Nahum will definitely provide you with great service and their team is great at what they do. I was rear ended while at a complete stop by a car going at least 40mph and the car looks brand new. Their lifetime warranty is icing on the cake. There s an enterprise car rental near by with pickup service but they plan on bringing one on site soon. Looking to bring back the Jeep for some upgrades because the work and price is just and well worth it.Happy Munchies,@aVeganAndHer

Customer service was very courteous. The repair estimate manager was also courteous, professional, and kept me informed on a daily basis about the repair progress. My vehicle looks wonderful as if nothing ever happened to it.

Can't believe what I just discovered a mere 1 hour after towing my car home from their shop and reviewing my vehicle (wanted to drive it home). These guys sabotaged my vehicle because I decided not to have my car serviced. Only conclusion i could come up with. A 10A fuse was pulled out of my main fuse box for the injectors causing the car not to turn on. I know this because I luckily took many pictures before they picked it up and used that photo to verify it anything was different. Alejandro that works there even confirmed that the car was working and they put gas in it. I advise people to be careful with your cars because this is shady stuff WoW! I needed my bumper fixed which was dented on my small 2020fit and was looking around shops estimates and reviews. When I came across Caliber Collision on Yelp I was drawn in by their reviews and I liked reading how interactive they are with their customers which made me feel at ease to go to them. I felt welcomed by the team and they worked with my insurance and they communicated clearly with me what they were going to do and were very kind and professional. I get anxious because I m not good with car parts knowledge so auto shops stress me out but I had a great service the moment I went in with the girl at the front and then I was helped by Nahum and he was so courteous. They gave me updates on the status of my car and within the week I was able to pick it up and it looked like it was brand new again! I love how they treated me so well. I am shy on leaving comments but I am so grateful because I ve never had experience like this before and I hope I can be small part on letting them know I appreciate their work and hope they get the appreciation they deserve for everything they not only do to help your car but also value you as a person! I hope I don t have to be back at an auto shop soon but if I do I will not hesitate coming back here. I highly recommend this place. There are other branches but this one on Pasadena is the one! Everyone was awesome but I m telling my family about Nahum since he was the one that helped me out with my problem.

2002 Nissan Pathfinder. Only 102, 000 miles. Great condition on except for the weather stripping around a door passenger seat behind the driver's seat came loose. The part is not made by Nissan anymore, nor can it be ordered as an after factory part. I got a really wonderful guy, Chris, at Caliber Collision who knew how to fix it. I stood right there while he did. He said he is pretty sure it will stay in place. NO CHARGE.It was also easy to set up an appointment to have my car looked at and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this body shop.

My car was parked on Walnut Street in Pasadena, and when I came back to it, someone had knocked off my left side mirror and, of course, didn't leave a note. Caliber did a great job in replacing the mirror in a very short time. They completed it in less than a day and a half. And my car was returned spotless.Then, less than two weeks later, while at a gas station I scraped the right side of the car on one of the posts. So I took it back to Caliber. The general manager, Nahum Martinez was so kind and helping me to get my car fixed at an extremely extreme reduced rate.I remember when this location was Holmes body shop back in the day. It's been Caliber Collision for many years now. We have bought our car here many times over the last 25 years.These recent events in how they have fixed our cars is the reason we keep coming back to them. Customer service was great Allen made sure to update me at all times about any repairs. They actually had my car ready before the expected date which was great! They also contact you with the nearest Enterprise they come and drop you off which makes it much easier for the customer. Definitely will be recommending Caliber.

headlight of my car is broken, last car repairing place I went said they couldn't fix it, so I thought it will be complicated, But caliber took my car and repair it in less than 10 mins. Sooooo grateful! The entire process is fast and professional! Totally recommend to all my friends if they need their car fixed.

I recently took my vehicle for insurance repair work and selected this company due to having prior history working with a Caliber Collision in a different city. Unfortunately the results were not the same. The work was satisfactory but the vehicle cleanliness upon return was unacceptable because still had dust from paint shop.

Once I selected Caliber Collision to repair my car, the process from start to finish was flawless. They contacted me and setup a time to bring the car in for an estimate, then set a date to start the repair.� After delivering the car to them as scheduled, I got an estimated date of completion. Edgar texted me once the work started and sent updates on the progress regularly.� They completed the repairs 2 days ahead of the estimated time. Before leaving the shop, Armando went over all the items they replaced/fixed and verified that all the lights and sensors worked.� Caliber did a great job and I would not hesitate to tell my friends about it. Kudos to the team for a job well done.

The car looked like new again and I was so thrilled to be "back in the rhythm of life". I had such a positive experience. Car accidents are obviously disruptive and unpleasant but CC made it easy and painless. They are so organized, they gave me an estimated date it would be done, gave me updates a couple of times a week, and my car was even ready a day before, which worked out perfect with my schedule and plans! It was also nice to know there are multiple CCs so any CC can honor the work warranty. Kara at the front desk is courteous, quick, nice, and helpful and does it all with a smile. Edgard was very efficient, kept me updated, and my drop off was seamless - he knew what to look for and understood my concerns. The manager at pick up was friendly, respectful, and patient -- we were able to inspect every detail of the car and see that everything looked amazing. Incredible customer service from everyone.

I got into an accident for the first time in my life and was so scared/didn't know what to expect from a repair like this (I was T-boned with some serious damage). These guys made me feel like EVERYTHING was going to be ok!! Repair time was slow because of parts, but they were so communicative the entire time, calling to update about even minor changes to the schedule or repairs. The car (2016 Honda Fit) looks flawless since these guys took care of it. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!Everyone I interacted with, from the ladies at the front (awesome customer service) to the manager, to the guys that drove me around when my car was in the shop - everyone was 10/10 the whole time.

I had a truly frustrating experience with Caliber Collision in Pasadena, and I strongly advise against using their services. Despite being recommended by Geico, the whole process was marred by incompetence and dishonesty.I initially brought my car in for a minor front bumper and grill damage, estimated by Geico at around $300. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when, without notifying me, Caliber Collision tore off the front bumper on Monday, citing a prior damage issue. The only reason I found out about this was through Geico, not the body shop itself.Despite their initial promise to reattach the bumper and return the car by Tuesday, I was continually misled when I called throughout the week. It wasn't until I went in person on Thursday that I discovered they had no intention of reattaching the bumper at all.The manager's response was shockingly rude, escalating to outright unprofessional behavior when I mentioned the additional damage they caused. They refused to fix the prior damage, claiming it would cost over $3000 elsewhere a blatant lie. I eventually took my car to a reputable body shop where both the prior damage and the insurance claim were fixed for only $440, within a week. I only payed 160$ in the end.Caliber Collision left my car in a significantly worse state than before, and it's evident they lacked the capability or willingness to handle a straightforward $300 repair. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.p.s.: This is not the first time they do this. See the revews of Julianna and Prakrit.

After repairing, I have to return to redo the job I already did once. This will be the second time, and the job was easy. I can t imagine when it will be complicated, and my interior smells so badly, like the interior was painted too.

friendly employees. they did a great job fixing my vehicle and it was ready 5 days sooner than they had originally quoted me.Edit: I have to change my original review. My vehicle was missing one small cover piece on the bumper (it's a Tahoe and this little square covers the key lock that lowers the spare tire). I was told I'd get it at the end of July 2023 because it was backordered and they'd call me to let me know it was in. I never heard got a call from so I called them late October after my husband reminded me. I spoke to the gentleman who had helped me and after he went looking for said piece, told me it had been returned to the manufacturer since it was never picked up. Okay, fine, things happen. He said he could reorder it and it'd take about a week and swore he'd call me this time. Guess, what, it's now December and I still haven't heard back from them. Small details might not be too important to them once you leave their shop. Be sure to get what you need BEFORE you leave with your vehicle, because they are very bad at following up.

I d never had an accident before, and Edgar was very kind and walked me through everything. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. They communicated with me throughout the week and a half that my car was in the shop. When my car was returned it was spotless - much cleaner than when I left it! In my experience, Caliber Collision goes beyond a scale of 10/10 in terms of efficiency, responsiveness and professionalism when providing service. Their estimate was accurately calculated on a comprehensive assessment of necessary repairs and they dealt with my insurance company with an expertise that helped to make the experience a lot less fraught than it could have been. We own a Cadillac STS that had damage to the right front end. We were amazed at the restoration done by Caliber Collision! The car looks like new, the service was excellent, they finished on time, thoroughly washed the car inside and out, and even gave us a complimentary coat of paint on our spoiler. We had a bit of tire land on our hood while driving on the freeway. The dings weren't too bad, but we needed to get them fixed. The Pasadena team at Caliber Collision was fantastic and easy to work with. The hood looks like it did when we bought it 10 years ago (if not better). You can't even tell it was redone and repainted. I forgot how nice it could look! They finished the job early, were friendly to work with, we were kept informed throughout the process, and they made working with our insurance company a breeze. We have had work done by them previously and it was the same. Excellent work, reasonable prices, fantastic team. I highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought car in for a damage to a door.Upon delivery, the tire alignment was out of place and they broke the sun visor. Initially they agreed to fix it and called me in. when i came in the manager accused me of breaking it and was very rude! they left my car worse off than when i brought it in!Do not recommend this place!
