Employees are very nice and helpful. I am disabled and I was able to get good parking and I was attended to quickly. The only thing I can really mention is the prices fluctuate. I bought 3 used tires @ $270 for rims that I was having placed on my car. Since the 4th rim and tire was not having anything done to it, I was charged an extra $15 to put it on my car. But overall I was satisfied with the results.

I dont usually leave review or negative review on any platform but this one is just absurd.I went to the shop on Sunday morning to get my nee wheels installed and rotated. They finished the job for about an hour or so. I went there and i had no damage on my old wheels, as i was cleaning it before going to the shop, but when i check the wheels that has been replaced from the truck, i saw 4 of them have dents. And one wheel have a loong scratch,! And they are almost identical on size and spot. I am disappointed on this tire shop as i was expecting more. My old wheels costs a lot of money. I already had a buyer for them and they backed out because of this. How am i gonna sell these now? I lost money because of this shop! How are you gonna compensate for what happened?Service: Tires

Pretty, pretty good. I went in with my husband for the first time, and it was busy. Everyone was doing something a gentleman promptly came out and asked us what was needed. we let him know our tire kept losing air quite frequently. We waited,and after 10 minutes, a guy came literally where we were parked and took out the tire and quickly realized that there WAS a NAIL IN THE TIRE.. Honest man, I said we need a new tire, and he said NO YOU NEED A PATCH....That shows integrity and that they aren't thier to rip you off cost my man $25. Now, he will return to get new tires because of todays service. It's the little things that go a long way.

Honestly I went to a couple tite spots before here and man this place saved me so much time. As soon as I parked someone came to my door and asked what I needed and told them that I had a punctured tire that needed to be patched. Took him probably less than 15 mins cause he had to help another customer just add some air to their tires. But 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend coming here!

I get it s a used tire place, but they give you the bare minimum and charge you an arm and a leg for a tire you ll only use for a couple of days, they really take advantage of the fact you re in need of a tire and won t budge on the priceI had a flat and and my tire wasn t going to make it further on the freeway, luckily they were the only place open at 6:15pm on van nuys, I drive a Honda Civic, stock rims) they were about to close but I asked if they could just sell me a tire, they said okay and I was grateful.. I thanked everyone thereUpon inspecting the tire the guy said they couldn t patch it , as the nail was on the wall of the tire (which I already knew), again my tire is flat .the guy brought the used tire.. a cheap brand (aspen touring) and began to say that s all he had, I said alright it s a used tire should be $20-$25, even with installation $35?? The guy said, $50 I m not going to do $40 either its $50 even just abruptly said it rudely, i asked you can t do $30-$35 .. If you want Ill put this back on, and you can go A quick google search and the brand even the same size BRAND NEW is $49, I showed him, to which he responded then you should go there, I ll put the spare on .. Worst $50 I ever spent they re reasoning and they way they take advantage is just bad business I wish them well but **middle finger emoji**

I always come here to get tires it s usually 40 bucks i came today and they look at me and said 85 for one used tire i was like whattttt he dead look at me and said yeah 85 for a used tire i was like never mind i ll go somewhere els to which he replied nothing is open on sunday s so that has my thinking they over charge because they know nothing els is open smh never coming here again ps no i didn t get my tire changed i ll wait until monday to get one somewhere elsService: Tires

This place here all they want is your money they don't want to give you like a pretest for a smog check they want to just take your $50 and if it fails it fails oh well then you got your money and you got to find out what the problem is in order to pass the smog test so that you may get your car registered cuz it has to be done every year that you register the car or transfer that the registration to somebody else it's a situation but it's all about the money respectfully Rudy Tapia Jr

I wish I could give 0 star to this place , they quote me $ 3500 for changing 3 parts of my car , and I found a place that did it for me for $ 500 . Stay away from this place by any means they are big crooks

I have been going here for YEARS. Always quality work at great prices. The owner is great, thorough and straight up. You will not feel like you are being lied to. I totally recommend this place.

I came in with a nail on my front right tire and they helped me determine if it was still in working condition. They helped me replace the tire along with another tire that was too worn down. They did this for a fair price and I definitely recommend them if you are in the area.

This place was right on the corner and was super honest about prices. The office was super clean and they had a ton of tires to choose from. Prices were good and they were quick. I could see the place was popular to locals.

Best place to bring your truck or car they checked all the sensors of my truck and replaced it within 20 minutes these men know how to treat and take care of the Customer needs thank you!

I was in a huge lurch and Panorama Tires and Auto Repair would not help me. My car overheated near here and I managed to drive very slowly to their garage ( I barely made it there) . The mechanic took a cursory look and asked me if I could leave my car there until that night or the next morning, but I was going out of town and would have to pick it up after two days. They refused to keep my car for longer than one day, and since I couldn't promise to pick it up on one day, they said they couldn't help me. I was dismissed, but an overheating car doesn't go far... so I ended up on the side of the road with a dying phone trying to find a tow and another mechanic. So, in summary, I was in a great deal of need and was more than willing to pay to get out of such a stressful situation, but Panorama Tire and Auto refused to help me.

They charged me $800 to change timing belt, pulley, and water pump on a 96 accord they did a good job but they forgot to top off the transmission with fluid so be careful

Crew is good. There's an old lady, which I believe is the owner is not good with clients, she's not willing to negotiate as well as she is mean and has absolutely no patience.

Was in a bond since they were minutes from closing and these guys came thru for me. I would of had to miss work the next day if they hadn't helped me my tire. Thank you guys, I really appreciate the above and beyond service!

Excellent service and they also checked the air on the rest of the tires before we left and made sure that they were all even. A wonderful pothole sent me here.

I went this place for a nail plug tire the technician scratch and damage my paint in my wheel, now this make me feel really disappointed not trusting for my future needs they don t have the correct tools and training for the employees.

If a woman answers the phone, be patient because she has no understanding of customer service. The crew though is excellent.

This was a good tire spot I had to change my tires before they popped and they tested all my tires to make sure they were all good. They did a great job

Disappointed the technicians were unable to even remove my lug nuts. The smog shop down the road managed this with no problems.
