Placed an order in early December with a commitment it would arrive in 5-7 days. Shared correspondence with Quincy saying, he was busy, that it hadn t arrived from the warehouse then another commitment date that came an went and finally an email that the order was canceled and a refund processed. It s been over a week and no refund. Time to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Either this is a poorly run business or a scammer either way avoid this business.

There is good customer service, when a company emails you updates on the status of your order. Then, there is Outstanding Customer Service! Cue Anthony Racing, is a company with outstanding customer service.Apparently my $40 part order did not make the UPS truck for shipping. Instead of waiting till the next day to ship, Quincy decided to deliver the part personally. Approximately 6pm he called and spoke with my wife to inform me that he was on his way. I was able to contact him via the company phone directory and let him know that this wasn t necessary. It could wait to be shipped the following day.Quincy instead stopped at a local UPS store and had my part shipped next day delivery. First off, this really isn t done by many companies. Second, how many owners of a company would do this for a $40 part? The owner Quincy thought enough of this one customer that he did exactly that!I hope in the future to buy more parts for my E30 and E46 BMW from Cue Anthony. You will never find a better company to buy parts from. Never!Dan Gilkerson

WARNING! I ordered a Jeep top from Cue Anthony Racing on 11/24/2022. I was told it was backordered and would arrive in 9 weeks. It is not 2/1/2023, and the website is down, the phone is disconnected, and they have my $2,026.75

Placed an order for a new turbo for an RZR on December 7. Item was to be shipped in 3-5 days which would have it arriving well before Christmas. After a week of not hearing anything I attempted to contact the company. No answer on the phone or through email. Attempted to contact repeatedly. My son didn t get his Christmas present. Assumed I had been scammed. Today 12/28 I got an email stating my order was canceled. No explanation, no apologies nothing. Have yet to see a refund issued. Avoid this company at all cost. If you don t take my word at the very least attempt to contact the company first. Complete waste of time.

I ordered a Fi Exhaust catless downpipe for my Mercedes-Benz CLA250, and got it delivered with no issues what so ever , Cue is an awesome trustworthy man , would recommend ordering from them!
