This place should be your designated tire / mechanic stop. Last minute issue with my CJ7 radiator, just before the holiday weekend. The owner was more than willing to try and get it going for me. Family owned and operated. You can see the pride in ownership from the entire team. My kids were super happy that the jeep was fixed the same day. Appreciate your shop and I will definitely be back!! Price for the fix was very reasonable.

Do NOT Bring your vehicle here, if you do have another mechanic inspect the work done by Sarkis or approved by his female manager. If you look at the negative reviews on google / yelp , Sarkis does have a history of taking vehicles in for car repair and returning the vehicle in worse condition in attempt to scam customers to pay more money. Sarkis has a history of working on cars and returning the vehicles in worse condition than dropped off.

Very friendly, good prices and the workers are fast and communicate with you and in a very respectful way I recommend this place... And to add Lester is an excellent guy he made time to help me with my flat tire thank you so much!!!

Excellent service - the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Received same day service and pricing was reasonable and fair. This will be my go-to place for my car servicing in the future.

Service is very fast, accurate and delivered as promised. Sarkisi is VERY honest and will tell you exactly what service is needed, NO over selling. I have recommended many friends to A & A and now they are loyal customers! Great option for your auto service needs versus a dealership who cares only about profit, not customers.

Sarkis and Lester have been our go-to-guys since about 2007. They have been *steadfastly* honest, kind, respectful, knowledgeable..did I say honest? They will go out of their way to find parts that are compatible and high-quality. Their prices are reasonable, even in the face of increasing costs on their end. It is not going overboard for me to say that they have been heroes in our lives just when we needed one (we got two - plus a whole crew).Bottom line is that I trust them with my life and my son's life. That's what I think of A & A. <3

Called trying to get information and an estimate of what it would be to replace my engine mounts. The guy on the phone cut me off and then said he had to get to his computer, so to call him in 5 minutes. Time passed, no answer. Called a little while later, no answer. Called the next day, no answer. Guess this shop doesn t want business because the customer service is obviously lacking. No one can even pick up the phone for possible business.

I have been coming here for years. They have always gone above and beyond what is needed to make sure my vehicle is safe. They have always given me options on fixing any issues and details what is needed now and what can be fixed down the road. The owner is very trust worthy and knowledgeable. They also try to fit me in if I have a issue. I recommend this and they will continue getting my business. Thank you A & A

Sarkis is a true gentleman and knows how to handle his customers. He is super honest in an industry that's extremely hard to come by people like him. He is a stand up guy with a no non-sense attitude that is ready to take care of any problem related to your domestic or foreign every driver or your car project. With years of experience under his belt, and pricing that is just awesome! He will be honest, and won't just try and make a quick buck. That's why when you stop by his place, you might wait a little but I have to say, he's worth every minute for his services. Highly recommend this mechanic, and I've brought multiple cars to him and every time I've been super happy with his services.

Been coming here for years. Sarkis is a very honest man, very stern but fair. He won't sell or fix anything that you don't need. His prices are fair and reflect the current market price/ inflation. He definitely gets the job done and I highly recommend him for your vehicle repair needs.

Found this place off a AAA recommendation. Glad I did. They're skilled mechanics that diagnosed an issue with my older ford quickly without the use of a computer which takes actual knowledge and offered a solution at an honest price.

In early June I was staying in Pasadena, while on vacation. I drove all the way from Detroit so I was super far away from home. I got in my car one morning and it wouldn't start. I had my car towed to A & A Tire & Auto Repair.I was already internally panicking assuming that I will be stranded for a couple of days or more. It seems most shops take at least 2-3 days to get your vehicle back to you. Upon arrival, and right in front of me, they backed out multiple vehicles so that they could pull mine in. Within 30 minutes of that they called me to let me know my starter needs to be replaced. They said they would have it ready within a couple of hours. And they did. And the price was very fair.I've never in my life had a shop fix my car that fast. They knew I was far from home and went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road quickly. I like to fix my own cars when I can. I'm highly skeptical of auto repair shops. But A & A is trustworthy and fast. If I lived in Pasadena I would go here anytime I can't fix something on my own.The guys were friendly, fast, fair, and I highly recommend this shop.

If you are looking for the most trusted team of people for your favorite car, this is THE place! Sarkis is very thorough explaining what was wrong to my car and what is repaired/replaced. Their service and price are like their business name A&A!

Always give a fair price and are accountable for their work. My friend had his alternator replaced, and when the new one went bad just as it went out of warranty Sarkis replaced it for free. The people are great too--won't go anywhere else!

My tire went flat. The mechanic here told me he was backed up with other jobs and couldn't help to replace the tire. But he offered to fill my flat tire with air so that I can go to a different shop without ripping my tire. Very grateful.

Great tire replacement and general auto repair shops. Have been coming here for the past decade and will continue to do so. They know their stuff and have very reasonable prices. A lot of their customers are regulars that bring their car in for every car trouble imaginable from random engine noises to leaky tire. The owner Sarkis is a great friend to have and has many many stories to share if you have the time to sit around waiting for your car.

Very conscientious mechanics who. If the last untold number of mechanics left out a screw or a bolt return the car with it. They also know what they are doing and don't try to upsell the repairs. That is pretty obvious because they have had the same customers for years and are on a first name basis with a number of them. Some thing you don't have unless you have happy customers. In addition, as much as possible original parts are used. No runs to O'Reilly or similar stores.

I can only say good works about their service.They have been taking care of my car for 3 years now. They have always been honest, and do an excellent work at a reasonable price. On top of that they are extremely friendly and helpful.

Sarkis is a real mechanic (not just a parts changer) and a great guy. He took care of my cars back in the day and he'll do the same for you. Regular customers are like family. No corporate-mentality upsell or BS, just straight talk and honest work at a fair price. BTW, if you've got an old Mazda rotary, this is your shop - ask Sarko about tracking his RX2 at Willow in the 90s!

Went in for a simple tire patch. My fiance took the car for me and felt like they took advantage of her. I let her know I saw a review from a few days ago where they charged $25 - yet they claimed it was usually a $45 dollar service, but they'd do it for $35. It's difficult to hear that other nearby shops have a much lower rate and that it varies by customer.There was also a woman on the phone who worked there and was loudly having personal phone conversations. It was very unprofessional.Support other local shops.

The best, most honest in price and service, auto shop you will find in the San Gabriel Valley. If they don't specialize in the repair you need, they have a network of shops local who will get your repair done, and fast. This is the only place I trust with my cars. I trust them so much that I don't even bother giving them the valet key. I give the whole set.

AA auto SCAMMED me! I went in to diagnose an O2 sensor issue and after paying these sleazy mechanics, I discovered screws and paper clips planted between my spark plugs and ignition coils so my car would not appear to run properly. They told me to come back the next day and they would finish fixing it. STAY AWAY! I could have destroyed my engine if the clips had fallen in. I ve reported these SNAKES, but if you are looking for honest auto service, try somewhere else.
