I would not recommend the Pasadena location Fix Auto business to anyone looking for quality car body work done in a timely manner.I brought my car in for body work which took entirely too long, with many mistakes, numerous time delays, and countless excuses along the way. Managers failed to respond to my emails and calls after delays started happening. Their lack of customer service was unacceptable. Because of their mistakes, I exceeded my insurance rental car timeline and had to incur more out of pocket costs.After 6+ weeks with Fix Auto, my fixed car was delivered with a damaged dashboard, which was not part of the original repair. I alerted Diana, sent her photos, and she was able to get the replacement approved quickly and scheduled the repair.I would rate Diana at 5 stars, but my entire experience with Fix Auto management at the Pasadena location 2 stars.It was clear that her management made huge mistakes with my repair and then tried to throw Diana under the bus to deal with a dissatisfied customer. She did a great job fixing their mistakes and getting my car the repair it needed.

Will highly recommend Fix Auto Pasadena to all of my friends and family. Very friendly and courteous staff. Repairs made were top notch. Estimated time frame for repair was timely. Absolutely no complaints, A plus.

I have used Fix Auto on multiple occasions and have found them to be accommodating, professional, courteous, honest and compassionate! I also appreciate the contact they maintained with me all the way through the process. On my last visit it was determined ed that my vehicle was a total loss which was devastating as I loved that car but also because I knew they lost business as well! They were honest and helpful giving me time to clear out my possessions without pressure. I would reccomend Fix Auto for all your repair needs.

This company was on top of there game from day one. When my car was towed in the sent me a text messages and call letting me know that they car was there and the step by step of the process. They had projected 2 weeks to get my car fixed and it took them a week. I was shock. Employees were very professional and friendly. Would recommend them to my friends and family.

Rafael and all the staff at fix auto Pasadena are extremely efficient, polite, makes you feel comfortable in assessing a quote for my repair. They gave great service, fair pricing, reasonable timing for fixing my back bumper, walk me through the process at all times via phone messages. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was impressed with the detailed repairs, and Rafael even printed me a report on things I needed to take note on my future mechanical parts. Very grateful, impressed with the prompt service and the great job that the mechanics did at this repair shop. I would definitely recommend them for your car repair and I would give them a 10 mark for the excellent job!

Fix Auto got it done. First let me say that the girls who work in front and answer the calls are great. Always a pleasure and always on point. Lastly my car was ready two days earlier and you can t complain about that. The texts I received with updates were very helpful. Glad I took the chance and came here.

My previous experience had made me wary of car repair shops. Where a guy wearing a white shirt and tie comes out with a clipboard and adds up the staggering amount it ll cost you. Fix Auto was completely different: a capable, competent, review up front of what needed fixing after I d been rear ended, a surprisingly low cost estimate, a ride home when I left my car there, frequent heads up texts as the repairs happened, the whole job finished to perfection a week early.

Experience at fix auto Pasadena has been rough. My car was given back to me with a trunk bolt missing (this caused misalignment and damage to the trunk), all rear bumper bolts missing, fuel door put on incorrectly, missing mud guard and black paint underneath the passenger side. There is a dent in my exhaust pipe that was never addressed (car is a 2021, there is no chance that it was dented before it went into this shop), multiple paint chips on the trunk, bumper, and quarter panels from the lack of bolts, passenger side skirt sloppily aligned, the trunk liner was not tucked in, and some more.I keep finding problems related to their work. The only thing that would make me change my review is if they fix all of these problems properly, and properly inspect my car, it was clearly never inspected the two times I have gone back for problems on my car. I have also had to call back 3+ times before I could get a hold of my estimator, they never called back (as promised). I'm hoping that this can be fixed, but it is hard to be hopeful with my experience so farUPDATE: I called back and they said they would order all parts needed to properly fix my car, and that was 2 months ago...I tried ordering the parts myself (only about $30, OEM) and I received the parts in a week (no parts shortage for the parts I need, which they claimed parts shortages was causing the delay)It seems as if they try to take so long that you eventually give up or forget about them even needing to fix your car. I'm not taking it back, as last time I did they ended up damaging more parts on my car by dropping them (dented/chipped paint). I'm so disappointed that I am now switching from Geico to Triple AAA just so that I do not ever have to deal with this shop ever again (Geico will force you to use this shop, and will not let you go anywhere else after you've started work with them)

Great Customer Service was provided by Lynette & Vivian @ Fix Auto. They stayed in constant contact with me regarding parts delivery and labor time. All deadlines were met and I was pleased by the service provided. Would definitely recommend Fix Auto Pasadena

The auto body service was great. Customer service was exceptional. The Carwise texts kept me updated throughout the process. I received several calls over the month that my car was there giving me status updates about incoming parts and extra services needed. Would highly recommend Fix to everyone!

I brought my Tesla model 3 in for repairing the quarter panel on April 10, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the work that was done.. I was told to have my car fixed on April 21 but they texted me that it would not be done till May 5 on April 20 morning . I have no choice but wait.On April 27 they told me my car was ready to pick up then I went to the shop and get my car back without DETAIL INSPECTION.The quarter panel was fixed but unfortunately the rear door check was missing and the rear seat was not mounted yet, so I have to take another half day off to get it fixed.I believe that the work was not done correctly and does not meet the standards that I expect from a professional auto body shop and I think I was not treated with the respect that I deserved as a paying customer.Service: Body & Trim

Jan 17 UPDATE:Nobody has returned my calls and I ve contacted lawyers. Over a freaking headlight.It s been over 1 year since a tree fell on the hood of my 2019 Audi Q7 and it s still not completely fixed; the entire left front headlight assembly doesn t work.

A few problems like the window didn't roll up correctly, door doesn't close on one moderate push like use to, couple of molding under the door didn't get replaced, and were pretty lose! I mean I asked Diana about replacing those cushions for the door, I went and brought from a Toyota dealership, they only cost 6 dollars for two, yet all I get is a straight up no, I mean a 6500 dollar repair and I am paying 500 deductible, you can't even replace those cushions? The owner also said no replacing any of the bolts of the door they are fixing unless I am willing to pay out of my own pocket, never again I will bring my vehicle to this place for any future repair! Also when they say they are going to do a alignment, don't trust them, no alignment was done!

In my situation, Fix Auto showed the least amount of customer service possible. I will share the following 3 experiences:1) The back bumper and passenger quarter panel needed to be replaced in my Tesla Model 3. I was told that parts can be hard to come by, and I should expect it to take 7-10 days for Fix to acquire them. After I paid a deposit for the parts, I waited. About a month passed when I called to check in on the status, and I was told the parts just came in and that I could bring my car.2)When I brought in my car, I was told it would take another 5-7days to make the repairs unless they found additional damage. And if that was the case, they would let me know.The following day, I checked my car on the Tesla app, and Fix charged my car, but to the max limit. Charging your car battery yo the max and not driving is not recommended because it can degrade the life of the battery. I hoped that if the repairs would be done sooner than later, it would not be a bad thing. Boy did i assume incorrectly....3) After 2 weeks I received a text indicating my car would be ready in 2 additional weeks (a total of 1 month). I called Fix and the representative said "I think they found additional damage to your vehicle". I shared that I had been without my car for 2 weeks, and if it would take a month, that is a hardship... I needed to understand why it's taking so long to understand if the revised timeliness is realistic, so that I can make accommodations to commute to work, etc. I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. A week later I took an uber to the Fix to speak with staff in person. I was told that additional damage was found (first time this statement was confirmed) and that the car was ready to be assembled. I again said not having a car for 1 month is a hardship, and having the courtesy of a call (not a text) explaining the situation I appreciated.The takeaway is Fix can have amazing mechanics, but if there is 0 customer service no one will care about taking their car to Fix. In all the repairs came out to +$7k, and I only received the courtesy of 1 phone call for the 2 months I dealt with Fix ... that is UNACCEPTABLE.I understand that car repairs are super busy. I understand car parts can be hard to find, especially for electric cars. I even took time to locate a 3rd party OEM dealer so that i could get my car sooner. II tried being patient for 2 months. At the end of the day, I felt that the lack of communication by Fix indicates they only care for your $, and not your satisfaction. If you have to make repairs on an electric vehicle, I would strongly suggest to NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIX AUTO

Dropped of my Tesla after an accident. They took 6 months to replace both right side doors. They did not bother much providing status updates. They struggled to calibrate door handles and took car to Tesla two times. They often let car battery drain below 45 miles and I had to email them multiple time to plug in my car (and of course one email was not enough for them). They wanted to return my car with at least 4 scratches and I had to leave my car there for them to fix them. Finally when I picked up my car, I heard wind ingression from front right door(the door they replaced). They downplayed the issue and told me its normal (later Tesla fixed the issue and I had to pay out of pocket). I tried (emails and phone calls) to reach out to shop manager multiple times regarding the issue and to get documents for insurance claims, but he never replied to my emails and was also "on lunch break" when I called. Very bad customer service and communication and I feel they are not competent enough to handle Tesla repairs even though they are "Tesla Certified Shop".

After doing business with this firm since 1968 I ll never go there again I took my 1917 Mazda for front end damage there was a small piece that was fading on the roof the son of the owner told me that it just needed a clear coat when I went to pick up the vehicle they charged me over 400 dollars for t painting this little piece of plastic it should be noted that this piece was being painted at the same time as the front end was being painted minimal extra work and paint finally my insurance company had recommended I go elsewhere in the future I will follow there advise

We were referred to Fix Auto Pasadena through our auto insurance company after our car accident. We have a Kia EV6. It is very difficult to find a place that will work on electric cars, especially a brand new model. We took our car in within a couple hours of contacting them. They gave us a detailed estimate and timeline for the repairs, which they also shared with the insurance company. They texted us updates throughout the process, which was expected to take about six weeks. They even called once a week in case we had any questions. Our car was completed before their expected completion date. It was washed and looked polished. They handled everything with the insurance, too. They took the stress out of car repair. No issues with the actual work. They were quick to replace a bumper while I waited and even offered to wash the car afterwards! Awesome! The staff handling the appointments/ scheduling didn t seem to be communicating very well. They would often forget to call me back when they said they would by end of day; me having to call them again, to get the same story several times.
