Joaquin Auto Glass is fantastic. Unexpected morning emergency at around 9am. Our BMW X1 windshield had a vertical crack that ran from the bottom to all the way to the top of the windshield. They arrived with a new windshield for our BMW with the proper rain sensor on the glass approximately 2 hours after we called. From the removal of damaged windshield to the replacement of new glass took them around 40 minutes to complete. Amazing! The price was good and no extra charge for the mobile service. Friendly and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Joaquin and his team came right away as soon as I called within the hour. They made me feel safe and secure and took extra care with my car. They had a beautiful woman who assisted them, and also took the time to vacuum all the glass from my car and even areas that were not Covered with glass. They were so professional and worked so fast. They gave such a reasonable price of $255 . I was so pleased I made sure to give them a $25 tip. They are wonderful if you need your window fixed call them!!!!!!

Needed the front windshield replaced for my 2016 Toyota Corolla since it has had a large crack across it for a while now. Joaquin told me he'd be able to come by the next morning, but ended up being in the area and had extra time the same day to do the job. He came by and did a careful job removing, cleaning, applying adhesive, and replacing the windshield on my car. Took less than half an hour to do the job. He made sure to clean the glass as well before it was applied AND after it was applied to the vehicle. I'd recommend him to any friends and family who need window replacement on their car!

Joaquin Auto Glass was amazing. I was the victim of a smash and grab. Joaquin was at my house the next day fixing my broken window. It took less than an hour. He also helped me with getting the correct documentation for my insurance. He's great!

Great experience with Joaqin today. Very punctual, quick and easy. Fair price ad well. If you live in the LA area, skip the chain stores and call Joaquin.

Joaquin came to my house in Echo Park to change the glass on my Prius because someone smashed the window. He was able to come same day and the price was very reasonable compared to others I called. Also easy payment options like Zelle etc. Would definitely recommend :)

Quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. My second time calling Joaquin (my car is a debris magnet on the highway), hopefully I don't need to call again anytime soon, but if I do need to, I'll definitely call Joaquin again. Thank you.

Don't search anywhere further. If you need your windshield replaced that's the place you need to call.I have Rav4 2020 TRD . I went to the dealer, and they said 1500$ . Then I went to Safelite - they refused to do the work at all, saying some sensors will be faulty.Then I called Joaquin Auto Glass . He came day to my house,replaced the windshield, all sensors are working everything is great. And charged me 3 times less.

Joaquin was amazing, and came straight to our home to replace my rear view mirror, an issue that the Honda shop couldn t figure out in weeks, he repaired in under 15 minutes with amazing professionalism and care. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I called them up. He was very nice on the phone. They came the next day. Very nice people worked super fast. The guy worked on the window. The woman cleaned it and vacuumed it. She even cleaned the new window and all around it. She also cleaned the area around the car to get any excess glass. I def would recommend. They are fast and friendly. They will now be my go to auto glass people! The price I paid was less then dealer charges for just the glass. Worth it I can tell this guy cares about the work from the attention to detail.Service: Auto side window replacement

Awesome job - quick and efficient! I would say it took about 30 minutes. He replaced the seal(?) as well as it was damaged, free of charge. Definitely recommend!

I called because my window would not roll up. On the phone was a man and a woman together. They said it might be the regulator and said they d be over in a couple hours.A young man arrived and took off my door to check the problem. He discovered it wasn t the regulator. I was standing next to him the whole time. I get a call from the woman to tell me and she said he needs you to go out there with him . Which made me confused because I stood there the whole time. She explained it wasn t the regulator. He put my door back on but had loosened the switch panel so they fell into the door right away. I asked him to fix that because that s not how it was when they arrived.I called her to let her know my door wasn t put back on right and she tried to charge me for the regulator they purchased telling me you said you needed your regulator repaired . I don t even know what a regulator is. They didn t fix anything and broke my door and switches even worse than before. Then she got really rude with me so I hung up.I have no idea who told her I wasn t standing there and why she tried to charge me for a part I didn t order. Terrible.Beware this business.

So I got a big old crack in my windshield and started calling around to get some estimates for a replacement and most places were outrageously hight finally I found Joaquin mobile auto glass. He quoted me a reasonable price. He came to my house right on time, it was actually pretty cool not to have to drive to a shop especially now with the whole covid situation. Joaquin was very friendly and worked hard and fast to get the job done. Very professional work and I recommend him and his mobile glass service to anyone who gets a crack or broken car wind.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Called them up yesterday, was planning on having my windshield replaced after work, when I got home. He instead requested my work address, and performed the replacement the next day, while I was at work. Efficient, fast, professional, and super nice guy!

Amazing service from Jaoquin! Was able to get my front passenger window replaced for a better price than anywhere else I called. He got me in the very next day and came to me to complete the service. This dude is the coolest dude. He came on time with his wife. Amazing people. Exceptional work. Put in a new windshield in less than an hour. Quote was reasonable. FANTASTIC same day service and GREAT price, my insurance wouldn't cover the damage so I had to look on my own and glad I did!he comes to you does everything and even vaccums the broken glass out of your car!!!the whole process took less then 30mins and good as new.hopefully I won't have to call again , but then again I live in LA....look no further if you got a shattered car window or need a replacement. hit up Joaquin!

Joaquin missed my call but before his voicemail greeting began, he was calling me right back. He quoted me an excellent price (much less than the local major corporate company) and he arrived at my home within a half hour.
