Great, great great company!! To do business with. I called in to check prices for a partition for my pro master city and found out they had a great deal on them compared to others I priced. So I drove down there and met with Cynthia in the front who sold it to me. While I was there I happened to ask how much they charge for install and again the price was so fair that I decided to have them put it in for me. All in all this business is the ideal business I look for, Although they were very busy, they still took time to cater to me the small business owner. Johnny, the service technician who installed it, had me in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. I was so impressed with the service that I asked what other services they have and one is vinyl stickers and graphics for my business logo on the side of my van. I will definitely be using them very soon for this. If you're looking for a fast and friendly shop, who's prices aren't inflated like crazy this is the place to go!!

I was recommended by a friend to visit this shop for an upfit. I specifically asked for Cynthia who was recommended to me, but she was no longer working there. The person in the office who assisted me had terrible customer service skills and was very rude. Additionally, he appeared to be unprofessional."

What can I say except everybody here we're great especially Cynthia in the front office who answered all my questions. We wanted a rack on a new sprinter van for our electrical company and it turned out perfect, they installed it fast and without any trouble. we will be uplifting all our vans and trucks here in the near future, its great when you find a company to work with who offer exactly what you need and deliver on their promises.

I called in to place an order and spoke with Johnny. It was my first time working with Upfit and was a little skeptical as I had not heard of them before but Johnny was very professional and took my order with ease. My order arrived within one business day! Amazing shipping times and customer service!

I came by to Urgent to get more information on a Upfit for my van. And I can t believe the amazing customer service I got from this amazing Sales Lady Cynthia. There catalogs are nice and they have everything you need for your vans.

What I needed was not the "normal upfit," and Urgent Upfits rose to the occasion and made it happen! My experience began with Tony Cash, who took the time to explain some necessary detail of the process, which was greatly appreciated. Then David Mahuka was invaluable in using his expertise to make the vision a reality and to ensure it was what I wanted. Finally, Cynthia Espinoza was instrumental in ordering what was needed for the project. Tony, David, and Cynthia were easy to work with and pleasant. I highly recommend Urgent Uptits and plan to use them in the future.

If I could my rate experience higher than 5 I would!! I've been calling everywhere from Riverside to Irvine getting multquotes and time lines and I should have just started with Cynthia. Not only did she beat the price of all competitors but they had the material in stock and had it installed the next day. Urgent Upfits is hands down one of the easiest jobs I've had to schedule and it was all because of Cynthia. She went above and beyond and sent her team out to the dealer to do the install so I wouldn't have to make another trip to their shop. I was sold on the customer service, the punctuality, and the prices that were SECOND TO NONE! URGENT UPFITS is great quality, but hands down because of people like Cynthia we're only doing business with them!

Outstanding customer service! I called and spoke with Cynthia to advise her that my Tonneau cover on my F150 was not working well. She diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the part. She had the part shipped overnight and had me come in the next day. She also advised me that the repair was under warranty. When I arrived their staff immediately began the repair and was done in 30 minutes and I was on my way. Outstanding customer service every step of the way.

Cynthia was the one who helped me out and it was very easy and affordable. After looking for many places to get this service, I found that Urgent Uplifts was the best option to pick. There was a place is Whittier that I went to and Urgent Uplifts definitely was the better option. It was very professional and it has Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow Contractors.
