The Staff is friendly and knowledgable. You can count on them to make recommendations and not feel pressured to have to do something if you do not feel comfortable to move forward at the time. The owner really cares about the customer and the car community, he is always giving back and is very attentive.

I was very impressed with the House Automotive personnel. They are professionals, knowledgable, very polite, and efficient.They arranged to pick up my car on a flat bed from my house free of charge, and after their inspection they called me and gave me a detailed cost estimate (which was considerable less expensive than the cost quoted by the dealer) and also a time of completion which they kept. During the service they called me and gave me a progress status and also answer all my questions. They also assured me they use genuine Porsche parts. I received my car on time, and very clean! They send me an invoice which I paid on line, that included future required services according to the manual based on time and on milage and a cost estimate for each service.

Purchased my previously owned Porsche Macan on March 25th and took it to House Motorsports for a full checkup (post purchase inspection) the next day. This is the real deal here. They checked my car using the dealerships checklist (head to toe). These guys are so professional, courteous, patient and friendly. It was a pleasure having them work on my car. They even explained to me what all those buttons on my consol are. I live in Gardena but will be bypassing the dealerships to get to House Motorsports in Pasadena for all my future Porsche service needs. Guys/Gals look no further, this is the place to take your Porsche to if you really value your car.

Throughout my driving career I've considered auto maintenance to be an essential support rivaling health care in its importance to good continuity and quality of life, especially here in the LA region where car trouble is immediately disruptive. For 10 years and about 140,000 miles I've relied on House Automotive to ensure that my use of an amazing piece of engineering -- my 2010 Cayman S -- keeps its race-car edge even while performing mundane tasks like getting me to work and back. The combination of truly personalized customer service, technical expertise and accountability is not going to be bettered anywhere which plainly is the goal set and attained by this business every day. Thank you House -- we are lucky to have you.

Brought a 2020 718 GT4 in for PPI inspection, Andy and the team were great to work with. Super knowledgeable and good folks on the team- overall very positive experience, Andy helped explain all steps in the PPI process and with interpretation of the results.

Been bringing my cars to House for close to 5 years now (ranging from a 2011 911C4S to a 2018 Cayman and Macan) and am always very satisfied with the level of service and value. They know their Porsches and try their best to advise only what is absolutely necessary, while providing guidance on what you can maybe hold off on for a later date, as they are not here to gouge - rather to foster a long term partnership. They also love talking Porsches - Andy always indulges my banter and clearly has a passion for the marquee. They seem to be doing very well with this approach as I have no desire to go elsewhere and they have opened a 3rd LA location.

I have been taking my Porsche 911 to House Automotive for more than four years now, and the House team continues to exceed my expectations. Thanks to Greg and the House team, when it comes to servicing and repairing my 911, they are the best. I will not trust another service center or dealership with my car.From the time House Auto picks up my 911 at my home for service, I am confident that it will be properly serviced and returned in excellent condition. The House team gives me PEACE OF MIND, because they take the time to do it right!As far as pricing, you won t find a more competitive price for the service quality and workmanship. Remember it is a Porsche, a premier and proven brand that represents Precision and Performance. I don t expect it to be cheap, only reasonable and competitive.

CHANGED MY BRAKES PREMATURELY FOR $3K ON MY TRUCK. I DIDN'T KNOW THE CAR WOULD TELL ME.... UNTIL I NEEDED BRAKES THE SECOND TIME AROUND AND THE CAR TOLD ME. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. DISHONEST SHOP. I NEVER RETURNED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I got my 911 '06 repaired here and brought back to life after sitting idle for a year. Gary was super helpful and straight forward with what needed to be done and what could be optional. Pricing was fair and I felt they did a great job with the car. Would certainly have this place be my go-to for repairs if I didn't have to move.

If I could give them no stars I would. Asked them for the car back after leaving the car there for a month and they kept adding more issues they needed to fix but wasn't the true issue. After getting the car back bolts were missing from reassembly and was only aware of all the items that were fixed that didn't needed to be fixed from Porsche Los Angeles.

We really had a terrific experience. Our Macan was having battery issues. The first visit was free, the second to replace the battery a few weeks later. Flawless and honest. In and out in a few hours. Completely fair pricing. Highly recommend. Thanks Joey. George

Always a relief and a pleasure to do business with House s Automotive . My Panamera needed major service because I purchased it used and we both stay on top of service and the car is a precise running automobile. I bring my 1977 911S and my 2007 Cayman S here for service. Their prices are very reasonable and much lower than most. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and timely. Highly recommended.

I always receive amazing service when taking my vehicle in for service. Everything is always explained and there never is any surprises. If you have not been here with your Porsche I highly recommend you give House Automotive (Motorsports) and try.

I had to go go back because a part needed to be special ordered from Germany. Once the part arrived, I was called and they took care of the issue and had the car ready the next morning. Great service. and very friendly.highly recommended. thanks Gary for all your help.

This was a great experience for my first Porsche repair. Andy was very helpful on the phone saying I didn't need an appointment, I could just drop off the car in the morning and they would call me with an estimate while I was at work. This is much different than the week I was going to have to wait at the other place I called. Once I took the car in, Scott was super helpful. He called me with the estimate by 2pm that day, explaining everything carefully. He even offered a reduction in labor costs if I wrote this review! When I went to pick the car up, he went over the invoice again in detail and I paid exactly what Andy had originally quoted me plus the cost of the headlight bulbs. I will be using House from now on to care for my new 2013 Porsche Cayenne S. Thank you, House!
