I only gave 5*s because they didn't have 10. I'm a picky person & want my $$'s worth.Albert... You've got a lifetime customer. My 4Runner has never run this good since I've owned it. Everything was reasonably priced, Including the Labor. And Albert & George were very informative on diagnosis & what they did re: repairs, and fixed a gas door that I'd been wrestling w for 2yrs.Diana...Very professional & helpful with the billing and Contract. And the Nicest person. I will be referring my Friends & Family to ARC AUTO REPAIR CENTER.

Excellent place. Albert is very fair and only recommends what needs to be done. I have been going there for about 6 years. I take all my cars to him. I trust his opinion when it comes to vehicles and maintenance.

Friendly and did not try to upsell me. Had a quick fix I needed that 3 other shops refused to do without replacing the entire part, ARC fixed it in 15 minutes.

Love this shop!!!! Albert is always super professional and always makes me feel like I m his #1 priority. I have been bringing my Ford trucks to him for several years now and refuse to go anywhere else.

No lie they robbed me payed 900 for replacement parts they never put in an used my car. Any one who gave a 5 star is friends or family
