I ve been to Hrant a few times over the years, and it s always efficient, professional, and VERY affordable. The people working there are honest and will never try to cheat you into getting work done for extra cash - they will be frank and tell you if something is not urgent and could be done later. For the first time in my life, I don t dread going to get my car serviced. I recommend Hrant to everyone in the area and will never go anywhere else!

I recently had my car serviced and repaired by Hrant. He was very courteous, honest, diligent, fast, efficient, and best prices I have ever seen (just half the price of what the dealer quoted me). He made me believe that there are still trustworthy mechanics out there. His crew is also fantastic and very professional. And his shop is clean, well organized and very well run. I just found my new mechanic.

After receiving a completely ridiculous quote from another auto shop, we found Hrant through a Reddit recommendation. We took our car in today and had a wonderful experience. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They had our front and back brakes repaired within 2 hours, at $1,000 less than we were previously quoted. Thank you Hrant and team, we will be back!

Words can t express how much I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! This is my 3rd time coming here . So professional, prices are so cheap and the work is so GREAT ! I would recommend Hrant Auto Service to all my friends and family !!! Overall the best spot in pasadena!!!

The service I get here is nothing short of fantastic. As a female driver, I've been taken advantage of by SO many mechanics and Hrant Auto is not only honest about what my car needs but they don't try and upsell / overcharge you. I missed my appointment time because of an emergency situation and they still made time for me to come by even though their schedule was slammed that day. There was also a slight miscommunication between us regarding service (I know nothing about cars, obviously) and they were so open to fixing it. They were extremely fair in terms of pricing and time to complete the job as well. It's rare that I trust a mechanic and these guys are so great with my car and truly very kind to the customers. I feel so much safer driving my child around with Hrant Auto looking after my car.

I lived in Pasadena for seven years and he was my mechanic the entire time. I recommend Hrant to everyone.- He communicates incredibly well, explaining issues, concerns, and recommendations so that you understand and invites all of your questions- He'll recommend a course of action but let you make the decision about your car without pushing you or being overbearing- He has an extraordinary ability to see your car quickly. I've had so many one or two day turnarounds with him. I don't know how he does it.- I don't really know mechanic pricing but I always felt like his prices were fair.- I never even had a bad moment with him. He's a kind soul who's great at fixing cars. Highly recommended! My 2016 Honda Fit started making weird noises when braking. I took it in and the Hrant team immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it in an hour. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. Pricing is fair and transparent.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I usually don't leave reviews but I was very satisfied with the service I received from Hrant and his team. I got my front brakes changed, brake and power steering fluid changed, and they were all super nice and professional. Additionally, the price for what I received was super fair and I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a mechanic. I would also call ahead because they do get busy.

I came in July 2022 on vacation from the east coast, my brakes were shot and I was referred here and my god these guys are legends. I believe it was the owner who first approached me when I pulled in. Said he heard me from a mile away. Though I'm surprised it was only a mile. I explored Pasadena while the car was getting worked on and it's very beautiful out there. Would take a trip out just to see Pasadena again. Their work got me back home and I truly can't thank them enough for it. Once again, thank you:)

Hrant continues to provide hands down the best automotive service you will find. Their attention to detail and customer service is unrivaled. Always with an explanation provided with a smile, you'll never get that feeling that you're getting the short end of the stick here as is the case with a lot of other places unfortunately. Myself and my family will continue to come here as long as we own cars!

Hrant has been around for many years. The honesty and service they provide is second to none. While we could go many other places Hrant is our choice and only place we trust for auto repair. They have speedy and professional service staff and they give clear explanations and use OEM parts. Certainly the best around!

It's been 18 years since I lived in Pasadena and Hrant was my go-to for my truck and car for my 5+ years there. He handled a blown head gasket on my Ford truck and serviced my Acura consistently with care. Whenever I referred friends they thanked me. He sought to do well by people and showed himself trustworthy. I wish he were in the Bay Area where I am living now. This play was a gem of a find! We needed to replace the supports for our trunk on a Subaru outback. We got the parts directly from Subaru and Hrant had them on the car and me out the door within 15 minutes of arriving. Price was extremely reasonable and we are very happy with their service. We will definitely be bringing our cars here for future repairs.

I have been going to Hrant's for service 6 years now. Always great, honest work for more than fair prices. My car has not had a single issue through these years thanks to Hrant's care. I have sent multiple friends here and they all have been very grateful :) I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I love Hrant. This place is honest, respects your time, very reasonable prices for basic car stuff and he has great recommendations for other places that do the stuff he doesn t. All around great. I found it through a family member. You will not be disappointed.

One of my headlights was out. I found Hrant on Yelp and decided to give him a try because of all the great reviews. He didn't disappoint. $25, and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Amazingly quick and courteous service! I'll definitely be back when I need my car worked on again.

Hrant is always fantastic. I went in with a nail in my tire without an appointment. I left with a patched tire and recommendations for reliable places to get some other work done on my car in 15 minutes, all for $10.

Hrant is the only mechanic I go to! He s honest and trust worthy. Prices are always the best and he takes pride in his work to make sure my car is safe! If I ever have a problem he can t fix, he ll refer me to someone else who he knows!
