Great Service! I found Crown city had a big selection of automobiles for my budget and Fernando and George made the whole process easy. It was also nice to stay local and not have pushy salespeople trying to sell you on cars out of your range. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Check them out.

My experience with CCM was phenomenally excellent from the first text message/phone call to driving off in my Ford Fusion. Big Mike is the man, he extended excellent professional customer service and there was no haggling or the typical dealership issues. The process to purchase was very smooth. I recommend to anyone who's had a difficult time with getting a fair deal from other dealerships to come check out Crown City Motors, you won't be disappointed.

If you re looking to purchase a vehicle in the town of Pasadena, don t look elsewhere. The whole team at Crown City Motors make you feel like you re part of them. No judgements, the minute you walk in it s very welcoming. Fernando and Big Mike work great together, so whatever you re going through, they can definitely help you out. They don't judge and they give you offers to where you re comfortable. The place is amazing and they have a great variety of luxurious vehicles. The us is they have a shop where they maintenance your car too, that s a really big plus. Definitely would get another vehicle from them and I would definitely recommend them as well as well. Great place to buy if you have bad credit or no credit. The staff is wonderful, especially George the sales person. We bought 3 cars from there within months apart of each other. All of them were BMWs.

Ray extended excellent professional customer service and there was no haggling or the typical dealership issues. The process to purchase was very smooth and I m elated I chose this dealership. In the end they purchased my vehicle as a down payment and that was a blessing for me . I read all the reviews and everyone was pleased so I selected them to create happiness for me. I highly recommend CCM for those who need to operate outside the traditional car buying box. What I also like is the one stop place to pay my car note, get maintenance work and the ability to be free from paying for oil changes!! These people are always firing and getting new accounts people they will call you and ask for payments that they don't need... I set up auto pay and they still call for more money monthly don't go here I'm taking them to court

When I first found these people a couple of months ago I did not have the best experience with them, and posted a not so pleasnt review. After being contacted by their Manager/Owner Ray he was eager to discuss what I felt went wrong last time and Ray was willing to go above and beyond to get me approved.With the help of Chuck and Ray my wife and I got our 2013 Camry which is a pretty awesome car. As with every used car there were a couple of things it needed to have done, but nothing major and its just over all a fun to drive reliable car.Thank you Chuck and Ray for helping us out I highly recommend you guys to anyone any day of the week!

We dealt with Franc and he was cool, we came for 1 car and changed to a better car. He made sure the deal went through, so definitely recommend Franc and the owner was cool too. My son got a VW Touareg in his own name to establish credit. We ate seafood across the street while Franc finished up the paperwork...

I had the best experience here at Crown City Motors. The sales agent George was wonderful and very helpful in helping me find a car at a great budget. We have actually purchased 2 other BMW vehicles in the last 6 months. I would highly recommend buying here if you have bad credit, no credit or simply looking to establish credit history.
