Prices have risen since last year for wheel alignment, however, I was able to negotiate a lower rate for the Lifetime Alignment program. Not as low as I wanted, but we met halfway, so to speak. The people at the Walnut Street branch in Pasadena, CA. are pretty cool too.I ve been coming to Discount Tire Centers since the 80 s & they always do a good job. Finally rates vary widely, depending on the location of each store.So, do your research prior to having any service done.

Ulysses is awesome. I walked in with a flat tire, and he was able to help me get it patched up, my oil changed, and signed up for rewards program. I was in and out within an hour and was able to head to work then after. Thank you guys for all amazing things you do. Friendly, professional, and efficient.

I made an appointment for 8:30AM for 02/12/24 at the Walnut Ave in Pasadena, CA and arrived on time. My vehicle was not attended to until after 90 minutes of waiting! After 2 hours car was done. What was the use of an appointment?? Other customers were in and out before me! The service provider was rude and told me to be patient!

I was called by the manager to let me know my tires were in. They were busy but I appreciate that they took the time to explain to me what my car needed. Everybody there was kind and courteous. My car drives like a dream!

Bought tires for a VW Sportswagen from Discount a year or two ago. Yesterday, I got a nail in one tire. Discount fixed it at no charge, and with a great attitude.

Andres took very good care of me and my car!! He is excellent and very knowledgeable when it came to what I needed for my Mercedes. I am truly blessed. Great prices!! I will only come here for my car service. Thanks again Discount Tire and Andres.

Terrible experience. 4 new tires and headache from this spot. (1) There was one car ahead oh me, yet the supervisor had the customer s car behind me serviced before mine. (2) within hours after leaving the shop, my service light came on, and all of my tires had low pressure. (3) after calling two days later to schedule an appointment to have the tires looked at, another staff member hung up on my twice. He answered by saying what location are you looking for, then after responding he said, what service are you looking for? I responded with is this the Pasadena location, and instead of acknowledging and responding, he repeatedly said what do you want, and would not answer my question, then two separate times he hangs up on me. I really wish there was a customer service number to express the unprofessional and rude service this location is providing.

Was taken care of by Oscar, and the overall experience was great. There was a slight mix-up with the call center sending the tires to this location, but Oscar took care of it, and I was able to get it done the next day. Oscar called me when the tires came in that morning, and I was able to come right in. I was told it would take about 2 hours or less, and it took almost exactly 2 hours. All in all, I was impressed by the transparency and professionalism and would recommend to a friend or family member. I'll be coming back for tires in the future.

I came here on a Sunday morning for 4 new tires. The store manager was very curious and showed me all the tire options available to me. He quoted me 90 minutes but it was realistically 2.5 hours. The service area and waiting rooms were clean and offered fresh coffee. Other then the wait time, I would definitely recommend considering this location for your tire needs.

I replaced two tires at this location, the other two in Las Vegas. Any time I have a problem, I drop in at this location and they take care of me regardless if it's on the tires I purchased from them or not. I've picked up nails twice and they were able to repair the tires. Great staff, I will always bring my business here.

I ordered a tire from the Pasadena store on a Tuesday 2 weeks ago to be installed the following Saturday. I went in and they told me the Mgr. sent it back on Thursday. I had to re-order the tire again and everything went well the following Saturday. But I wasn't happy that they did now come thru on their 1st promise. I had to wait another futo wait another week to have it installed.

I went in for a tire repair only 30 minutes before closing, and they treated me like I was the first customer of the day, with courtesy and great customer service. They took the time to look for why my tire had a slow leak but couldn't find anything wrong. They still put a sealant to solve the issue. Since they didn't need to patch the tire they didn't charge me. I have to say that even though they were closing soon, the manager and staff had a great attitude and willingness to help their customers. I'd highly recommend discount tire for any tire needs as well as general repairs.

They don't to tell you about the $100.00 for alignment (smh) which should be in the quote. I wanted top of the line tires so $ was not the issue. It's the principle of not telling me until we we're actually there getting the tires put on that bothered me. Felt like they were not up front when I called to schedule the tire installation. It took 3 hours not 1 hour.

I hate leaving negative feedback, but I'm telling the truth.I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. on April 20th to check for air pressure leaks. I spoke with Oscar. He appeared to be a cool manager. I was also respectful and courteous.That kindness was not returned to my car. It sat under the hot sun for hours.Since they were going to remove the wheels, I asked why they didn't also rotate and balance them. He said OK.I called at 12:00 p.m. to check on the car. The car had just been hauled into the bay. I had an appointment, so why did the car have to wait 3 hours to be worked on? I called at 1:30 p.m., and everything had been completed. I asked the manager was the tire rotation completed? The manager asked, "Do you want that done as well?" yes.I thought I told him to rotate his tires in the morning.In fairness, I told the manager to take his time. I could simply walk to work where I spent my time. In exchange, I wanted the work to be done correctly.Tire rotation was never done. How could I possibly have known? I had two leaking tires in the back. When I got the car back, the two leaking tires were still in the back. The leaking tires would have been in the front if the tires had been rotated.I wound up doing my own tire rotation. Yes, I do work on my car sometimes.

DTC has been taking great care of my cars for over 15 years. Oil changes, new tires and all kinds of repairs. DTC is my go to for anything my car needs.Great service and fair prices. Highly recommend!

Shady business practices - last week I went in and got a quote for GT Radials, was saved in the system for later. According to the manager, you are required to purchase the 2-year tire protection plan (even though there is a pro-rated warranty from the manufacturer, with both you have to pay for mounting, balancing, and tire disposal). Went back today to ask about the quote (didn't want the tire protection plan) to remove the tire protection. Their website states the promotion is still available but they said my quote wasn't saved and then gave me a new quote for a different tire (full price and still required a tire protection plan for crying out loud) that is more than twice what I was quoted before. I went to America's Tire for a price on the same package and it was $200 less. No sale for you. Avoid at all costs.

I originally had an appointment for this location for Thursday, 11/17/22, and days before my appointment, I received an email stating that it was rescheduled (without my approval) for Saturday 11/19 at 9am. Now, I figured, since the appointment was rescheduled to Saturday, that everything would be taken care of. I bring my car in just before 9am on Saturday, and I can see that they are slammed with customers. I spoke to the gentleman at the front, told him my appointment was for 9am, and he let me know that it would probably take an hour to and hour and a half for them to get my car back to me. I left, ran some errands, and came back with about 20 minutes before they timeframe that was given. Well, that estimate was horribly wrong, and I ended up waiting another hour and a half past the original time. Overall, it took 3 hours for them to work on my car, and about 2.5 hours was them not working on it. They were so busy they kept on pushing my car farther down the appointment line, even though I should have been one of the first ones up. And nothing was said once I got my car back. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place, even if you have all day. Go to the location in Monrovia. They have a much better system and they actually give you a real time estimate.

Had my tire replaced here due to the nail damage. I like their professional service and efficiency. The charge was responsible, and the waiting area and restroom were clean. Will recommend this place to my friends.

Very prompt and good customer service. Got it all done in a timely manner. Jeremiah was very friendly as is everyone else I ve spoken to here. I ve been coming here about 3 years now and I won t be getting my oil change anywhere else!

My experience at Discount Tires is always great! We receive quick and friendly service. The prices are right especially if you catch a special offer. I highly recommend people use their services if you are in need of tires or any other type of tire services.

The folks here are always nothing but nice. Think there were some recent staffing changes in the last couple months but I have received excellent and attentive car care from anyone I have ever worked with here including the last month or so. I've been bringing my car here for most of my work for the past 1.5 years or so.

Today I had a flat tire and I called beforehand to ask if Discount Tires and Services was able to patch flat tires and and the person on the phone was very nice and said yes they did.Once I got there I was helped out by a nice gentlemen who i forgot to catch his name and they told me to park the car and they would take the tire and patch it and they let me know that i could go inside and ready while they work.Andres the cashier who took down my information was really helpful and courteous.The whole staff was friendly and hard working and I will definitely be returning if I have any tire issues.I appreciate all your hard work!

Absolutely fantastic they did everything they could to help me. I went in for one tire change before leaving to Lake Tahoe and they gave me such a great deal on tires alignment I walked away with 4 tires and alignment and I m truly glad I did it gave me a great peace of mind driving to Tahoe. They are professional and super nice. They are an hour away from me and I m gonna take my Lexus as well to get brand new tires and alignments

I got an oil change, new tire for my passenger side and a wheel alignment for the front and back. I asked about tire rotations and I was told that tires would be rotated for free for an oil change. I was given a text after 2 hours that my driver side tire is worn out and should be replaced as well along with my shock absorber. I declined. I wasn't given another call or text after so I ubered from my house back to the shop and find my car parked (job was completed). I go inspect it real quick and find the tires weren't rotated. I ask the front desk Jeremiah why that was and he said because California law says he can't rotate tires if 1 of them is too worn out. I asked him why he didn't tell me that when he texted me and he apologized. I also noticed my wheel alignment was still off and come to find out after looking at the paperwork they gave me that only the toe was adjusted. I went back to the store and talked to the manager who told me that they don't touch the camber or caster of an alignment. I asked why not and he said well they could but I would have to buy aftermarket bolts to adjust the camber or castor. I found this to be a lie after I drove to Glendale to my friend's uncle shop who adjusted the camber and castor for me.All in all, the only thing done right was the oil change so I give 1 star. Pros: They're good at communicating things when they want to make money like trying to sell me new shock absorbers and an additional tire. Cons: No communication on when my car was completed, no communication as to not rotating my tires or properly completing the alignment until I confronted them.
