They treated me with dignity and respect. They were warm amd welcoming. I felt like they'd known me for a long time. Ricky was a delight. Eric was most kind and helpful in programing my car. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The process went month and quickly. I look forward to upgrading soon.

Will not recommend to deal with Rusnak, unless you want to be fooled by these people. Good credit history they still will lie, manipulate and get you the worst loan ever. They found the bank for me at 14% when a week later I walked into B of A and got the loan for 7%. They told me I have too many loans and the car I m financing is old, that s the reason for 14%. After I got my own loan they said they don t have good relationship with Bank of America and that s why they couldn t get better deal. Bottom line is: bunch of cocky, pretentious liers.PS. I asked Rusnak to take B of A loan since they haven t financed my loan yet, after two weeks. They quickly pushed it through not to loose their commissions. Ugly. Disgusting people. Don t be fooled by them.

Very disappointed because I left my product glasses inside of the vehicle and within 48 hours I spoke to them and they told me it was gone. I paid $300 for these glasses and I was not happy about that.The salesman was very courteous, and I appreciate all his extra effort but again, I said in the dealership for about three hours, waiting for them to complete the process. I was not happy.

Javier and Barbie were great until I paid for the vehicle. Then, one commitment after another, was not fulfilled. More than 2 weeks after payment, I do not have a bill of sale and cannot title the car. Do not purchase a vehicle here.

If you're shopping or servicing Bentley in Southern California I would recommend this Rusnak family owned and operated dealership in Old Town Pasadena. The staff is expert, dedicated, helpful and you know they're going to be there month in and out, year in and year out. This is a fine organization led by Tony Ziemann and Ray Mkrtchyan.

I give praise to Rusnak Bentley Service! They are absolutely "top notch!"Melody is the quintessential professional, always advocating for the customer, and always thorough, cordial, and supportive. Brian certainly knows how to lead and develop a stellar team, and I cannot give enough accolades to this great group of service professionals. Although I drive by the Beverly Hills dealership, which is 2 minutes from my home, to take my Bentley to Rusnak Pasadena, I consider it well worth my time and inconvenience because of the "world class" service this team provides!

I had HERAT ATTACK in 2020 Bentley Continental.Now I've got your attention, let me tell you a brief story. I was invited to test drive new 2020 Bentley Continental last year from Rusnak and "Clint" was assigned to show it to me. Now, since I ever saw the YouTube video about it, I was in love (not with Clint, the car.) So imagine how much I was excited to go for that test drive. But at the time, I was under lots of stress with my company's lawsuit and my heart was giving me warnings which I kindly ignored. As Clint was showing me interiors, I got a heart attack and it start beating 200 beats per minute. I guess I was too excited. Doctors call me X-Man for being still alive through that heart attack.Clint promptly took action and called 911 right away. So in a nutshell, a car dealer saved client's life. How often does that happen? Couple of days later, he was even kind enough to text me how I was doing and telling me "car is just a car, the important things is that you get better." It tells what kind of character he has. This guy used work helping autistic children, so imagine how nice person he is.At that time, I couldn't afford the Bentley but I promised myself that when I can afford it, I'll come back and buy it from Clint (my savior Jesus). After almost one year and much better health wise, I finally bought brand new 2020 Bentley Continental last Saturday from Clint.Man... how can I tell you... This is more of a piece of art than a car. Craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail is amazing! Handling is so good, it feels as if yourself and car become one. There are so many safety and convenience features that I feel the car cares about me more than I care about myself. Interface is so intuitive I learned how to operate the whole system in just one hour without a manual.And most of all, I've got a extremely good deal from the most kind car salesman I've met in my life. So trust me and just see him first before contacting other dealers. On top of getting good deal, you'll have most pleasant purchasing experience ever. Feels like you're buying a car from your buddy. Rusnak has most Bentley inventory anyways. So trust me and look for Clint (AKA Jesus, he'll baptize me this Christmas.) If he doesn't give you a good deal, contact me and we'll put him on a cross. Don't worry, he'll resurrect in 3 days and probably eating sushi somewhere. And if Clint does sales pitch that "someone got heart attack because this car is so good," this Yelp review is the proof.Finally, a message to general manager at Rusnak. Why the hell are you not giving him a raise? He saved life of a customer for god's sake!

They were slow getting the car shipped. It arrived with a bald tire and two of the keys were missing. The manager told me he wasn't going to help me because:1) I didn't really buy it from Rusnak Bentley Pasadena because I leased the car.2) The tire was fine when they shipped it. Maybe the transportation truck swapped it.3) One key was all they had, he didn't know what happened to the other two and I was out of luck and would need to pay $2700 to have the keys replaced.I paid well over retail for a low mileage SuperSports because I was buying from the Bentley dealership and it was certified. If I had known I was going to have to deal with this type of car company I could have saved myself $10,000 and bought it from any given car dealer on eBay.Apparently Bentley doesn't hold their dealers to the same standards as other high end automobile manufacturers. I would buy another Bentley. I just wouldn't pay the extra money to buy it from a Bentley dealer.
