So far everyone that I ve dealt with at the Pasadena branches have been amazing. Thank you for all your help, especially Faith at the Lincoln Pasadena branch. She went out of her way to help when I weeks ago I reserved a 4 wheel drive with cross bars at the Glendale branch and kept call to make sure they had it, I showed up last Friday to pick it up and trade in my car from the Pasadena branch, come to find out they only had a small 4 wheel drive car that was not going to work, she took care of it and found a big enough 4 wheel drive car in Pasadena for us. My husband also had a great experience with enterprise in Mammoth where someone went out of their way to help us when our car broke drown the day before Christmas so we could get back for the holidays. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Save yourself some heartache and go to the Monrovia site if you can. I returned my car there and the customer service was excellent there.Re: this Pasadena location, my car was not clean, the driver floor mat was missing, the tire pressure was low in one of the tires, the battery in the key fob was low. I could not get the manager to call me back about my issues after texting images of everything. The only reason that this is as high as 2 stars is because they helped defray some of the costs of because of all of these problems.

Everything was nice going. The car was top notch. They charged us for two vehicles. When we returned their vehicle they said they'll reimburse us for the first vehicle we didn't use and they did

This Enterprise is my go to place. It is conveniently located near my home. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The check-in and check-out process is always quick. And they always have a selection of cars to choose from.

Excellent service - all staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They were very responsive and helpful when we left an important item in the car upon return, and needed to get it back before our flight. Car was clean and in good condition.Only thing to keep in mind - this is a small location, so they won t have as much variety in choice of car, and can get flooded with customers at peak times. My wait wasn t longer than 20 minutes (on a Wednesday), so it was better than what you might face near the airport.

We rented a SUV from Enterprise at Foothill. Although we were given a SUV slightly smaller than what we reserved, after we found out the cargo space was small, Enterprise help center agreed to change the car to what we reserved and sent us to Enterprise at Lincoln to pick up the car. But the guys at Lincoln didn t have the car, and they didn t have the right size car for our need, but they were extremely helpful and searched around for a right size car for us. Juan found a bigger car at Alhambra for us. We were able to get a good size car for all our luggage. We were very thankful to the people at Foothill for their help.

Understaffed, but those who are there are working very hard to serve everyone. Things just take time to complete so allow extra time and patience.

I ve been a customer with Enterprise for over 15 years maybe longer I have always received the best customer service. they are very polite, very professional, and I will always continue to be a customer.

Great customer service, the process was really easy as well. The gentleman who helped me out also made sure the car was clean on the inside and outside and sanitized the car for me. Also return the car was a breeze. I did use their inurance instead of mines. I had unlimited miles and I rented an compact SUV (Toyota Rav4), and I had for 2 days, Price was really good as well. I liked that even though it was a bigger car, it didn't burn gas fast and filling it back up wasn't expensive either and I out 91 in the tank.

Manager Juan Reynoso is consistently outstanding in his job (I have a national account and rent monthly). Always make sure to take care of my rental in a quick manner.If there is a group waiting to rent or return he (Mr. Reynoso) address's the group, calmly explaining what will take place.He is a great asset to Enterprise.

Our car was totaled in an accident last week. This is the first time I've used this branch of Enterprise, but not the first time for Enterprise. I've always liked this company, and this branch is excellent!All the young adults working there are friendly, helpful, and don't have an attitude that's prevalent with many young workers these days. They have been accommodating and have followed up with phone calls to make sure that the rental is going well.I love having a branch nearby, and will most definitely recommend and use them again. I don't know what Enterprise does to keep the staff happy, but as a customer, I'm very pleased and sadly surprised to find good businesses these days. Well done. And thank you for not making my experience miserable! :)

I really am glad to give my opinion about the exceptional service I receive at this Pasadena Enterprise. The staff there (especially assistant manager Nick) go beyond their call of duty to assure customers needs are quickly met. They get to know returning customers personally, giving the overall feeling of family. I highly recommend it.

Horrible. I was so surprised, I rented a car at Enterprise after these great reviews, but the reviews are the opposite what I have experienced. Most unfriendly woman who helped us, charged a larger amount for the car than booked/confirmed, gave us incorrect information about the insurances and got mad when we asked to explain the insurances. She told us the tank was quarter full(so needed to bring it back same, no full-full option possible) and while driving away from the Enterprise office we directly got the empty tank notification. Drop off went good, friendly man helped us. Maybe just one bad day for the staff, but I won t go back to Enterprise

Dennis at Enterprise on Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena provides great service and excellent communication. I had to extend my rental twice because of a lengthy repair on my car - each time, he communicated in advance of my expired time, offered alternatives, and kept me posted of status. Not new to that location - and I always go back. Never disappointed.

Made a reservation 4 days in advance, confirmed via phone a day in advance, arrived promptly when the Enterprise employee told me to (not during my reservation time) and was told no vehicles were available for me despite having vehicles that matched my reservation in the lot. Spent the next 30 minutes waiting for as Adrian (branch manager) called nearby rental car companies looking for another vehicle for me. Another customer arrived and was promptly ushered into a vehicle that matched my reservation. So far I've been here for 45 minutes and still don't have a vehicle, while the gentleman who arrived 30 minutes after me was in and out in 5 minutes. Can't recommend this branch.

I had a great experience with Dennis at Enterprise and he was very helpful and made sure I understood everything. I made a few changes to my reservation -- which had been made for me by someone else on Expedia -- very easily a few times throughout the two-week rental. The only complain I have is that it took several days for my $200 deposit to be refunded into my account.

Very nice customer service but they did not have the type of car I booked. I did book through rentalcars.com so maybe by using a third party it was a wash. They did try and make some different types of cars work for me, but I'm tall and wanted an SUV for the leg room.

The service I received was outstanding. ADRIANE went out of his way to provide the perfect car for my hubbies bday weekend. It was a beautiful black convertible 918 PORCHE. It was ready early and check in and check out was smooth. Thank you for a great experience.

I'm always happy with their costumer service. I've never had any problems renting a vehicle from this location.They always go out of their way to make our renting experience exceptional. Neadless, to say I live in Sylmar, Ca and I drive down to this Pasadena location. I'm always treated with the greatest respect and friendly smile! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

The service is usually great. Today was an off day. I reserved a mini van due to needing space for a long trip. Even though I reserved one online, "the one they had was rented out earlier"! Cheyenne was super helpful and called a few other Enterprise Rent A Cars without any avail. I was informed there were "recalls" to a lot of their mini vans and the one other mini van on the lot they had was "purchased". I was offered a 4runner or a volkswagen SUV. These are smaller type SUV's and I definitely need a mini van type.I waited and waited for Cheyenne to see if there was any other options. He said they could give me the Chevy Surbaban or The Ford expedition and the prices were $40 more a day, than I expected. He dropped it off to an extra $25 a day with a 1/4 quarter tank!We all know the gas prices and I misunderstood the 1/4 tank. As I returned the vehicle, I was told that it was 1/4 tank credit and not necessarily come back with 1/4 tank, which was charged $7.00 / gallon because I was given the option to fill it up, but due to needing to go to work, I didn't have the time to do this. They couldn't even honor the $5.39 pre filled options.Not to happy this time around and I was told to call ahead next time to ensure there is a minivan, which doesnt make sense because I reserved a minivan online. So whats the point of reserving online if I need to call as well. With that said, I am even an enterprise plus member, so no kind of love for this. I wont be back soon, because of this feeling of being "up sold" and not clear about the 1/4 tank. So I paid an extra $150 then originally quoted for the minivan.The Ford Expedition is a great vehicle and definitely had enough room and comfort. But again that's not what we originally planned for. Let's chalk this one up to an opportunity to do better the next time. Thanks

I have had an amazing experience here. Dillan, Juliana and the rest of the team are incredible. The last few months I've been going in often for rentals and they consistently provide exceptional service. They do a great job working with whatever needs you may have and do it with a great attitude. It does not feel like a big corporate company executing a task, they are able to make it a local hometown experience that you can enjoy.

Nick is always great at helping my wife and I pick up our rental. We have been here twice (running behind and in a hurry, lol) and each time, no matter how busy, the customer service is consistent. Nick is very patient and takes his time explaining all the details, on top of it. I have interacted with Nick the most, and am sure the rest of the crew is great.

I always rent from this location (unless I am out of town) and they are fantastic. The cars are always clean and work great and I've never gotten anything but five star customer service. They always help me out to orient me to any new vehicle and are available to answer my questions. This is my go-to car rental location.
