I've been coming here since 2008 and I've never had a problem. These guys take the time to make sure you know what's going on.

I called this location prior to using them for my smog and registration services to get a quote. They never said anything about a $45 registration "service fee" and did not say anything about it until a AFTER the services were done.Then when paying with a debit card - same as cash - they charged an extra 5%. The guy told me that "there is a sign on the wall" that informs me off this.I'm very disappointed with the lack of honesty and information provided.If you go here, prepare to spend an extra $60 for the same service you can get elsewhere.Services: Smog certification, Registration renewal

Hovik was professional and very helpful. One stop shopping for smog test and registration renewal (even though the renewal was quite delinquent, and even had a parking ticket issue to resolve.) Very quick and reasonably priced Smog Check. They even took my used oil (this is not a service they usually offer). Very happy!

Very Nice Setup. Simple and Plain. 1 man operated, but expeditious and kind with the handling of "Walk In" and appointments. From what I've read, it's family owned. It's neighborhood essential and "in the cut". I will be coming back.FACTS: $60 (includes certificate). $11-$12 retest fee if you come back in 30 days or less.If Your near Arleta/Pacoima/North Hills, give this space a try!

Highly recommended. Very fast service and overall a great experience. In and out in less than 30 minutes. The owner there was very kind and even offered me water in this hot weather. I would definitely be coming back.

I made an appointment at this establishment needing a smog check for my registration renewal and was greeted by a straight forward professional Hovik and gave me a quick quote. Next day i showed up on time and Hovik greeted me professionally and had got me promptly started on my smog test and was soon finished, I had passed and I was on my way in 15 mins. 20+ years in business and still going strong! 5 out of 5, coming back again when needed!Services: Smog certification, Registration renewal

As soon as I came in I was greeted and assisted! I called called earlier during the week and they answered all my questions and were very flexible with the time I could come in.They have free coffee while you wait for the smog test to be done. Their service was quick and efficient! I highly recommend this place.

Just went here for my first time and the service was fantastic. Mr Hovik was personable, professional, he even let me use his printer to print some unrelated paperwork! Great prices too, be sure to check this place out.

Received excellent (fast & courteous) service in the midst of the pandemic. Needed to renew my smog certification & registration, all accomplished in minutes via the internet. Let's just say, I will be having all of my future smog certifications done at Quality Smog. I had the pleasure of working with Hovik who was extremely friendly, honest, and fair. He walked me through everything and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. I've been ripped off getting my smog certification in the past so I'm thrilled to have found an honest shop that I can trust going forward. I had a very positive experience. The gentleman who did the smog check was professional and courteous. There wasn't a long wait and my test was complete in a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend this location.

Great place , the guy that did the smog check was pretty chill and informative about the pricing and among other things. I told beforehand I didnt have my registration form but he was chill about and didnt seem bother. At the most you'll spend here for the smog test it's about 10 - 15 mins. Theres coffee already brewing with everything available, I didnt a cup cause it was hot outside. It would be a place I would recommend going back to.

Great place to do smog I went in 30 min ago and was serviced with great customer service. I didn t ask the gentlemen s name but he was super friendly and his coffee brewing skills are on point . Good price and fast quality service

Scammed me didt do his job right he told me car has all the requirements in visual inspection then did the test and told me I have no cat. Way more cheap smog tests in the area and do honest work
