I hit a pot hole in DTLA and it broke the oil cooler return line. I took it in on a Thursday around 2pm and it was fixed on Friday at 12 less than 24hrs. I must say that David went above and beyond to fix my car in less than 24 hrs, WOW and I didn't expect to get my car back for at least two weeks!!! Oh that's not even the best part y'all!!!. What took the win/ icing on the cake is that David threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for my business!! I will never take my BMW to any other Professional! THANK YOU DAVID! Very professional service. David and his team found the issue my car ( 09 BMW M3) was having and fixed it in a matter of hours. I highly recommend this shop. Professional service, fair and honest assessment, at a reasonable price.

I have a 2004 E320 MBZ w 198,000 miles. I love my car and it looks brand new. Dave has become my new best friend and helps me keep my Benz on the road. Honest, fast and reasonable!Love this guy! I would strongly recommend him. He saved me $4000 over another autoshop.

The service is exceptional !!! I'm not going to carry on about David being a trust-worthy person. He walks the talk. He is precise that is what really counts when it comes to a good mechanic. Not it might be this or that. He has loyal customers that speaks for itself. I have never been shocked by his bill when I pick up my car. If you want a job well done go see him. Used to go to Fremont and Purdon but when you are not happy with the service or prices you go elsewhere.

Dave is outstanding. Have been taking cars there for over a decade (!) He is fair and is extremely reasonable. David is great at his job. Never overcharges. Often not performing some requested work due to untimely maintenance schedules on my BMW. Like; oil has 3K miles left so he says to wait. Ok.Always friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.I've brought my German cars here now for 6+ years.And I still need to call him to check the cars status. Ok.

The owner, David, and his mechanics are professional, no nonsense guys with a great attitude. They fix what needs to be done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. They do not try to upsell or sell me unneeded products or services. On the contrary, I sometimes have to talk them into doing the service I request if they think it isn't necessary. They are quite good at communication and always answer the phone. Occasionally the are so busy that they don't call in time to come get the vehicle when it is done, so you need to make sure you call them if you need to get your car back the same day before closing time. My only real complaint is that they fill up fast in the morning and are often so busy that I don't get my car fixed that day, and have to come back at a later date. But you can't really hold that against them, it is more of a mark of their excellence that they are often so busy. All together, they have earned my thanks and 5 star rating!

You really gotta love IGCS. They are a good source of reliable information, and provide honest service suggestions. Plus IGCS can perform many dealer-worthy repairs & services at up to 1/5 the cost of the dealer. It s a no-brainer.

Over 12 years going to them and it's always been best most honest service. I send anyone I know that has a German car to them and I know that they will be treated very well and that they have a mechanic for life. Great price, great service, great reputation.

Always honest, very reasonable prices. There's a reason his shop is always busy. Dave even offered to stay late so that I could pick up my car at the end of the day. Highly recommended

I don t think he takes me serious. I took my car in a week ago and still can t get a clear answer of what the problem in my car is. I call David and he hangs up on me before I can ask a question.im a paying customer and should be treated liked one. I won t go there again

Essentially David told me that the inactive warning light I was getting was because I needed a new TPSM on my left rear. However, when i picked it up the light continued so he told me to bring it back. When i did bring it back hoping he would solve the promblem, i hadnt heared of him for about 4 days and when i finally called him he told me i needed to take it to a tire shop to get a TPSM in the left rear tire he claimed he couldnt do it. So basically, he first charged me for a job he didnt do and then the second time he gave me half my money back for the job he didnt even do. This was compeltley inappropraite and inexceptable. If you choose to come here make sure you get your old parts back because he might not even change them and charge you like he did me.

Was referred to Dave by my friend John. Went in only for an oil change. Dave did just what I wanted with no up sale of other things. Very clean shop and great personnel.

Mixed bag of feelings. While David and his team have fixed a couple issues, they also managed to massively mess up on a simple operation so we are facing a lot in fixing that mess-up.
