Thank you Xclusive Auto Collision this will be my 4th time being here and they never disappoint me. Staff has been great friendly and very polite when you arrive. This time they work on my 20 Chevy Silverado and helped me out from point a to z unfortunately other insurance did not have enough to cover my vehicle. They did not waste time to making sure my vehicle was not just sitting I filed a claim through my carrier and they took it from there. They took care of making sure my truck was in excellent condition and matched all my parts to watch I originally had. Insurance paid for used and they got me original OEM. Assisted with submitting a reimbursement rental for me and made sure adjuster responded. I will recommend Xclusive to friends family and anyone in need. They help with deductible have payment options and over all they make sure they makes this process as simple and stress free. Thank you for my tuck I love it.

Ana and Joanna were amazing! Great customer service and they helped me every single step of the way. When I constantly called to ask questions they helped me patiently! They also provided a rental for me and returned it with ease! My car was unfortunately totaled after a hard collision on the freeway. They are what customer service should be! This is an amazing shop!

Where do I begin from the point my car arrived Joanna called to let me know my vehicle was safely at the repair facility. With me living a good distance away she made everything easy and smooth. They got a rental for me even though I did not have rental in my policy. I was not at fault she let me know my rights insurance sadly deemed my vehicle a total loss. No matter what day she it was she answer or call me back with answers that I requested. Got my claim resolved quicker than expected. Team is very knowledgeable and friendly upon arrival. Definitely will be referring my family and friends over. Thank you Xclusive Auto Collision for all your help and Joanna big thank you.

I have brought two different vehicles to this shop and the first time was great, second was even better. Anahiza was very professional and explained the whole process in a way I could understand and was very patient with all my questions. I got the services I went there for and the work was top quality and worth every penny. I highly recommend this shop.

I was dreading the hassle of getting my car repaired after being the victim of attempted car theft. However, my experience with Xclusive was absolutely wonderful and seamless. I had the pleasure of working directly with Marisol and she was very attentive, communicative, and accommodating. On top of that, they were always pleasant during our interactions, whether in person or over the phone. My car was repaired, fully detailed, and ready for pick up on time, as promised. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do - they have a loyal customer. They were amazing.

They did such a great job working on my car, they gave me updates on the progress of my car. Also, they had great customer service. They have tow service on standby if in need. Xclusive assisted me with deductible not mentioned it s convenient that they have wrap shop across for my vehicle wrap I got a whole new color. Waking up to my truck completely crashed was not the start to a good day, lucky for me Xclusive Auto Collision came to the rescue. From getting my car towed to their shop, to walking me thru the process, and ensuring the insurance did not delay my claim I can honestly say their staff was on it!! ( Special thanks to Joana for her superb customer service) Although my truck was deemed a total loss and they did not get a chance to repair it their service and expertise ensured that the insurance paid me out top dollar for my vehicle and that my claim was settled properly. My visit here was pleasent Joanna who helped me upon my arrival was poliete, knowledgeable, and she guided me the proper way through this process. She made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail the insurance process and my rights as a customer. Everyone at Xclusive was great they make you feel very welcome and they made it so easy for me to get a rental company they referred me to was great and professional as well. I am very happy to have came across their shop thank you for everything will be telling friends and family about you guys. Unfortunately my car was a total loss

I wish to tender my unreserved apology to xclusive auto collision for the review i made out of anger and frustration a few weeks ago. Been looking for that review to update it but can't find it. when i picked up my car i understood the reason for the delay, though not completely done, my car came out perfectly well. I must also apologize to Joanna who was so patient even when i took it out on her, she remained so calm and professional. Joanna thank you and God bless you. This is my go to body shop. They have taken care of all my friends and families vehicles whenever we re in the unfortunate position of having gone through an accident. They are accommodating, professional, and work with a sense of urgency. This last time they helped us get a rental and even had it delivered to my partners job, provide text message updates and do an amazing job with the repairs.

This is my second time doing business with Xclusive. Once again they were phenomenal at their job. Phenomenal customer service and alot of great people in there.Took care of everything for me. I didnt have to deal with the drama with the insurance. My car always comes back looking brand new. I 10/10 would recommend them to anybody.

Unbelievable Work!! I was referred to Xclusive Auto Body by a mutual client. At first I was skeptical as they were located about 30 miles from my house. I told my client that I would give them a call.Francisco answered the phone and was more than polite and friendly, he was also very knowledgable spent the time getting to know the personal details of my life, how I would use my vehicle and then made recommendations based on that. in this case the vehicle is a lease until going through BMW and getting my insurance involved would have been a big problem. he actually had the car towed at their own expense, and had the car dropped off so the 30 miles became irrelevant. Mobile Pickup and Delivery... Awesome!!!I will post it before pics but essentially I was hit into a pole so there was damage to the right front fender to the left front fender to my bumper and to my Hood. I went to three different shops prior to calling Francisco and was quoted $8,000.00, $9,600.00 and $13,390.00. After getting quoted $13,000 I started to believe that the $8000 quote was a good one. I was wrong.Replacing the 2 front fenders, hood and fixing the lower bumper, including the OEM Painting (Thanks Danny!), $6200.00. Less than half of the most expensive place. I decided to tip them $500 because I appreciated the low prices, pick up/delivery service and the friendly personalities. I will refer people for life and this review is a startOverall the experience was better than any I'd ever had dealing with body work, and sadly I've had plenty of accidents over the past 22 years.Ask for Francisco and remember... ALWAYS tip for good service.

I was involved in a car accident and I was referred to Xclusive Auto Collision and I m so happy that I chose them! I got my car back and I couldn t be happier with their work. My car looks amazing! Got in a fender bender and a friend recommended xclusive and I'm so happy they did... this shop is beyond amazing and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in an accident. I was rear ended in my Ram that I had for 10 years and unfortunately, it got totaled. I didn t know what to do or any body shops so I did some research and found Xclusive. Marisol was extremely helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I had some peace of mind knowing that I d be informed every step of the way. I would hope that this happens to no one else, but if it does, I d highly recommend coming here. A big thank you to Marisol and the rest of the team!

My car was almost completely totaled being hit by a driver who fell asleep behind the wheel. Luckily my car was parked and no one was in the car. The damage seemed irreplaceable and extremely expensive. I took my car to Xclusive Auto Collision because I heard amazing reviews from many many people. They were able to repair all of the damage and made my car look brand new again. Not only was it perfectly repaired, it was done unbelievably quick. The company was able to provide me a rental and kept me updated along the way. The service was just incredible. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
