I originally called to get a quote for some wheels and tires for my GS300 and when I showed up to the store in person about a week later, George greeted me at the front, remembered my name and treated and my ride like royalty. I've been wrenching for 20+ years and rarely, if ever, go to any shop for anything...EVER!! But, when I came here, I felt right at home, almost like family. I was treated with respect and courtesy and didn't get any non-sense pricing, everything was upfront and got a hell of a deal!! I highly recommend coming here to get your next set of wheels and tires, you'll be glad you did!! Thanks George, I appreciate the speedy and quality service of you and your team!!!

Everyone here is amazing! They stayed open late for us on a Sunday and found a solution for our not so simple flat tire problem. They fixed it quickly and efficiently, and we made it to the airport on time.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with WestCoast Deals On Wheels, particularly with George. I find him to be insincere and lacking in customer service skills. During phone calls, he often rushes through conversations, giving the impression that he has no time for estimates and is solely focused on extracting money from customers.

I went to get 4 new tires and was treated with the absolute best customer service. Jorge really knew his stuff about which tires were best for my vehicle. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need. i saw that they do oil changes and A/C recharging.

I've been going here five years plus. I have gotten 4 cars windows tinted. and hands down this is the best tent in the valley. five stars two thumbs way up. I even got rims and tires from here pure quality at an affordable price thank you George

Came in to do tint on my new car , and they did an amazing job! Not only that but I also got new rims and tires, and gave me a good price, they did an amazing job on both and treated me right, I am more than satisfied with the work they did. Great job to Jorge and their team :)

This place has just about the best service you can find! They are always ready to help and have a good choice and price in tires and rims. They also have excellent skills when they do their window tint. This business is very well handled in many ways than expected. I highly recommend you stop by this shop!

I drive for Uber/Lyft and need regular maintenance frequently. I ve tried numerous places to get my oil change and brake maintenance and these guys are absolutely the best. I ve never had an issue, very nice and honest guys. I highly recommend them!

Thanks to west coast deals on wheels for installing my new wheels and tires on my new bmw . Joel is the man along with the rest of the crew also tinted my windows with life time warranty . The best place in the valley great pricing and wonderful service .

awesome just got my windows tinted Jorge did an amazing job got limo and 35% in the front this is my 3rd car and has always done a great job . I definitely recommend westcoast deals on wheels .

I brought my car here for a tint job, and was advised if lint didnt go away theyd fix it. the first tint job they did was horrible, it had lint, creases on the film as when they were heating the film and passing the card//squeegee they missed those parts?So i called them took it back, they said indeed it wasnt done right, i left my car there again for the second time, wasting my lunch time.i come back, they then tell me to give it a week to fully dry.when i got in to inspect it i notice they had cut my weather strip with their blade. BUT i decided to ignore it. I gave it a week, this film was now hazy, when the sun hit it it made it look like dry window cleaner,so i callef and im then told i need to wait atleast 2 weeks, at this time i had spoken with george who i suppose is the manager, he clearly stated to me it must of been the formula they used but to give it 2 weeks to fully dry. I replied by advising him id wait 3 weeks and let him know.So i wait the 3 weeks, nothing changed, i called with annoyance in his voice he said to take it back. I did and he wasnt there, i spoke with two older men, one who said his name is arturo, the one who was much older kept saying he saw nothing wrong and that its normal, after feeling like i was up on the stand trying to prove my case i told him tbat george said it was fine and theyd change it. He stated its difficult for them to talk to customers like me who are difficult and unsatisfied with the job. I pointed out amd explainef everything that happened, then pointed out that they cut my weather strip with them being the 1st people who have touched my car since i got it out of the dealer. He very uncaring said accidents happen but it isnt a big deal. I said to me it is, its a new car.So he told me to just leave it and theyd change it-again wasted my time.When i picked it up i noticed it looked the same but i had to go so i didnt say anything, at the first time i got maybe 10 min after leaving i noticed there was no new tint on my windows, no fesh water to be DRIED-THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE FILM-all they did was clean my windows.at this time they were closed so i had to wait to call them.Called and spoke w george, who was now very defensive, stated there was nothing wrong with the film, changed his story to the formula they use is now water, that he aims to plase 99% of his customers (apperantly i fall on the 1% of them not caring) i explained to him what happened,about my weather strip,he then said they dont cut the film from the outside etc, i advised him they are the only people who have touched my car, which he replied by stating that he has been doing tint for 8 yrs THAT HE TRIES HIS BEST BUT IT ISNT PERFECT, THAT NO TINT JOB IS GOING TO BE 100%, THAT IF I WANTED 100% I COULD TAKE IT TO THE DEALER.he stated maybe my door panels had armorall which he might of cleaned and then with the same rag he cleaned my windows again.. If he would of told me that they do their work and it wont be perfect or that i was paying for only 50% of effort i would of taken it else where.THEY SHOULD REALLY HAVE A SIGN STATING THAT, THAT THEIR WORK ISNT PERFECT BUT THEY WILL TRY. That way at least we know. So he said again he cant please everyone, i told him what bothered me the most was that i was lied to that i spoke with two of his employees,felt like i was questioned too much about their job that they do day in and day out and after wasting so much time all they did was ckean my windows and sent me my way like if im stupid. (I should also mention, when i spoke with the two employees, the older man took me inside to show me their film where him and another male employee who was working on a older car started arguing about not having my size film going back and forth about it always being lime that, one of them said who cares show her the other tint..they were literally standing there arguing with each other- i stated i was unsure on what they meant about everything they were talking about to just fix my tint).I took it back,they gave me my $ back.Please save ur time and money and go elsewhere

Came down from the Bay to Westcoast Deals on Wheels. Good vibes, clean shop, owner Jorge and team made my car look nice!!! Come here it's worth it. And the price is good.

Had wheels and tires put on, experienced horrible vibrations and a pull to the right after balance and alignment. No hub rings were put on, had almost 10mm gap between hub centers of car mount and wheel. Tires not mounted properly, have a hop, tires no good. Have to put new tires on, holes on wheels were not drilled properly bolt pattern is warped may need to trash the wheels also. Complete loss, All non refundable.

Really bad tint jobs. I tried to give them another chance, waited over 4 hours at their shop to fix it and still came out bad bubbles and uneven cuts through out the edge of windows.

The service here is excellent, very reliable shop whenever you're in need, people here are fair on prices! Best shop in Panorama City!
