Great Friendly service, Carlos is very knowledgeable and his eager to help usually ask the sort of funds you're experiencing to help eliminate other probable causes. if not too busy he'll bench test it while you're part on the Shelf ready to go there verify the component is a problem, 95% of the time he has a remanufactured part on the Shelf ready to go. Tell him Jimmy from S.B.I ( South Bay Iron) sent you HOPEFULLY HE REMEMBERS THE NAME NOT JUST THE FACE ..... LIKE I TEND TO DO .
