I have been using Les Schwab for repairs when I am out of town. I travel the State of California to remote gov facilities. When I am at home I swing by and get things I need done on my little old truck. High Mileage great on gas. This little truck is often my office where ever I go. More than once I have asked to have something done or checked and the crew in the Paradise Shop has been just Awesome!!!. Thank you for taking care of my Office.....

This review is long overdue. I showed up late in the evening when they were about to close and they took care of my flat by replacing it. Otherwise I would have had to get a hotel room and wait until the next morning. Definitely recommend the place

Les schwab is the best in customer service. Every time I shop there, they are always helpful even if they don't have what I need. They refer me to who may have it, even if it's a competitor.

They are rude and disrespectful customer service isn't there strong suit that's for sure...... I can't stand even thinking about how rude this lady was to me and that she should keep her opinions to her self.......

I love this place. I've gotten new tires from them which were quality and for an excellent deal. They have replaced all my shocks. They have patched my tires that had a nail in them for free! You can expect to wait if they are busy though but hey that's life. And they have popcorn and coffee for free that you can help yourself to while you wait which I have done and it is a delicious perk to the whole experience. The lobby where you wait is clean with magazines and newspaper to read and the seats are comfortable with a table to set your coffee or whatever on. Staff is friendly and helpful

A bit pricey, but they were very knowledgeable about my suv problems and got us taken care of right away. I won't complain, because you get what you pay for. Excellent, fast service, and a great warranty. Highly recommend them.

The epitome of good service. Always friendly. I've bought several sets of tires from them. Free flat repair is nice too. Between my ATV and car, they've repaired at least 6 flats for free. The popcorn in the waiting area was nice but that fell by the wayside due to Covid.

Took my car this morning for them to check my tire ( found out there is a screw in the tire that s why it s releasing air constantly) Fast & Efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 star rating

Brought my Highlander In to have my breaks checked. They diagnosed the problem quickly , did the work I agreed upon. Something that REALLY stood out with this visit is , Johnathan went above and beyond and fixed my driver side door that had been off centered I I am so thankful for Johnathans consideration and kindness!!!

The staff are so amazing here!!! I made an online appointment for my alignment and a battery check, and called to get a quote for the alignment ($110 for an '05 Subaru).They couldn't actually do the alignment, but explained exactly how and why they couldn't until I got these two parts replaced (to someone with pretty mediocre car knowledge). They still did the free battery check and didn't charge me anything for some great advice and help, and even as I was about to leave the lot, the manager looked at one last random thing underneath my car and helped me out. Will definitely keep Les Schwab in mind for the future.

I've been going to Les Schwab for over 25 years now. There are new people working there now but they treated me as if they'd known me the whole time. I was greeted by Kayla as soon as I walked in. When she greeted me by my first name, it felt like home again. Especially after the fire. Thanks Kayla and to all the crew. Also, I remembered that I needed a cap for one of my wife's valve stems on her Suburban. I asked a crew worker in the garage if he could help me out. Without hesitation he whips out a double handful and asked, "which one do you want?" With a smile I might add. Thanks again. Btw...this was all before my vehicle had been moved. Lol

They always take good care of you at lLes Schwab, Paradise. Had to take my truck in for an alignment and Johnathan took care of that, but further inspection Jonathon noticed that I have a upper control arm bushing that is worn. So he set an appointment to have the work done.

Have always gone here with great results. This last time I tried a different store just to have something to compare too. I need tires again. Guess where I'm going. No more comparing. Should've never left. They are by far the best over all.Just went through the other reviews and was very surprised by them, the bad ones. It was very hard for me to believe them. I have went in for a variety of things. Always had top notch service, and very knowledgeable.Even used their service department out back. Thought I'd have to turn over my first born. It ended up being something different that was way less expensive. Boy was I happy. And know what? They didn't talk down to me because I was a women and wouldn't understand. Boy that was refreshing.The sales guy, I used to buy tires for my truck, was excellent. Told him what I wanted and why. Ended up with a great deal at less than I expected to pay.

The service is always professional, but they seem to always want to sell you new everything. They told me I needed new back tires, then once they realized they didn't have them in stock, said I could get a lot more miles out of them. The store is well kept and they work extremely fast. Expensive, but you get your money's worth.

Fantastical!! Love this location. I've been coming here for 20 years. So happy they're one of the blessed ones to have survived the Camp Fire. Friendly fair priced service. I will always keep as much of my business here as I can.

I can never say enough good things about the crew at Paradise Les Schwab! They're always super helpful and will do anything they can to help the customer! Kayla and the guys are the best! If you need anything from lug nuts to a full alignment go to the. And they will take care of you!

I went here for a replacement on a warrantied battery. They said the battery was bad. It wasn't. I broke down a mile away, it was my starter, not the battery....so they got me for $149. pro rate on a battery I paid $99. for.....what rip off...and they didn't secure my battery down either. Never again, you lost a customer over a battery...... and I was buying all my tires from you....not now, It's all Big O now. They fixed your mistakes for free.

First experience was great! But then the wife went back to get some air in her tire and was treated very rudely. Assistant manager was contacted and really didnt seem to care. We will not be giving them any more business.

the service here is not professional, they completely ruined the finish on my rim while taking an hour and a half to repair a leaking valve stem. While sending me on my way not saying a word about. only to notice the next morning what had happened. if you care about your ride ,i strongly recommend not going to this facility .

Excellent customer service. I came in at 8 am on a Saturday and they serviced my car on the spot. Had to wait in their waiting room about 45 min but that's ok with me they did a great job quickly.
