Incredible customer service! Even though they were very busy, I was given a lot of attention and time. The front desk woman, Florence?, even took me out to show me what she was explaining on an actual tire. They could have easily sold me two new tires, but since she was unsure if the tire could be repaired she asked her manager for a second opinion. They decided it could be safely repaired. I m definitely making this my tire store!

I truly can t express enough how wonderful the entire staff has been to me. They installed a leveling kit, mounted 35 inch tires, and aligned my Ford F-150. They did a beautiful job! This shop is owned by a local couple and they have obviously hand picked each employee with a tremendous amount of care. This shop provided me with the best customer service experience I ve ever had. The mechanics, front desk clerks, and the lady that drove me home while I waited for my car to get done were all amazingly nice and personable.If you live the SGV area, this should be your go to place.

I got a screw in my tire and wasn t sure where to take it as it s an EV with Nitrogen in the tires! Crown City Tire was able to fix my tire and refill them with no issues and without breaking the bank. Plus the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You can go wrong using them.

I developed a nearly flat tire on a weekday afternoon and limped into the parking lot of Crown City Tire. They graciously took my car and fixed it over the next few hours and I had it back that same day. The price was phenomenal.....One of the best values of my life! All the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Crown City Tire & Auto Repair!

I needed a service and new brakes on my car and was looking for a new mechanic to work with. I decided to go with crown city. Making an appointment was a breeze and I had the pleasure of working with Robert. I was absolutely blown away by this shop and Robert.Dropped off my car in the morning, and before lunch, I had the most comprehensive and detailed inspection report I've ever seen. These guys inspected every wear and tear item and sent me photos. They were super honest about what needed work and Robert talked to me through each inspection item. Almost everything was still in good condition and the only items that I was recommended to change was my brakes (which I came in expecting). No upsells, no extra fees.After the inspection, I okayed the work and the car was ready to be picked up before end of day.Work was very clean, shop was very clean, staff I interacted with were great. HUGE thank you to Robert for taking care of me. The quality here is MUCH greater than a dealership at a fraction of dealership costs. My new go to

The tire pressure alert light came on during a business trip in Pasadena. The warranty center recommended Crown City Tire & Auto Care. The staff were outstanding. Carlos Rodriguez & Ruben Banuelos took me in right away and had the problem fixed promptly. They also have very competitive pricing on a variety of new tires. Great value and customer service! I recommend this place.

Wonderful, personable service! I was referred by GMC to Crown City and stopped in with a screw in my tire that I found out was not repairable. Thomas and his team are great to work with - honest, with solutions to your problems, and willing to help in a bind! The team is wonderful - everyone helped out, offered guidance, a bit of knowledge, and advice! I walked away with tires at a great price in a pinch (I m from out of town) and my truck looks better than before! Thanks to everyone on the team it s as if you stepped in to your own family s business!!

Who needs a flat tire? Especially on Thanksgiving weekend! Fortunately, Crown City Tire is my go-to solution for all things tire-related. Within a few hours they had ordered a new tire and mounted it. I didn t even have to pay for the tire because I had purchased a warranty on them. Just one more reason why I ve been going to them for over 20 years now.

Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I m so glad they happened to be the closest tire center to where I noticed a leak in my tire. I ll be going there for all my tire needs from now on.

I was in a tough situation where I had to get a job done on a 2021 Toyota Corolla within a half day to leave town to keep my itinerary for travel. I was referred to Crown City Tire Auto Care by a client of mine in Pasadena at 4pm on a Wednesday. From the initial phone, vehicle checkin and inspection Crown City staff were sharp and on point. All were knowledgeable from Mikey, Adrien, Pedro , Eddie and Xochitl. The job was complete and handled in the time frame needed. In a situation like this before I had been over charged for work I didn t even need. I was happy when I seen the final invoice I knew that Crown City were honest about the work needed. And I knew they did quality work by how busy and how happy people were at the counter picking up their vehicles. The car made it to my son Airmen Preciado US Air Force , Thanks guys!

Always appreciate the great service we receive. I had a slow leak in a tire and was taken care of quickly with fortunately only a patch. Been a long time customer and CCT continues to be my go-to place for tires

Everyone from the receptionists, to the driver that picked me up for my service was so friendly! They were able to repair a tire that Discount Tire wouldn t even look at. This is the best garage I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my car to. Not only are the staff polite and helpful, they really know what they're talking about. On top of that, I trust them to not scam me. When I brought in my car to get a diagnostic, they were incredibly thorough and noticed a number of things on their way out, but that wouldn't need to be replaced immediately. I don't know much about cars, and they helped me understand what each thing meant and how imminent the problem was. When I decided to get my engine air filter replaced, they quoted me the accurate price for what the filter would cost. When I brought my car back in to get it done, the price had since dropped, and they not only told me that, but changed the amount they would charge me to reflect the lower price. I'm very happy with bringing my car in here and will continue to do so as long as I live in Pasadena.

I had never used Crown City tire before and was not familiar with their company. Luckily, I was very happy with their service. The custom ordered a tire for my Navigator the same day I needed it and then perfectly installed it. The shop was spotlessly clean and the staff all seemed motivated and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Had a flat tire and looked for a place within the neighborhood and I found Crown City and I am glad that I did! I was first welcomed by Florence and Diana at the front desk with excellent customer service. I needed new tires and they were there within a couple of hours! Their super cool drivers were there to give me a ride home and to bring me back while Robert explained everything to me in detail about the services that I needed and received. If anything needed for my car, they definately will be my first choice!

Exceedingly friendly staff, open, and honest. Patch for flat tire was a little tricky, and other shops would likely have tried to upsell to a new tire, but they made it work.Highly recommend.

New tires for my 71 Bug have been a hassle in the past, needing an unusual size. No hassle this time, at Crown City! Actually a delightful experience they ordered the tires I wanted, installed them the next day, shuttled me while my Bug was with them, maintained excellent Covid precautions, and everyone was so cheerful, efficient, and helpful. And it feels great to go with a local, family business and keep our good vibes and money within the community. Thank you to Mikey, George, Jacqueline, Jacqueline s sister (sorry, I didn t catch your name), Thomas, and everyone!

I had a screw in my tire and came to this shop to get new tires since I was due for new tires anyway. I d been planning on trying this shop because I had been disappointed by the customer service at one of the other tire shops in Pasadena. The experience here was worlds apart from other tire shops I have been to. Florence was truly the most professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable automotive service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She was so helpful in explaining the differences between the different tires, and helped me decide on the best tires for my driving needs. She showed me pictures and explained the tread patterns, the warranties, and the services that came with the purchase. After the sale I was confused about a financing option offered through my credit card and thought it hadn t been applied. She was so patient and helpful in looking into my concern and helping me find the information I needed. When I finally realized the offer had been applied and it was my mistake, she was so nice about it and expressed how she was just glad it worked out.As far as value, I spent significantly more money here than at the last tire shop I went to, but I don t know how their rates compare currently with recent inflation. I will say that the vastly superior customer service, cleanliness of the shop, thorough vehicle health inspection, and the peace of mind of feeling like true professionals were working on my car were well worth the cost.

Went here for an alignment on my 2017 Honda accord couple back in February and ended up needing a stud replacement. Shop stands by their good reputation and Robert is pleasant to work with. Great shop to have work done with.

Came to Crown City yesterday to have a tire patched. The service and hospitality was top notch. Mikey in the service department got me all set up, and the ladies up front were so nice and friendly. I ve been coming here for many years, and was so nice to see the new owners doing such a good job. Great local business, thanks for your help!

I took the car basically to have tires evaluated for wear. I needed an oil change as well. Although the company sent beautiful photos of all areas evaluated and the tires too, the did not provide a detailed quote for all the work. I walked out with a nice set of tires at a fair price, but a $200 bill for oil change, filter, and air filter - Usually I pay about $75 at a local shop. I think before giving the go-ahead for any work, a detailed price should have been sent for approval. (We talked on the phone about tire prices and I gave the ok for that).

I drove in to Crown City Tire and Auto Repair with a low air light on - unsure if it was a flat, slow leak, or nothing. Brian was terrific. He found a nail in the tire and had it patched in about 20 minutes - all in about $40. I will definitely be back. Office operations are polite and top notch as well.Well done Crown City! These days great service is rare and I am very pleased to support it.
