The most frustrating, baffling and time consuming experiences I have *ever* had at any car repair place. I still don't understand why I went thru what I did. My car was never fixed right after weeks of waiting, saying that they were waiting for parts, then I was sent home (twice!) with a car that was not fixed properly and then more weeks of waiting. Ultimately I had to take the car elsewhere and they fixed it in three days. The time and money and stress that I went thru was beyond the pale. Again, I still don't understand it. I felt I had to chase them down because they would never call with updates, either.I can see on other reviews here that many people have also gone thru this same thing. I can't figure out what the game is with this place. Why not just fix the cars on time? I would try to talk to Luis about what was taking so long and he always had some excuse or some new angle on what the car needed. He seemed to be just dragging his feet much of the time. Weeks and weeks were wasted on this place.This is an experience I will *never* forget and I am urging anyone who is reading thru these reviews to trust me on this one. You are gambling with your money and your sanity here.

Took my 1965 mustang because the transmission leaked oil, Luis recommended a rebuilt so I approved the work. Unfortunately after the repair the car kept leaking oil, took it back in countless times but he couldn't get it to stop. I finally gave up since obviously he couldn't resolve it. Nice enough guy but I would search elsewhere for Transmission repairs...Service: Transmission

I called in on a Thursday and brought in my 2018 Mercedes the following day for the rear brakes . The staff is wonderful and easy to talk to . They are very reasonable . I took it to the dealer first and they wanted and arm and a leg to change the brakes . Bringing it was here was the best decision . They were quick and honest with their work .Services: Transmission, Brakes

Very rude & unprofessional! they tell you, you have a yr warranty but they lie n try to charge you after your bring you car back in the 4th time .. i wouldn't recommend a place like this to anyone. My kids & I nearly drove off the freeway n got hit by a big rig after the 4th time bringing it in ... they laughed about it thought i was funny. They also wanted to charge me for another recipe i wanted saying it was the 4th time bringing it in. I honestly hope they shut down because this was one of the wrost experiences i had and they gave my truck back with all these weird sounds telling me they will charge if i want it back to normal.

Was not was I expected got charged twice as much as my estimate had new carpet when I took my truck left it oily and use the back of my truck as a trash can transmission seems to be okay for nowService: TransmissionService: Transmission

, no worries, how they leave your vehicle, but more worried about getting there money, .money hungry. & I make sure to take all my stuff out they steal your stuff no joke ..100% no doubt after there check there job lift the car they leave bolts lose on purpose &if u argue with the big guy they'll use the grinder &damage something with it . ..they only do good work for themselves or there amigos, ...Service: Transmission

This place is the most terrible shop in the area I don t recommend this shop don t come here save your money and pay a professional not this rats.You re going to wait months to get your car done and the car is not gonna be working good this mechanics don t know how to work professional they have uncertified people working there and be careful to don t leave anything of value because yes they steal your stuff too I never going to come back to this place please don t waste your money hereService: Transmission

This place is giving the American people a bad name, it s the worst a shop I have been to my whole life, don t ever trust anybody by their looks but for their tone of voice, you ll know when you meet the owner
