Overall an excellent experience here. They made my car look brand new again after being hit in an accident. They even went so far to fix some spots that weren t part of the initial damage (which I m extremely thankful for. The team here has excellent customer service and took care of my car in a timely manner!Elizabeth helped me throughout the whole process from being all the way to the end. I m not very trusting of my car with shops, but this shop has certainly earned my trust. If I need anything done to my car in the future, they will be my automatic go to! 100% recommend. Thank you guys!

Edit: 11/1/23 Managers Juan Vela and Elizabeth Cruz took care of my car and my situation from the moment I stepped into the shop and returned my car in like-new condition. I really appreciate the great customer service they provided and updates via daily texts. They made a somewhat stressful situation easier and less painful. Thanks again! Original review: I was unsure if this Fix Auto Paramount location would work with me and my insurance company because it wasn't on the list. Since my deductible was higher than the repair cost to fix my vandalized car, it didn't matter. What mattered most was the friendly, professional, caring staff that handled the repair from initial contact to final pickup. My car was handled with lots of TLC and it shows. Although it was just a small area that was vandalized, the entire car was given a careful detail and it looks like a brand new car. Big thank you to Ray and all who worked on my car, especially the ladies who detailed my car inside and out. What the vandal destroyed, you all restored. THANK YOU!

I have been taking my vehicles here for approximately 3 years. Every time I take them they come back looking like new. I am very please with the high level of repairs! Highly recommended it. Juan Vela always makes sure to give my vehicle back in a timely manner!!!

After 3 months since our incident, we re glad to have our unit back and looking great, as if nothing ever happened to it. Juan Vela made sure we were taken care of and customer service was great. Although we hope we never have to go through this again, I would highly recommend this location for any work.

I had a great experience with this shop. Everything was straightforward and the damage to my car previously looked like it was never there to begin with. They also gave me a complimentary car wash which I really appreciated!

I was hesitant trying to choose a repair shop through my insurance provider. I looked at about 5 other shops comparing reviews trying to narrow down my decision. I came to Fix Auto Paramount looking for an estimate and met with Roy who right off the back was attentive, interested with my concerns, and very clear as to how long the turnaround would be. He even checked to see if the parts were in stock just to be sure. By the end of my conversation with Roy, I knew I was going to end up choosing this place. I left the shop with relief knowing that my car would be taken care of. Dropped my car off on a Monday and Roy called me that same week on Thursday letting me know my car was ready! I picked it up and they had my car looking so good. The staff was so friendly, and broke down their warranty and the details on what was done with my car. I loved how easy they made this process. Great customer service. Roy was so well with giving information and making the process as easy and quick possible. Any questions or concerns I had had Roy was able to help me out. Fix Auto Paramount works fast and efficient. I dropped off my vehicle on a Wednesday morning, by Friday noon it was done and looking like nothing ever happened. I wouldn t want to get into another accident again but if I were to Fix Auto Paramount is where I will be going to again!

Honestly l chose Fix Auto because they are close to my job. I figured that all auto collision shops are the same, but I was grossly. They took my car in the same day. I took my car for an accident repair, the customer service was excellent. Elizabeth was very friendly, patient and had excellent communication. The shop updated me through out the process and was very prompt in getting my car fixed. My car was left very clean and the work done was Great!! I left my car in this shop after it was vandalized the week prior. I had the pleasure of speaking to three different representatives (Bryan, Juan, and Elizabeth) and each one of them was very friendly and helpful. Bryan was the one that walked me through the whole process and he made it easy to know what was going on from the beginning to the end. The work that was done on my vehicle was great and it looks like it did when it was brand new. They were even able to finish and return it to me two days ahead of schedule. I encountered no issues whatsoever throughout this experience. Fix Auto in Paramount is a great shop and I strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to have quality work done on their car.

My vehicle was super dirty when I dropped it off in fact I was headed to get it detailed when the guy hit me. I got rear-ended, which is not shocking in Los Angeles. This shop was picked by the insurance company. They were great. They repaired the damage very quickly, just in time for Thanksgiving. They also cleaned both the inside and outside of the car. With a small child, I'm not sure my car has ever looked that nice before. Had a positive experience. Dropped my Mercedes Benz off and had a quote within 24 hours. They were in constant communication with me and they also worked very quickly. My car looked brand new (with a lifetime warranty on bumper and paint) and I had it back within 4 days. I would highly recommend!
