5 Star + Service by Marvin Quijada, Diane (mechanic )Bilingual service.It was excellent without exception. I called Friday afternoon and was given an appointment the same day. During the call Marvin asked why we wanted to align the wheels... which immediately gave me a feeling of trust and that he was very interested in helping me in the best possible way. When I was in his workshop, I also had the opportunity to sit down. He offered me water and had a good conversation.His helpers were very quick and came directly with a printed diagnosis that illustrated and explained what needed to be done. Diana, the mechanic, also explained the picture diagnosis, which I found very nice.The price that Marvin gave me over the phone was the same price I was charged. I recommend this workshop. Keep it up, Marvin, all is well with you and your team

I wanted to say thank you so much to the whole team of crown city tire for taking care of my car for almost 1 year now, not only they fix the issue but also making me understand all the replacement and work that they do to my car from changing oil to getting me new tires and brakes. Transparency and knowledge of what s going is the best! Thank you!!. You guys treat me like a family and always make me feel welcomed whenever I m there at the shop.

Great experience here! Customer service was both professional and personable. The workers were honest and transparent about any potential issues and walked me through the best way to address them both financially and timewise. I will definitely be coming back.

The guys at Crown City tire were all great to work with. I picked up a screw in my tire and had a pretty rapid leak on my way into work. They were able to patch me up in about 30 mins (I came by early) and have me back on the road. They also gave me some pointers on tire care unique to Tesla which I appreciated. Definitely appreciated working with the team here, and I m planning to come back for my tire needs.

Marvin and David are wonderful. Pedro gave my car a health checkup and came up with a totally different answer than the Toyota dealer I had just left. All I really needed was a battery, not the 2900.00 job the dealer recommended. I am very happy with the service I received at Crown City Tire.

Tire Experts Who Listen!The front office staff (Leo) at this tire shop is incredibly knowledgeable about tires. They take the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different tires, and they actively listen to your concerns to recommend the correct tires for your driving style. Making appointments is easy, and the shop is not as busy as some of the other locations, so you can get in and out quickly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs and other car maintenance needs.

My tires were bald and I didn t even know it. I showed them to the owner of the shop and he let me know that my tires are very dangerous. And not to drive my car. They came to get my car to take it to the shop and make sure I was safe. I got four new tires plus a wheel alignment. Now when I drive my car it s amazing. I didn t know my car was supposed to be that comfortable. Thank you Crown City Tire and Thomas Maimone. Everyone should bring their automobiles there.

Great service, always friendly. The gentlemen who worked on my car left my windows down and sanitized my key and steering wheel before returning the car to me. I can t even get that level of concern for my safety from most of my doctors. I really appreciated it. I don t remember his name, I m very bad at that, but I really appreciated the extra concern.Service: Tires

Rumor has it that Crown City Tire Auto Care is Best in town so I had to check it out myself. 4Michellins later and few great laughs with Marvin and Pedro, I didn't even feel when I paid for it. Safety well spent.

Nice! This is a new location. And it's actually a better commute for me. I've been to their other location in Pasadena near Old Town, and it was actually really nice to see the owner, Tom, being at this place. Shows how hands on they are. Needed my tires looked at because they possibly had a nail in one, and got handled quickly.Very clean looking, friendly, accommodating.

Great service and attention to detail. The owners are 100% customer service focused and they transfer that to their team. By far the cleanest tire and service shop I have ever seen. They make you feel comfortable, explain everything your car needs with no stress. Crown City is now my go to destination for tires and service. Can t recommend them enough. 5 star reviews are rare for me to give, and Crown City deserves it!

Installed a cat shield with them. Superb service from start to finish! I was in safe hands from Marvin's friendliness, Pedro's craftsmanship (he went out of the way to make sure my self-purchased cat shield was installed properly), and Leo's upfront help making sure I got what I needed. Friendly, efficient and fast! I had blown out a tire on the freeway and went directly to Crown City. They weren t officially open as it was a Saturday and they were celebrating the store s anniversary. Marvin took the time to talk with me, Leo got my tire ordered and Mike got my tire installed in no time! Best experience I ve ever had with a car repair. They were awesome. Customer for life!!!!
