Extremely awful service and manager, I don't recommend this shop, don't waste your time and money. The staff, especially the manager, are very lazy. To get anything done (oil change, inspection, tire change), you'll waste an entire day!!!

I just was told they need 1.5 to 2 hours for vehicle inspection, they need do full processing, taking off tires, all the stuffs. This is not my first time doing vehicle inspection but this is first time was told that doing vehicle inspection need to take off all tires and need to be finished about two hours! Wow, what are you going to do for my car?

This place does not operate in a timely fashion and has no regard for set appointments.Made an oil change appointment for 9am. Showed up 15 minutes early and there was someone checking in without an appointment. No problem.Waited over an hour. The non-appointment customer's car needed tires and was taken in within 20 minutes.There were about 5 customers who came in after me so I figured they were busy so I waited patiently. After waiting an hour, the front desk worker comes and tells me the mechanic does not feel comfortable performing an oil change on my car because the check engine light is on. He says they have no way of knowing why it is on (because they don't keep an OD2 scanner in the shop I guess). I told him I already know why it's on, and Jiffy Lube had no problem changing my oil.So it took them an hour to discover my check engine light is on and inform me they could not complete my service. I was unable to find any disclaimers about such inabilities.Wasted an hour of my life while they right up and took the non-appointment car in within minutes.

Do not get your tires fixed here. We got a tire replaced here months ago, got coverage for that tire, hit a nail with the same tire, and they want to charge several hundred dollars to fix it. Everyone acts nice, but they're nothing by con men trying to make extra money. Avoid if you want to save money.

Friendly service good pricing on tire installation and repair, but had to go back twice for rebalancing on tires they just did on two different days. Either they have technicians that don't know how to balance tires correctly or they did it deliberately too convince me to have a wheel alignment I didn't need at that time... Don't fall into that trap be smarter and tell them, " It did not do that before you guise worked on it..." Be safe, smart, and watch out for scams...Update turns out it was a number of things wrong with vehicle, first the tire had an unseen defect in it, preventing a proper balance. Second, one of the front struts had blown out, so unwanted motion was transferred through the steering. And the car needed to be aligned.So Just Tires was just partially at fault for not catching the blown strut, went to three different shops before someone saw and mentioned all the problems.That shop was Ace Auto Shop on Walnut in Pasadena.And I would... recommend Just Tires for speedy, friendly service, with competitive prices.Was really emotional when I wrote the first review, my baby was in pain, she kept shaking her head on the street and freeway, telling me she wasn't right. Just couldn't figure it out... LOL...

I made an appointment this Monday, regarding replacement of two tires and four wheel alignment, via a phone call. They told me it will only take 1.5 hrs so I made an appointment on Thursday noon to sacrifice my lunch time from work. I also chose the brand and size of the tires that I want when I called, to make sure they have them in stock.I arrived at 11:50am, walked in and told the front desk that I made an appointment ahead. They checked me in, then I started to wait. It was almost 1:15pm when I saw my car was still outside. So I asked when would my car bring into the workshop. The front deck guy told me that they were very busy but it would be soon.1:45pm, my car was finally in the garage. And a few minutes later, one guy told me that the tires that I requested were not available so they have to change to another brand. But when I checked in, they didn't mention it at all.I had been waiting so long so I just want to have it done. I agreed with the substitute that I am not familiar with...2:30pm, I saw my car was still hanging there so I checked the status, they told me it still need another 15-20 mins to finish.3:00pm, I finally made a payment and walked out of the store.3 hours and 10min in total!!!I am very sad and disappointed with anything, other than the attitude of the staff. The reason that I made an appointment a couple of days earlier, is just to make sure I can get what I need in time! But in the result, tires are not the same; time frame is way longer than I expected.The scheduling system is so terrible in this store, per my experience. There are also a few ladies waiting more than 2 hours in the seating area with me.I went there last year with a nail in a tire. I came in as an emergency and came back the second day for the replacement, with everything was ready for me. I don't know what happened this year but I hope you could do better. I won't come back again and I would rather go to the dealer with higher price but more appropriate service.

This is by far one of the best shops around. I do business about once a month with this location because I know the staff is quick and on top of their game. The manager Juan is very professional and always makes sure that I'm in and out in a timely fashion. This is definitely a 10 out if 10 shop. I would most definitely recommend this shop for your automotive needs!

When I had started going to this shop, it was a pleasant experience with folks like Tony and Gabriel, genuinely rendering customer care. After they were gone, this place turned haywire. I dropped by first thing Sunday, Brandon the front desk server, who often put up a plastic face and charade postures with robotic verbiage. After checking my car, the mechanic shared among all parties, the camber bolt was concerned, in addition to other conditions. I d like to change the bolt right away or the next day where I had the similar part changed months ago at this location. However, the front man would soup up with more antics by postponing the schedule further, claiming the manager authorizing this won t be available till later days. At second thought, I called this premise moments later, appealing to fix the issue the same day or sooner. The front man who picked up the phone, adding more twists, at first not identifying who he is, blushing me off saying would call around vendors in the area for the part. However, when I followed up again with another call an hour later, could tell he never called anyone, and he acknowledge as Brandon, wouldn t be able to help due to manager won t be back on later days due to family issue, then slammed the phone. Telling, is this more prank? The part is only $40 or ish, countless auto supplies open on Sunday, and I will be the one paying for it anyway, especially knowing that keep driving would put one in harm s way!

First of all, I made an appointment online at 9AM.So, I arrived there at 9AM, but the staff told me that the tire I need is "NOT READY" (Not in stock).The staff told me that the tire will be ready (in stock) by 11AM, so I went there again at 11AM.The staff told me my tire replacement will be ready in 90min or so.However, it took over 150min or so for them to get my tire replaced.The staff suggested me that my car needs alignment adjusted, which will take another 30min or so.I asked for them to do that, but it took another 90min or so...When whole thing was finished, it was 3PM.11AM to 3PM. I had to wait 4 hours.Not mentioning that my original appointment was 9AM.I am very dissatisfied.

On a Sunday afternoon I was told by AAA that they were unable to provide a car battery. I had to find one myself. Brian of Just Tires Pasadena was calm and professional over the phone, when I called from my car. He assured me they could get a battery for me and install it before closing at 5 pm. He did all he said he would and my car was ready at 4:30. I don't know what I would have done if Just Tires had not been open and if Brian had not answered the phone.

Brandon and Juan made my day! I m so grateful they were able to help me out. I usually only trust my dad to do stuff on my car but my neighbor told me to come and get a patch here. I called first and that s when I spoke to Brandon. He was honest with me and very informative. He told me I could come get a patch and although they were very busy they could still take me. I arrived after work and there was a bit of a wait but totally worth it. I ended up needing a new tire and Juan was able to make it super affordable for me with great suggestions and options. I left with a smile on my face after receiving such great customer service. I can t ask for anything else. Thank you so much and great job guys!

This place goes downhill so fast, it's unbelievable. Yesterday I stopped by since the tire pressure light was on, the mechanic detected the pressure on one tire was specially low and he had to check it. Since he was so busy, he told me to get a work order. The guy inside office told me I had to wait for 1.5 hours before they could check my tire. He said he would have more mechanics coming in later and I could come back after one o'clock to see if it would be better. By two o'clock I called in, not sure if the same guy who answered the phone, but we spoke about 10 mins. He said in general they were busy, I still had to wait that long then. He finally said if I could bring car in at 8 o'clock next morning he would get my car checked, and he took my name and phone number, as I understood I had an appointment. Too bad I didn't ask for his name. This morning I made an effort to get there before 8, the same guy inside office as yesterday told me he did not remember speaking with me on the phone and there was no record I had made an appointment, if I wanted to wait, It would be 2 hours waiting time. I was extremely unhappy and left without having tire checked. The guy had no name tag on so I don't know his name. The whole thing made me feel like I am being cheated.We have been going to this place for years. There used to be at least two people inside office helping the customers and the service used to be fast. I had even recommended them to several people, not anymore. I can't say how disappointed I am and it's sad to see a good shop going bad.

Excellent customer service, and very quick! There was a nail in my tire, but it didn t puncture so they didn t charge me for that and checked all my tires for free as well, to make sure I d be safe on the road. Usually I feel taken advantage of for being a woman at an auto shop, but they won me over. I will definitely be getting my tires replaced here in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brandon Eason provided excellent customer service. He went far and beyond to assist me with my purchase of new tires. He was very accommodating and expedited my repair to same day service. I would highly recommend this tire place. Thanks Brandon for your help!

The change faces of the staff members since a few months ago has brought subpar experience to customers, the young man stationing the front desk either keeps customers waiting unnecessarily despite appointment booked ahead or gives false info and ends up misleading and confusing, topping it off often wearing lethargic and disgruntled looks. Most likely a reflection of management culture or the lack of it. I miss the touch and feel of former staff Gabriel and Tony, who were not just showing up, but also caring and willing to assist like pals and neighbors!!

Zachary tracked down the tires I wanted and worked hard to make sure he could accommodate my need for new tires right then and there. A coworker went to another store to snag the new tires I was hoping g to get. It was a great experience.

I got a flat tire Saturday afternoon Fourth of July weekend!!! I went to visit Just Tires , the staff was very helpful (Zach), earnest and hard working people, they found the time to help me out and got my car ready same day, the place is clean and professional looking. I m a happy customer. Highly recommend

Stayed open late for me so I could tow my vehicle and place it in their garage. Have had all my tires swapped out or repaired here over the last 10 years or so. Definitely recommend them. They have excellent service and comparable prices

The service was great. I told them what I wanted; although instead of buying 2 tires i ended up buying 4 because one rear tire was the wrong size. I knew it was coming but I thought I still had more time. I didn't have t wait long. However, I wanted to replace my Michelin with the same, they would have had to order them so I had to get Good Year instead, so if you want a particular brand call in advance.

I came here to replace a flat tire. The service was great and so easy that I came back when I needed a new set months later. Staff is friendly and service was great highly recommend this place.

I had a really great experience today (Sunday, Mar 4, 2018). I had blown a tire the night before and this was not a fun experience. I brought the car in. The owner? Jaime was super kind and helpful with my situation. He suggested the comparable tires to the ones I had on. The rest of the employees were kind. Jaime offered courtesy maintenance inspection, courtesy TPMS reset, and a discount on the alignment for the car. He even was nice enough to tell me about the rebate I could receive for purchasing the tires (I feel that people don't inform their customers on this things). I'm thankful that they were open on Sundays. I waited for about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get all four tires done (Sundays are busy mind you). Overall thumbs up! I'll go back again soon!

These guys are the nicest, fastest crew I could hope to meet. Went in with an issue, and everything was explained to me in detail. Made a good purchase and they got the car on the road very quickly.I originally went there because they were one of the few open on Sunday; what luck to meet them. I'll be back.

I was very excited to get service at JUST TIRES on 05/15/2021.Excellent customer service. Robert B. a proper gentleman and the JUST TIRES crew were able to trouble shoot and resolve a problem I had on my vehicle. I m very happy with the results with my wheels and tire service. I will be recommending this location to family and friends. I will continue to return for future service.

I set an appointment online for four tires was called the next day and said the tires will not be delivered on a Sunday. Tried to make another appointment, and was told appointments are not honored its first come first serve. Nothing on their website says this. This company is worthless.

Very disappointing. I called and asked for a price on tires and an estimated time. The nice lady told me about an hour and that it was slow at that moment and if I could get there soon, it was a good time.I arrived 7 minutes later. One car was in the parking lot with 0 cars in the bay. I explained I had an appt. and I needed to leave in one hour. They told me they don t have time and to please come back later ( with no explanation or apology).I asked how long it normally took to get tires ...... 45 minutes ,.Maybe they didn t like the looks of me.?Do you think I will be coming back to get tires ? .

Great service experience at this location. Near closing time they helped me out with a tire repair including demounting, repair, remounting and balancing the tire on the wheel. They did not pressure me to buy new tires, which weren't needed, nor other upsell services. A refreshing change from many other tire stores. I felt I was treated professionally and appropriately. When I do need new tires I will return to this store first.

Showed up about an hour and 15 before close with a flat tire. They had 1 car in and all the workers were just talking with an arguing customer. it takes one person to deal with that and then denied us service because they couldn t help us until 4:15 which was too late for them to take another car. Had to drive with a flat to pep boys who actually took care of it 0/10 especially for the front 2 workers.1 person 1 customer not 2 plus a worker

Fernando and Juan took care of me despite the fact that the job would take a while and they were closing within an hour. They got the job done though- excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
