These guys always help us out! Later open hours are great for when you unexpectedly need something before you head home. Always friendly service, helpful with answers to my questions, and they even let me borrow some tools once. I m very pleased with the level of service at O Reilly Auto Parts, and will definitely keep going back. Thanks a bunch!

Amazing service. I had some really tricky windshield wipers and they were so helpful and patient in helping me find the right ones, and they even installed them for me. Will definitely be back!

Don't go here for help putting in air filter.. helped other person in line. Thought I could wait . Only two other people in the whole store. Did myself. With the long list of other things to do.. go to Auto Zone. They help one at a time!!!!

It's your typical O'Reillys, they sell parts, they have general knowledge of parts, they look up every part to see if they fit your car, even if it's a universal part. Staff is friendly, store is never really packed. I will continue to use this place.

I was very happy with the assistance that your employee Chris gave me today at your Paradise store. I was having a problem with the battery terminal clamp in my truck. Chris found the right replacement part then he replaced the broken one for me. I was returning my old battery for the core charge. Chris gladly took the old battery in for me.I'd like to say that a few days ago I went to the "other" parts store, which is just up the road. I asked the woman on the phone about a battery and someone to carry it. She said no one was there to help her and if it was too heavy she wasn't going to carry it. When I got to the store I was not happy about the interaction with the non battery carrying woman. The vibes just weren't right. I walked out and bought my battery at your store. I do not remember the young man's name but he too was both helpful and friendly.I just want to thank you for employing quality people. Their attitude reflects very well on your company and shows you care. Thanks for the good vibes. You've got my business.Kind regards,Lisa Nixon

They have great staff, a lady by the name of Courtney, who went ahead and ordered my cars alternator without me asking her it was late in the day when I realized I hadn't actually so when I called back and found out she had went ahead and ordered it. I had to call their corporate office and put in a good word on her behalf. She made me very happy and I was glad to shop their.

O'Reilly Auto Parts had the towing adapter that I specifically needed. I wish they would organize check out better as you never know who else is in line in front of you. It's typically a somewhat confusing experience to check out here when there are several customers waiting.

Nobody came out to greet us when we brought her car for a programming problem. The problem we had got resolved after the manager came out.

Always willing to help no matter how silly your request might be. They remember me well enough to know what vehicle's I own and pretty much the parts I need without a bunch of questions, in, parts and on my way home!

Stan a employee really helped me with my truck. In Sacramento ca. I dealt with O'Reillys and asked for the fuel lines they told me it was a dealer item.up hear in paraduse they treat their costumers great and really try to help awesome people

I went in to buy an LED bulb for my headlight and I told the lady at the counter what was happening and why I thought I needed a new one so she walked out to my car, checked it out and fixed it right on the spot and I didn't even need to buy a new headlight. Seriously excellent customer service!

The customer service is excellent. Always a great experience. Very knowledgeable crew. Auto Zone is right down the street but I a drive right past it and go to O'Reillys.

Aidan and Dan were great. We had to replace our windshield wipers which is a tricky job. These guys figured it out and we were on our way!

Store closes at 7pm not 7:30pm like the web site shows. Wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing.

In and out and 99% of the time you have the correct part, my only complaint is they need to make their sales more customer friendly its difficult to tell what's on sale and when.
