Nick and everyone at Island Tire really are the best. Great customer service (as a former retail manager for 20+ years I m not easy to win over) and honest, fair prices. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else! Highly recommend!

A long overdue review about Island Tire. I have been taking my car here for about six years now. They have always handled my vehicle with care, they are knowledgeable, quick, efficient and very polite. They are the best & I recommend them to everyone! Major shoutout to Jose, he's the man!

Hands down the most honest and trustworthy place to bring your carI've been taking my cars my family's cars and all of my friends cars to this place for almost 10 years now I refuse to take them anywhere else this is the only shop I trust every single employee actually cares about cars and treats your car as if it's their carTheir prices are beyond Fair they've actually been the lowest I've experienced before I found this place I was getting gouged at other shops that weren't even doing good work and would scratch the paint on my rims and overcharge for a simple service work but this kind of stuff doesn't happen at island tires I bring very expensive wheels and tires to have put on my cars and they treat them with care they let me watch and help and it's just a good fun time every time I I need to go in for servicingDon't take your car anywhere else even if it's not right next door to you it's worth the drive to take your vehicle to Island tires !

Bye bye Toyota dealership! Island tire has my business now. 2nd time there this time for new pads and rotors. Nick was awesome, provided great service and low cost options and solutions. I saved about $150 maybe more. We ll be back for regular maintenance.One more thing all the staff is stellar. They appear to really like their work and treat their customers with great attention.Thanks keep up the good work!

My car is on modified suspension and while I like to do everything on my car myself, a wheel alignment goes straight over my head. These guys were way cheaper than any other quote I got, broke down the spec sheet and what changes were made, and what I could do to get even better alignment with my modified suspension. They also asked if I wanted anything specific dialed in with the alignment, adjusted ride height, camber, etc. and since I didn't, and the alignment was fairly simple, the price was half what I was expecting. Also I don't scrape my bumper in their parking lot, which is rare in this town.I'd 100% recommend these guys and will be bringing my car back for anything I'd need in the futureService: Wheel alignment

The BEST car and tire service in Pasadena! I have been with them since they opened about 20 years ago. Jose and his crew is fantastic. They are always honest, no bs, they will never add unnecessary service, and their prices are great. Great customer service where you always feel appreciated as a customer regardless of how busy they are. Whatever your needs are, ie oil change, tire service, or any repair, Island Tire Service is the go-to place in Pasadena.

I am from out of town, and had to get a oil change and I have to say I have gotten some of the best service ever! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a really good price. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Just had tires and brakes put on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Received great service and a good price. The shop is clean and the people are friendly. I am happy I found them.

I checked out half a dozen places to have my oil changed in Pasadena before having my oil changed here. Other places were a little cheaper. Some places were more expensive. The cheaper ones were kind of sketchy. The more expensive ones seemed to offer things I didn't want to pay for. Island seems honestly run with good technicians. Everything's visible from the parking area. There's no oil changing pit. You can see everything. Some places I'm suspicious they might not put in the oil you specify. I would recommend Island to anyone in the Pasadena area for routine auto procedures over other's I've seen and had experience with. They have excellent reviews and from what I see, it is well deserved.Service: Oil change

THE BEST MECHANIC SHOP EVER . I have been to a few other mechanics , none that I ever fully trusted so I kept hopping around until I found this one. I just wanna say how much I love this shop! I will forever refer friends and family here. There s just so much that I can say about this place but all I really have to say is I will never switch shops. Hands down the best people. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I gave them one star cause i think they re good people. Good price but poor quality of work. Bought new rims and tires Had them realigned and balance but the result was not what i expected from all the good reviews that they have. I ended up going to another tire shop to get them fixed. My opinion is if you want quality avoid this place.

Would not recommend coming into this establishment if you are a woman and you are alone. They will prey on your ignorance, and inflate prices. When I questioned the gentleman about it he denied it, then i caught him speaking poorly about me outside to another worker because i questioned the additional $40s just to patch my tire??? He denied it when i approached him, even though i literally saw and heard him do it. Very shifty place.

I came into Island's a few minutes before closing time & Nick was kind enough to take me in for an oil change! FABULOUS customer service, great atmosphere, complimentary beverages and delicious cookies!!!!!Very respectful staff cuz as a female sometimes that's what we dread the most about auto shops. I highly recommend Islands! Fast customer service & great prices!

I came to this place quickly because I heard from my smog check guy Gary( really nice man) that I had corrosion building up on my battery and if I don't get it fixed it might die.. so I went next door and saw an employee there named Danny which he quickly cleaned the corrosion building up on my car battery and did it at no cost. It was a simple fix he said.So nice that this place has really nice and genuine employees here that are willing to help. Definitely will be back in the future! Hard to find a company that really cares about their customers!To the manager/owner: thank you for hiring Danny! He will bring loyal customers and more business!

This place used to be great. I've been bringing our cars here for years. I don't know what has changed but they completely suck now and seem to not care at all about their customers. My husband has been waiting for three months for them to order a part for his car. After two months of them saying it'll take a month to arrive he showed up in person to find out they hadn't even ordered the part yet. They "ordered" it with him standing there and said it would take another month. My husband called after that third month was over and they hadn't ordered the part. Not sure why they lied when he was there. We had never had an issue before. Don't know what's changed, but NEVER going back.

I came in do get a my squeaky brakes fixed. They changed my rear brakes, but that didn t really fix any squeaking. Went there again and they and they cleaned my front brakes that also didn t work. Anyways today I got a flat tire on the rear tire and all my bolts were stripped. They were the last ones to work on my tires. They didn t fix my brakes and stripped my lug nuts.

Service is wonderful, dropped the car to change the tire and waited there. It was done in less than 45 min. Friendly staff and very punctual

Came in for new tires for my car. The staff was knowledgeable and showed me a wide range of options for my vehicle. Once we settled on a tire they ordered it and had it available for installation the next day. Service was fast and very professional. I've worked in the automotive and customer service sector for over a decade and can confidently say that the service at Island Tire is simply excellent.
