paid the $165 for this junk piece, I sent a driver to pick it up and found is has too much damage. Asked the owner to return it and they declined. According to their invoice they take return for 30% restocking fee but they do not even honor their own words . never buy from this place.

Ordered a part online...sent me a similar looking part to what I needed but ended up being the wrong one. Called in several times and emailed them without any solution to the problem of sending me a new part or refunding me my money. Talked to several people in the office and got the same run a round each time. They all seemed to be aware of the problem but kept pushing me to the next person. Never did get a resolution to the problem. Be aware...customer service is definitely lacking in this organization!

At other occasions they have been very helpful finding parts that I needed, this last visit was when I had my hopes high that they were going to do the effort to help me but it turn out the opposite.

Worst place to get used parts. The owner is dishonest and wont refund you money even with a recipt.High prices for crappy partsThey tell you one price on the phone and once you're the owner will charge you more.I would leave a zero star review if i could.I would stay away from this place.

The owner is a horrible person and does not know how to do business! Called for a price on a part then went in and it was a higher price! If you want to get ripped off call this place otherwise stay away! They need a new owner or just shut this place down!

We purchased a front cut 2008 Toyota Highlander from this company upon recommendation of State farm Insurance. 1st, the item was incomplete, 2nd the right side headlight was damaged. 3rd, the radiator and fan shroud had fire damage. Their representative Joe promised they would replace the damage headlight. We followed up and waited for several days, but the replacement never came. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I purchased a transmission from theses guys and it was blown. Transmission drove a block an they did not want to fix or exchange. This happened one week after purchase and ha 90 day warranty. Crooks avoid this place or you will regret it!
