Edward is so knowledgeable and trustworthy and fast. He fixed 2 of my cars for a great price and did a great job. Honest dependable fast. Best repair shop I ve gone to. Will be back for everything from oil changes to tires to engine repairs.

This is an excellent auto repair shop. They fixed my brakes and rotors in a single day, kept me informed on each step, and honored the price they quoted. My wife has been taking two different family SUVs to Hyarcs for years now and they've always been open, honest, and fair. This is one of the few mechanics we've felt like we can fully trust and always believe we're getting great work at a great price.Today she got a nail in her rear passenger tire while driving my kids. She took it to Hyarcs immediately and they removed the nail and patched the tire for free. Saved us another rainy day headache.Really great service and we'll be customers for years to come.

I would whole heartedly recommend Hyarcs. My experience was great! I drove down to SoCal during the rains and had an engine light come on, and Hyarc's was able to fit me in the day I called. He was able to do an oil change and fix a couple other things and I had the car back by the next day. I was blown away by how quickly they had me back up and running. They were very communicative during the whole process. Sometimes you feel as a woman a little nervous going to mechanics but this was not the case with Hyarcs, Edward was great and treated me well. He even checked in on me a couple days after getting my car back. If you need car repair in Pasadena, 10/10 recommend this place!

I towed my 2010 - 4runner Toyota to Toyota of Glendale (dealership) after it stopped running in a parking lot. They got it running again but I had 3 lights (check engine, trac control, and 4lo flashing) that came on the next day after leaving the dealership. I took it back to the dealership at least 2 more times and they kept trying to diagnosed more problems and attempted to charge me more to fix these other issues, even attempted to charge me for another diagnostic test because they said "the issue is unrelated to what was fixed." I literally felt like these "advisors" were gaslighting me the whole time and I felt helpless because my car knowledge is basically next to nothing. I had already paid $3K to fix the fuel pump from the dealership (which was told by friends that was an absurd amount to charge). I would have gladly be satisfied if my car was fixed. However, it wasn't. I was not going to pass smog check. The advisor from Toyota even told me "It's fine, you can still drive the car." I was so mad and distraught about the whole situation. I left Toyota knowing that they were not going to help me and I was not going to give them anymore of my money. I also didn't know any trustworthy car repairs shop so I just drove the car around until I had to get a smog check. I finally decided to go to Hyarcs auto repair and after Edward did a thorough diagnostic, found that the seal between the fuel pump and the fuel tank and installed improperly causing a pinch while caused an "EVAP leak" message. He fixed it and none of those lights have came back on for months now and my smog passed! He could only speak for his findings and work and did not want to burn the dealership but it is blatantly obvious because TOYOTA REPLACED the damn fuel tank.Anyway, to end my rant, I just wanted to thank Edward for FIXING MY CAR, not gaslight me and actually did the job. He spoke in laymen terms that I can understand. I know that he is passionate about a job well done. Everything has been running smoothly since then and I have not been having anxiety driving my car around. I know that I will be coming to Hyarcs auto repairs for all the car issues from now on because I know I will be taken care of honestly.

Great customer service. Edward takes care of his customers. This is my go to place for any car problems. From battery troubles, pil change to inspections. He thoroughly explains the problem and fixes it. I've taken both my cars here for service. 10/10 highly recommended for a trustworthy mechanic!

I have been taking my 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 to Hyarcs for over 7 years for all repair and maintenance work. In my experience, Hyarcs does a better job with my car than at the dealership for less less time and less money! Both Edward and his dad are extremely knowledgeable and honest, I trust them with my car. Went here for pre purchase inspection of my bmw x3 and he point two minor issues and one potential issue down the line. We bought the car and turns out even the horn doesn t work. The back light is malfunctioning and major valve cover leakage along with a screeching sound that we had not noticed before but as a professional he easily could have identified the issue and saved us the hassle

We made a great decision taking our car to Hyarcs Auto Repair when we had a transmission issue. We were afraid that we would need a new transmission but after Hyarcs did their inspection they told us that it was a simple fix. We had a car issue and didn't know any mechanic. I saw their fab reviews and thought let me give them a try as they are so close to my home. I hit the lottery...thank u for all the honest reviews of this place as it gave me the courage to take my car there. It's a clean mechanic shop, reliable, knowledgeable and they know their job. They are professional, understanding and kind. What else ca u ask for. Thank you so much for taking care of us and you've earned my business going forward. We are so picky about our cars, as we like to keep them nice and clean. They did a fantastic job on our car's starter, I wish I could give them 10 stars as they deserve it. My family has used Hyarc's for many years to work on a variety of vehicles. When the catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius my dad recommended I chat with them and miraculously they had some in stock (the other shops had 3-6 month waitlist for the part!!). So I had them do the work and install a shield and they were very reasonable with pricing. They also did an oil change and checked my car since it was almost due for service anyways. I was on vacation while the repair was done and it was finished when I returned and I was able to pay online so it was very convenient too. I will definitely be back and am so glad my dad recommended them to me for this incident.

Quoted me $125 parts cost for an ignition coil and $145 labor cost to put it in. This is a 10 minute job. They also said they don't clean parts they only replace them despite the fact that the p0351 engine code is oftentimes fixed by simply cleaning off the dirty ignition coil. This code is saying that the ECU cannot communicate with the ignition coil itself. The idea that because most people don't have this common knowledge that I think everyone should have, they have to get ripped off and accept this, really upsets me. I'm very happy I am mechanically inclined enough to not accept these nonsense prices.

Edward was very accommodating and professional. I called on a Saturday morning for a PPI and could have the car dropped off 30min later. The communication was top notch. The report came back precise and complete, felt more in depth than other shops I tried in the past (Comes at a slighter higher price, which I think was worth it)100% recommend it.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I got a smog check and registered my car in CA all in the same day here. I was helped by Edward (maybe Eduardo? I didn t quite catch it!) and he was fantastic. My car was sitting for most of the pandemic and I had to get the battery replaced, which apparently cleared the computer. He told me I d have to drive it for a bit to get the sensors online and he checked them before performing the inspection. He advised I drive for 100-150 miles and told me I could come back another day. I ended up just driving right then and I came back within two hours. I passed smog and then he helped my register the car too. Probably about a 4 hour day but it went really well! I ll definitely be returning.

These guys are the best. Great work, great service. They take good care of my BMW 335i and Acura TSX. Very honest, no BS. On a few occasions they've actually recommended that I don't need to do a repair (minor stuff), when they could easily have tried to get more money. Thanks Hyarcs!

These guys are great! They fixed my car after an accident. It was a good experience working with them. Then I had an unrelated run in with a car port that left a nasty scratch on the front of my car. They were able to buff most of it out in just a few minutes and didn t even charge me! Really nice guys!
