My experience here was great! Brenda was such a great help & made my experience so comfortable. She was sweet & extremely helpful! It s people like her that make me want to return. I know if I ever need help again I would go to Brenda. Thank you !

I go here all to time for my maintenance needs and other car goodies and have always had a great experience! John the manager is super helpful and friendly and no pressure man that makes me feel welcomed when I need help. Great return policy, they even have some parts for rent , I sometimes buy car wash/ car polish equipment. They have a lot of things you might need if you re a DIY mechanic and if they don t have it, they can probably order it or at least point you in the right direction.

They ( stocky Hispanic dude and a skinnier one) refused to check my battery in the evening due to safety concerns . More like lazy concerns. Instead of having it escalate, I bit my my tongue, told them to do their job and went to another location. Fire them and hire people who WANT to work.

Waited 20+ minutes for assistance, 2 people helping customers with 8 people in line while other staff standing around shooting the breeze. Left without item I needed. Will go to the competition. In the competitive world of business this kind of poor customer service doesn't work..at least for me it doesn't.

C was soooo helpful I really appreciate his help with my car battery! Because of his excellent service I m getting a new battery from autozone. They really trustworthy and really try there best to help you.

My experience at Autozone was incredible with Michael Baeza. I had a nail in my tire, and normally they do not assist with this; however, he went out of his way to help me with the tire plug. He came outside and did the tire plug for me, then advised me what to do afterwards for the most efficient results. Thank you so much Michael!

I go to this autozone quite often now. while i service a fleet at rubio ca�on from all the autozones i go to(oc,la,ie) i gots to say that this is by far the best i usually have to go back and forth steven at the commercial department is such a knowledgeable guy. Goes above and beyond for his customer excellent follow through, never forgets about you. I just wish every autozone would have a steven!!!

I found what I wanted after walking up and down the aisles. I usually don't need help. But it would be nice if someone would have been available should I have needed it. There appeared to only be one person working, the cashier. No one else appeared to be there, though I am sure she was not there by herself. I did appreciate the self-checkout kiosk, because she was tied up with the same customer the entire time I was in the store.

I went to Autozone for a new battery and wipers. I was assisted by Josh, the store manager. Josh informed me that my battery was located in an odd position and typically they would not be able to assist with the installation. However, given that it was early and not busy Josh happily volunteered to install my new battery and wipers anyway. Josh was very diligent and meticulous throughout the process. I've been coming to this location for years and highly recommend it given the level of service I have received over the years.

Claudio is so professional and very considerate of all of his customers. Today, I noticed how he wanted to make sure that every customer felt important and satisfied. AutoZone is a great place to shop for auto parts with employees like Claudio!!! Thank you so much for changing my battery and being so helpful and knowledgeable in getting me back on the road! :-)

Came in with a dead battery and came out with a fresh one and quick installation under 15 min. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming especially the manager Jairo who installed my new battery; he was eager to help and get me out as quickly as possible. Will definitely come back next time I have an issue with my car.

I needed new wiper blades. They were the only location that stocked what I needed. Marisol was an absolute sweetheart. She even offered to handle the disposal of my old blades and trash. She is a breath of fresh air. Wonderful attitude and personality. Thanks Marisol.

Got what I needed and waited at cashier for someone...anyone... 3 minutes later another customer gets in line. 2 minutes later I turn and say "I can see them in the back talking and they can see me waiting. I guess we are just supposed to take the stuff without paying. Guy say they have a self check-out so I go there and scan my items and the screen says wait for cashier. Cashier comes out and helps the guy who was behind me and I mention it and he says to wait. I go back to the line and another guy comes out and scans one of my items and then leaves to go help the other cashier.I'm sure glad you put these Google thi gs to scan so we can tell of our swell adventures in the autozone.

I went today to the AutoZone in Pasadena on Lake Avenue to buy a new battery for my ram pick up. I purchased a new battery at $222 and they loaned me some tools so I could go outside and put in the battery in my truck no problem there. When I came back into the store I noticed they had a sign that they honor their veterans and give a veterans discount. So I asked about that The discount was 10% , that would equal $20 refund for me. The clerk there was very nice and very helpful but said he had to ask his manager. The manager said no to my request. The store was not busy at the time no one in line no one being helped that I noticed. So they could not take out a few minutes to honor this veteran and refund me my $20 discount. Even though their sign says they honor their Veterans. I do not feel very honored. Unfortunately I would not be going back to that AutoZone.

They have good customer service here. I came in for a gas cap replacement for my truck since mine got stolen and I went up to the register to ask for one. One of the employees immediately asked for quick vehicle info , found the right product , mentioned the price and went to go see if it fits right on my truck . Honestly , I couldn't be more satisfied. This place is great!

from an auto parts perspective- it's fine. I just really think they should have their own trash can in the parking lot. I realize there is a city maintained one but it's not exactly in view & ppl end up leaving trash next to a dumpster in the back which probably creates its own set of issues. Seems the store hasn't quite realized they could position the store as a pitstop before a long roadtrip & focus on how to make it convenient & quick!

Elsa was so helpful! She not only gave me various options, but she was able to help me with my windshield and air filter. She was kind and very respectful. I will come to this auto zone again!

Been buying from autozone for almost 30 years old, since I was 16 years old. Today took my fairly new battery in to get charged. Been sitting a while and died. Kid at the counter (young Hispanic kid - nice kid) says to come back in 2 hours. I come back in 3 to pick it up. Battery is still on the checkout counter, which I thought was peculiar. Kid says all set so I leave. I get home and hook it to the car. Battery wasn t touched. Still dead as when I brought it in. We re talking about a couple hours worth of total driving and the hassle of pulling it out and putting it back in.I just hope the manager sees this and corrects the problem for the next poor customer. I was and am still furious. Called the store and got put on infinite hold. Probably for the best because someone was about to get a tongue lashing. Dropped off about noon today and picked up around 3. Shouldn t be hard to figure out who it was.
