service done!!

Decided to google a place to handle my Lexus instead of going to the dealer and I m so glad i did. I lost my key fob, and took the car in, they programmed me a new key in under 30 minutes. Also, the mechanic fixed my trunk for free (wasn t opening) If you want a good and honest mechanic this is the right place.

My Toyota had a check engine code that needed attention. Mike tracked down the problem and replaced some old parts. Now my car passed smog. Mike gets your car fixed. His prices are similar to dealer prices.

Git in there lady was nice and explained everything and mechanics got right to the point I just needed a reset or something like that and no other shops around LA was able to help like this guy's what ever they did they took care of my problem is really recommend here
