BG Collision's customer service was excellent. The owner was proactive in coordinating with the insurance to get a timely estimate for the repair. He was proactive in finding the parts, always kept me apprised on the work progress, and delivered the car on schedule. Their work quality is exceptional. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this shop.

Outstanding service. Was a smooth and easy process. The team at BG collision made it happen, call on the scene to have my vehicle picked up from the freeway, they arrived in a reasonable time, picked up my vehicle, helped my file my claim, and never left me in the dark. I was always updated with the status of my claim and repairs, only original parts. I been in a fair share of accidents, other shops I worked with would drag my repairs, over promise and under deliver, thankfully I found B G Collision and it was an excellent experience. Thankful for the help and process of my vehicle being repaired.
