Im a single mom and dont have many tools. My son went to your store to ask for help tightening his seat. Larry assisted1 him and helped us kuddos to you larry thank you. Oriellys gained a lifetime customer thank you. For having great workers

Refuse bathroom to a Jew and Native American. Blatant disregard for law and three Hispanic employees were informed of this. By law, businesses are to have public restrooms. Have been refuse work in Hispanic communities. Reported as hate crime. There August 18, 2023 to Puck up spark plugs.

I called to tje store for get information about autoparts for my car,and tje guy to answer the phone, put me in hold like a 8 mns. And after that he hunger the phone.I called again and when I asked for price for autoparts the guy gave me higher prices. In my opinion the guy talked very rude .so I'm not happy with the guys in that store .The store is in Downy Ave. Paramount Ca.

From the reviews I've seen it appears that this Store has suffered with poor customer service for a long time.Attitude reflects leadership, and it appears that the store manager Oscar is the clear reason why employees here aren't usually pleasant or helpful, actually they're down right rude at times.Do yourself a favor, if you prefer O'Reilly Auto Parts then go to the Bellflower location. They cleaned up their act and have a good group of people there, not a great as the Downey store but close.Thanks for the Motivation Oscar.

Employees seem unknowledgeable and we re very unwilling to help. Young gentleman with a beard brushed me off and acted like I was a waste of his time. He was constantly on his personal phone, and when he was supposed to help me with my car he took another call with another customer for like 10 to 15 minutes. I have always had great experiences with O Reilly, it s really sad to see how poor their customer service was at this location.

When I entered the store I went right to the front counter and a female employee asked if she could help me. I explained that I had called in and spoke to someone about intake manifold gaskets and said he was suppose to put them aside.So I was forced to answer all the questions again; make, model, etc. Then she walked away for what seemed like one hour. I assumed she was getting what I needed. In the meantime, people are coming and going.Finally one of the guys asked what I needed and I told him. He apologized and said, I have that right here for you. He grabbed it rang me up and apologized again. When she saw me leaving, she jogs up and asks if I still wanted the gaskets. I held them up and she said oh, wish someone had told me you had them so I wouldn't be back there looking for it like an idiot.I said, I told you I called and someone was supposed to set it aside, but you just ignored me and had me standing here forever looking like an idiot. I think that makes us even. I don't think she liked that too much.First time I've ever had any issue here. Usually they are very helpful, fast and polite

The manager was fantastic and I bought over $1,000 worth of products from them for my they went out of their way to make sure to make my purchasebut lot of stuff that pep boys did not have and I want to thank them I give them five stars all the way through

The ape that works here named Tito cannot handle doing a basic order for a simple blinker light that he said was ordered two days ago. Never coming back, horrible service.

bad employees and bad service! I called ahead for a battery for my 2014 Chevy Cruze and explained to them that I would need them to install it for me. They said they could and had the battery I needed. I walked in and first thing I see is that the person that helped me was texting on his phone. He starts to look up the battery and while he is doing that, I let him know that I was going to need help putting it in. He starts to tell me that he needs to look at it cause he knew that Cruzes have a different type of connection. we go outside to my car and starts looking at the battery like he knows what he is doing. Then tells me some bs that they can't help cause the batter can't be removed cause of the connection it has. I called him out on his BS. I have removed the battery before and told him how it comes off. This guy to me was just lazy and didn't want to do the work. I wouldn't go back to this place again and would never advise anyone going here.

I've been coming here for years back when it was still Kragen Auto. Alot has changed and regardless of the name of the place throughout the years they always seem to have 1or2 employees that are very good at what they do and can almost always get you what you need. I recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

Waiting outside the store for 15 minutes when they were supposed to be open . Advice to manager. Opening crew should have someone you trust otherwise you lose those sales. There were other people waiting outside store as well.

Customer service is the worst I've encountered. Purchased an item and I received an open package, when I tried to use the product, I called to let them know it was open and their response was that I should've checked before leaving the store. The store attendant started to argue with me about this. I would never return to this store ever again. Poor CS!

I entered the store about two weeks ago and a unprofessional blonde girl came up to me if I needed any help and I said I did so she goes to the front counter and decides to just to talk to the other employees so another employee came and helped me named Joel really helped for what I was looking for which was paint that was not on the sales floor.
