Let me start by saying that I stopped coming here when it was Symes Cadillac. They did me wrong so many times that I'd rather drive much farther then go to Symes which is only a few miles away.NOW, that being, it's changed ownership/management.First, a few months ago I received a call from a very nice lady by the name of Claire informing me that it was a "new" Dealership and things were different/better and they were ready and willing to service my Cadi. I explained to her that I was gun-shy and not willing to take the risk of going back, she said she understood was very nice about it and left it at that.Fast-forward to last week I received an email and a phone call from Claire AND received some coupons in the mail which included a really good deal on an oil change that I actually needed, so I took the "risk" and went back.I'M SO HAPPY THAT I DID!I'm not gonna go into detail because this review is already long and is the longest review I've ever done(my reviews are usually just 2 to 3 words), but let me just say, the team at the new CADILLAC PASADENA went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, more than I ever expected and I want to specifically point out Jorge for taking great personal care of me!And for whoever "OK'D" Jorge's decision as to my vehicle, I went to say THANK YOU as well, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year's to you ALL!!

Friendly thorough service and cost less than I expected. Today LOF service including car inspection, tire rotation and car wash was $99.

Great Service with Warm and friendly Staff. They always keep a thorough record of your Car's Service needs and when to be Serviced.
