Went to this location earlier today to check if they could help with replacing my headlight & tail light on the passenger side. Mya helped me initially and was great. She was helpful, honest and professional. She let me know I would have to seek additional help with the head light because it required extra equipment to reach, but she was nice enough to clean my headlights and check the tail ones for me. Getting it off was a little tricky so Javier came in to help us out. He was just as great! Javier got the last screw out for us and helped to finish the job in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very knowledgeable, fair and eager to assist however they can especially Mya & Javier! Thanks to them my light is fixed and I have a sense of relief while driving. Thank you both, & thanks O Reilys!

Late last night (10/3/'23) my car battery died (b'cuz it was old and i needed to replace it). I got a jump and called this O'Reilly's store to see if they had the battery to fit my car in stock and if they'd stay open as I was on my way. Luckily I made it 5 min before they closed (10 pm). And Maya was there to help me! She was so nice and very informative. She rang me up and changed my battery for me! I know employees hate when you get that last customer in right before closing, but Maya never made me feel like I was inconvenience at all! She was so helpful. I highly recommend this store and DEF go see Maya!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Davin who was more than amazing! I came in for help because my battery light kept turning on and I couldn't tell what the problem was. He offered to test it for me and figured out it was the battery the whole time! He even changed it as I had no way of bringing the car back home! Im so happy he was there as my car is still running great to this day! Thanks again Davin and team!

Ladies at the counter were very helpful. I had called in to make sure my part was in stock and the girl was friendly over the phone. Walked in, got my part, walked out and I was satisfied. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring great & knowledgeable employees at the counter!!

Great experience with this O'Reilly store. 3x In a span of two years I bought parts from Autozone Nordhoff, 3x have the wrong one. O'Reilly got the correct part each time. Don't waste your time at Autozone, go to O'Reilly.

Associate attention... Beyond excellentI was dealing wit my AC , looking for one of the few honest mechanics unsuccessfully. So decided to take action in my own to see why my AC Comp wasn't workingFuse Good etc.laat option ; reload it with refrigerant but hard time buying few hoses and non fitThis associate took the time to look for the right hoseProblem resolved;Issue AC was low on liquid

Man oh man let me tell you how awesome the employees are. Went in looking for some wiper blades and walked out with a full oil change, new battery, and a new socket set! All along side my wiper blades. Dee really knows how to sell great products you didnt know you needed untill you walked in! 10 out of 10 will shop again!

Since I live about a block from them (literally), I have used them quite often. I have never had any problems with them what so ever. Even when I placed special orders. They have always honored the warranty of their products. If I had something to complain about, I would say that the store is small so they don't all the products larger stores like Pep Boys do, but hey, I am OK with that.

Very rude has no idea what i was asking for .....finally the lady on the phone just plain started mocking me and telling me i was playing on the phone.....she kept hanging up the phone .... evry single time....finally i gave up and went to oreillys since it seems my business was npt wanted here........i mean...what kinf of people are they hiring.......this is the second time ive had to deal with rude emoyees that know nothing of cars or the parts that i need ...and finally instead of accepting fault im being ridiculed by staff...what the heck.....i just needed a part...horrible horrible horrible customer service.....i xant give them negative stars but ill leave this comment here....

O-O-O-O'Reilly. Has knowledge staff. pretty good selection of parts and accessories in-store. if you cannot find what you need in store, DEFINITELY check out their online site. I totally recommend it, more choices, and items that are online exclusives. If you sign up for their O'Reilly club card, you can save even more with some exclusive discounts online. I saved nearly $20 extra on an alternator for my Lexus that way with a coupon code! FREE SHIP TOO!BTW, I am not being paid for this review, nor am I in any way working, or have worked with them. I just like value.

This place it's close to my business and I' decides to go in and get some parts for my car,I regret spending $300+ here" Very bad customer service, they have you standing there untill they are done having their own conversation with their co-workers.They don't know how to greet customers , or handle situations when customers are not happy or please. As a business owner I would definitely fire all of them, lack of motivation,lack of skills,The girls are so rude no smiles at all.Maybe give the Manager a chance , But he needs to know what the customers are asking and want, Not go by what he feels in he's gut could be a good part for my car.

DO NOT LET LUIS TOUCH YOUR CAR! My car wouldn t start after he gave it a tune up then he kept insisting there was all this other stuff was wrong after my car wouldn t start anymore. He is the worst. Don t let him side hussle you. Took him over 6 hours only for everything to be jacked. Then he got a censor from the junk yard that was bad and played stupid about it.

Have what you need and local. NEED better customer service or people who like to be there. Lady named Dee working there needs better training in customer service and better attitude

They dont even carry the products that they say they have over the phone. I called for 3m rubbing compound... was put on hold for about 8 minutes, thinking he had gone to go check for it, was then told they carried a quart of it for 27 bucks, i get there and they dont carry it, and never did carry the quart size period. Damn i didnt oreillys had to lie to get customers. I went to AUTO ZONE LIKE ALWAYS.

If you need an idiot advise hurry to the store there are a lot of knowledgeable sales person who's favorite repond is we don't carry those parts until you stick their face into the screen to show that it's there
