Shady and dishonest people. I took my car in there after someone backed up into my hood causing a pretty sizable dent in my hood and causing computer error damage as well.Over $10,000 in repairs. They did not fix the computer damage and had the nerve to say the computer was faulty before the accident. Absolutely not true!!Of course I find all this out after I paid my deductible. They want to stick it to the customer and make the insurance company happy so they can stay in good graces with insurance company.I read a similar review of the exact same situation.If you find yourself at this place for repairs, don t walk away; run away fast.Dishonest and shady as ALL GET OUT!!! I ve had cars and insurance for 40 years now and been to many body shops. Never have I experienced this type of blatant dishonesty.

They did a great job! Jesse kept me informed on repairs and updated of additional repairs needed. Work was completed on original date given upon drop off of vehicle. Overall a great experience. Will recommend to others. Bumper looks brand new!

Adriana and Edgar do excellent work, great customer service and professional work keeping status of work on my Genesis. The work man ship on the vehicle was outstanding. The paint matched perfect. A task well done, thank you for Bench mark on getting vehicle to me early. Again, the service was excellent, the communication was excellent, the completion of the task was excellent. Instead of 5 s I would like to give 10.

Having my car serviced at service, King Pasadena was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had in vehicle servicing. I was rear ended and had my car at service king for over a month in order to get parts and repairs. On the day they told me my car was ready, I showed up to get my car, and they informed me that there was a small mark on my car that needed to be cleaned up before they could give it to me (which sounds like they accidentally scratched my car while it was sitting in their shop). When finally getting my car back, I realized when getting home that my rear end camera was completely disconnected. I called to get this fixed immediately, but I was informed that they would need a special electrician to come out to the shop and calibrate the camera. After waiting three days for schedules to align so I could bring my car in, I was informed that a technician showed up to fix my rear end camera, but had forgotten a tool, so they would need to hold my car for one more whole day. After the rear end camera was finally fixed and I had my car back, I also noticed that my floor mats in my car were missing from the front. I have called them two times to figure out where my mats are or receive reimbursement from them, but both times they had told me they ll call me back and I ve heard nothing. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service.Service: Body & Trim

The quality and customer service at this location can not be matched by any other shop in the area. They have not only maintained the Marcos Auto Body quality but exceeded by service and quality.I had to take a challenging situation to them in which they had to work with my Insurance Company and repair the work of another Auto Body Shop the week after.My car came back perfect! I had an accident about a month ago and brought my car here to be repaired. Smooth, easy process with daily text message updates on the status of my car. Four stars instead of five, as they re hard to get in contact with over the phone sometimes. Loved that they went the extra mile and cleaned out my car before it was ready for pick-up! Thank you Service King!

My Auto Insurance Company referred me here after an accident resulted in front bumper and side quarter panel damage. Initially I felt that the estimate was lofty, but my Insurance was handling the cost. It took 2 weeks, but it was worth the wait. It looked great, except for a couple of manufacturer's imperfections, which Tony took care of without hesitation! 1 week later I scraped my bumper on a curb and he repaired it at no additional cost! You'll have a difficult time finding a more efficient, professional business with friendlier employees!

Had major damage done to my car by a fallen tree and was recommended by Progressive to come here. The assessment of damage and repairs made sense and I even got a walk through with my service manager, Julie, who was super nice. However:- They completely misquoted how long the repairs would take. There was a snafu with a new roof that arrived damaged from Germany - not Service Kings fault at all, and they needed to reorder to part. However, once the new part did arrive, there were three instances when I was told the repairs would be finished by X date, I called on X date to pick up my car and they then said it would take another 1-2 weeks... that happened three times... That's unacceptable. Just be conservative, and when you know you aren't going to reach the deadline - call the customer right away to let them know, don't make them call you...- The worst part of all of this was that when I received the finished product, the car was a mess. New scratch on the trunk of my car. Compound overspray all over the outside, the trim panel on the door where they must have pried it open was thrashed, and the inside hood panel had dirty finger prints and marks all over it, and other sloppy aesthetic workmanship. I was shocked, given how nice and competent Julie was, I expected more from the final product. My insurance company saw how the car was returned to me and also deemed it completely unacceptable. Progressive took tons of pictures as evidence and are sending the car to a different shop. Sorry Service King, I really wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt with respect to the issues with getting the repairs finished in time, but then seeing what you returned it me, I am just floored and cannot recommend this shop to others.

Getting your car repaired is never a fun experience. The folks at Service King made it almost "enjoyable." Tony prepared a comprehensive, accurate and fair estimate. Scheduling was a snap, and they completed the work on time (4 days).At each step of the way, I was kept informed via text of the status. The car was returned in pristine condition.Hats off to a very professional crew!

Service King did a great job on repairing my car. Very polite and fast service. The guys who work there have smiles on their faces which is nice to see. Jeffrey S. Is kind and knowledgeable. I would take my car there again.

Was referred there by AAA. Was a WONDERFUL experience! Received daily status updates via text. The work was completed earlier than expected. The technician walked me through the work and explained what was done. When I received my car, it was beautifully washed. Couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks AAA for referring me to them and thank you Service King for a job well done!

I recently had my Tesla worked on with them. Not only they didn't do a good job, they were unprofessional. All they were interested in was getting their money from State Farm. The paint did not match, the hood and bumpers were not aligned and many other issues. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. They promised to return my $1000 deductible. They didn't do that either!!

Excellent service. I brought my prius in last week and they walked me through the entire process, had my rental car pick me up no waiting, got my car done quick and even detailed and waxed it completely. great job to everyone involved.

Service King is state of the art, no one else comes close. Professional, polite, timely, keeps you informed of progress. And the workmanship is beyond compare, literally as good as new. I wouldn t even think of taking my RS5 anywhere else.

All around disappointing service. Was told car was going to be ready in two weeks and it turned into a full month. They did nothing to make up for their mistake. Would have beds so much less annoying if they had just said it would take a month from the beginning. Don t waste your time or money here, it s not worth the headache.

This place is unforgettable my car had a minor dent and scratch the back of pasanger door they claim to keep my car for 2 weeks , on the same day ,they could not give me a stimate of the damage how much would it cost when my insurance had already had the claim. The guy that help me was rude he insist on keeping the car I was not pleased he email my insurance claim saying it would take 4 days when I ask he said 2 weeks , poor lack of communication and this place is fishy by that I mean not safe I don t trust them I took my car to another shop they were honest my car is back on the road I m happy I got my car out of there

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE !!!Full of BS - they tries to use every dirty play in the crooked body shop playbook.I would give negative stars if I could. First of all I kept calling to get an estimate for 3 days and nothing (relatively simple repairs to the front bumper). Then all of the sudden they claim they found 'other' damage - gave me some cockamamie description to which I replied GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE and a description - three days later nothing.Called several times and the 'technician' was never available always saying they would call me back and nothing. One week later - gave up called the manager and told them to give me my car back.When I went to pick up my car discovered they totally broke the front grill and - they ripped it off and broke it and refused to fix it - they said sometimes during inspection things can't be put back together.Again, I could write a book about all the BS they told me from the crooked body shop playbook.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

Unprofessional they scheduled an app to get repair my vehicle I was going to pay out of pocket and they call me and tell me they only accept insurance payments be aware with companies they said one thing and later they change their mind.
