I have confidence that Jesse has done fine work for some folks. That continues to not be my experience. Jesse was helpful in planning a front and rear shaft for my build, and was very helpful in obtaining my credit card information to charge me for the shafts. 9 months later after many attempts to talk to Jesse and not having either shaft, I left him a message that I was going to have my credit card company go after him. I received 1 shaft shortly thereafter and the other 3 months later. I took the front shaft to a local shop, to have it lengthened, and they laughed at it. The CV and spline were both in poor condition! Used? I don t know. They were painted though! So here I am, a new $1300 dollar shaft from Jesse, needing $1200 to fix it. Waste of 1 year waiting for it, and $1200 to fix it. I would not ever buy anything from here again. Buyer beware!

Zero stars if I could do that.I ordered parts on Feb 6, 2023. Jesse said 6 weeks to build the e-brake parts that I needed. $871.62. I called and talked to him 12 weeks later asking about my order. He said he did not have all the parts I needed. I asked for a refund and he agreed. I still haven't seen a refund or my parts. He has stopped responding to phone calls, texts and emails. Do not give this guy your money. He will steal it from you. I should have read all of the reviews on this guy.I still don't have parts or a refund.

There was no lower choice than one star for this 0-star business.Watch your money and your time! Jessie Jaynes at High Angle Driveline (HAD) has the worse customer service on the planet, overcharges, and makes poor excuses without end - if he responds at all.On 6/3/20, Jessie emailed quotes for what I wanted to order, which seemed reasonable. In the end I was charged $3,907 for two driveshafts, three flanges, and a driveline brake, over double of what I was quoted. Jessie claimed that the price increase was due to inflation. Yeah Right, NOT!As a clear example of Jessie overcharging, I added a driveline brake to my order listed at $375 on HAD's website. I was charged $475.When I placed my order I emailed Jess a diagram with the specific driveline angles and exact lengths of the driveshafts I was ordering down to a fraction of an inch. A year later I received the rear driveshaft, one of two driveshafts ordered. It fit ok but the slip spline was the short version rather than long splined that I expected. Now I need to hire someone else to add a long spline to it.When the front driveshaft arrived, after waiting 18 MONTHS, it was 5 inches short regardless of the precise measurements I provided. After numerous attempts to contact Jessie to inform him that the driveshaft was 5-inches short I finally got an email from Jess claiming that the length was correct and it was just the compression. I connected the shaft and took a photo to show that the slip spline was an inch away of the spline receiver. At least the spline on this shaft was the long version as expected.Because I no longer trust Jessie to get the job done in a timely manner, I asked him to send me a length DOM pipe to fix the driveshaft and I would hire a welder to do it. Jessie replied that he would rather do the repair to do the best job for me. That's nice but here's the kicker, I would need to pay for shipping back to California from Hawaii.Watch your money and your time! Jessie Jaynes at High Angle Driveline (HAD) has the worse customer service on the planet, overcharges, and makes poor excuses without end - if he responds at all.

I ordered drivelines in May. 2-5week was the lead time. Communication was all from me to Jess, he occasionally called me back after i keft VM. To tell me excuses about his machine or parts being wrong. Always going to ship them next week. Well all my summer plans for my Jeep have been canceled waiting on my order. Now he will not return my calls or texts or emails. Calling every day for close to 2 weeks after waiting patiently, as he requested for now 12 weeks. I have a big trip planned and i can't get him to communicate at all. I just want what i paid for back in May or my money back so i can buy drivelines. At this point i see Jess as no more then a thief. Take your money, ghost you and never deliver your product.I hate to go public with this issue but my patience has come to an end.Jess Jaynes call me back!

Jessie said 2.5 weeks to build a Toyota driveshaft for me, it took 6 months. Also it has mix match U-joints, and damaged grease zerts. Worst of all the welds look very cold, no penetration whatsoever. Jessie said to send it back, but do I want to wait another 6 months or just fix it myself

Dropped off some jeep drive shafts. They told me the problems I was having. Very Knowledgeable. They finished the drivlines in great time and below the quoted price.

If you re willing to wait almost a year to receive your order and talk to the worst customer service ever then this is the place for you. I sent them all the specifics and pictures of everything they needed and still had to go to my local shop to fix the driveshaft they sent me. Every time I called to get an updated status of my order they would say it s shipping out tomorrow and it wouldn t be true. Honestly for me goes a long way.

Worst Experience Ever. I purchased two Drive Joints From Jess for a Hi Performance Offshore boat. Jess was a great salesman on the phone offering me a two week service. Months later and numerous phone calls and complaining I finally received them. As soon as I received them I noticed something suspicious. There were no signs of balancing. I immediately called Jess who claimed he balanced them. As soon as I put the boat in the water it had a bad vibration. I called Jess and told him the joints vibrated and he said send them back and he would take a look but it would be two to three weeks before he could look at them. I tried to get him to agree to get to them faster but he refused saying he was to busy. I took them to a local shop. The first thing they noticed was that the joints were all seized up. They showed me that Jess over tightened the u-bolts thus crushing the caps seizing the joints. Also the joints were way out of balance because they were never balanced in the first place. It cost me about $600 to repair what Jess messed up. I do not recommend High Angle Driveline because they do not keep their word, do shoddy work and do not stand behind their work. Horrible customer service.

I was a little concerned after reading the one bad year old review after having made an appt to get my driveline rebuilt, but the parts were ordered so I thought I'll give them a try.My home burned down over the weekend but I soldiered on since my truck is about all I have left and went ahead and dropped off my driveline.I mentioned I was off to an appt for new dentures since they burned with the house. On my way home I got a call to pick up my driveline, he wouldn't even let me pay for the parts.Big thanks to high angle, I'm so thankful for the quick compassionate service.Gary D.

I drove my truck by the shop one day and spoke with who I believe was the owner. I explained my issues and what I'd like done to my driveshaft. He told me I would just have to take it out and drop it off. He said I'd be looking at around 75- 150 parts and labor included, after all it was just the ujoints I wanted replaced. He told me i could even drop it off before they were open. All this sounded awesome and I walked away a happy future customer. I ended up bringing high angle drivlenine my driveshaft the following week and dropped it off Tuesday morning at 750 before they opened at 8 with confidence my ujoints would be replaced and the shaft balanced since they had never been serviced and were still factory injected with nylon from gm. I ended up stopping by the following Monday to confirm my driveshaft had made it into their hands because I had not heard from them. And yes I had a note taped to the shaft with full detail on my info the trucks info and what I'd like done. I again spoke with the same nice gentleman to make sure they had received my part. I seen it sitting in the floor in the shop and told him that's all I needed to see as I was relieved my driveshaft hadn't walked away. He told me they hadnt got to it yet but he would call me in a couple of days to tell me he had ordered the ujoints. I had no problem with this as I understand how a line works. A week goes by and still no word from the shop so I call on monday morning at 8am when they should be open and leave a message asking for an update on the driveshaft. The following day(tuesday) after 2 whole weeks of no word from these guys I go into the shop to find my driveshaft In the exact same spot on the ground and just ask for it back. After 2 weeks of no contact for a 3 hour job at max besides the fact that they have the proper equipment, it just doesnt seem like a professional way of running a business, at least respond to my calls or give me a proper date of when you will actually work on what I bring you!

Good quality, but extremely inaccurate time estimates, unorganized and mistake-prone order process. Before I had ordered 3 flanges for my rig, I called and was quoted 2-3 week lead time. 2 months after ordering, I called to see where they were, and they hadn't even been started yet. I called every day for a week, and finally they got made and sent to me - all 3 were wrong in different ways, wrong pilot size, wrong seal size, shifter interference, missing inner pilot - all had to be sent back and remade. In total it took 12 weeks to get my full, correct flange order (as opposed to 2-3 weeks quoted).I then ordered a driveshaft, nothing special just a double cardan rear shaft, again was quoted 2-3 weeks. Again, 2 months went by and no driveshaft. I called, called again, kept calling every day until they got it shipped. In total it took 10 weeks to get my order (as opposed to 2-3 weeks quoted). If you want info on driveshafts, give these guys a call - they're friendly and they know everything about driveshafts. But unless you are willing to wait 2-3 months for a single simple shaft or flange, find somewhere else to purchase from. Even if they do quote you 2-3 weeks (which they will no matter what, apparently), don't hold your breath. The quality of their product is great, but no level of quality is worth that kind of wait - my entire spring and summer went by while my truck sat in the garage with no driveline. Also, a note about the order process - the website is outdated and useless, don't bother looking at it. Orders are made verbally by phone, and although I stated the exact same specs multiple times, I still received flanges with incorrect pilots, seal diameters, etc. And once you place an order, who knows what happens with it - each time I called after 2 months to see why I they hadn't shipped yet, it's like they completely forgot about my order until I called to remind them. If I hadn't started calling every single day to push them, I honestly don't think I ever would have received either order.
