Robert is AWESOME! I was visiting my daughter in Pasadena last week and noticed a loud rumble while driving her car. We were scheduled to drive that evening to check in for a medical procedure and I was very concerned the car wasn t safe! I pulled into his shop in an admittedly frantic state, asking for help. Robert immediately came to my assistance and took the car for a test drive with me. He heard the noise, agreed it should be checked out before our drive and told me to go have a coffee , that he would call me ASAP. A mere 30 minutes later he called to say I could come pick up the car -that everything was fine! The noise was due to damage sustained by a close encounter with a pothole a year ago -turns out my daughter knew this but her anxious mama did not! And, very generously, Robert refused to charge me for his service. I am extremely grateful to him for giving me peace of mind for our drive! I highly recommend him -if I could give him 10 stars, I most certainly would!!!

I found EMX Auto Repair online and was happy with the reviews I saw on Google about this company.Robert is the guy who helped me. I was looking for a reputable business to do a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle I was interested in just in case there was anything wrong with it so I didn't make a $40,000 mistake.As it turns out the car in question had multiple issues which would have cost me over $15,000 in total and that was before we even looked at the error codes on the vehicle.Mechanics are doctors for cars. Thank you Robert you saved us from a very expensive mistake.

We got a low pressure signal in the car and found out we had a nail in the tire. We dropped in here and Robert came out to greet us graciously. Very nice guy and incredibly helpful. He gave us his prompt attention and fixed our tire very quickly. Incredibly satisfied with his service and business. Highly recommend

These guys were very professional and fast at fixing all the issues with my car, and didn t give me an insane price like other body shops. Definitely would come here again if I have any other issues. Robert is an Awesome Mechanic. I initially went to him for an oil change. I asked about a transmission flush which he said he could do and the price was reasonable. After completing that he also fixed my headlights free of charge. As he was fixing the lights I mentioned that I wanted the wires under the hood re_taped and he surprised me and took care of it. He did such a great job and didn't nickel & dime me that I brought my car back to him to do my rear breaks. I wish he did paint jobs because I would bring my car back to him. After having my car for 15 years and Robert shining it up, tuning it up, and fixing the wear and tear issues my car is driving like new. I came in and he quoted me between $600-700 saying I needed to replace a sensor, spark plug and get a tune-up.I went to an honest place right after who said I just needed to replace the O2 sensor for around $120.

Robert is literally a life saver! We pulled up to this gas station with one of our tire pressures really low. We didn t know if it was a nail? Or what! So we asked Robert and he checked out tire for us. Then we didn t know how to fill the tire with air so we asked him and he did it for us.
