Called to see if I can get two of my tires patched (which I went to two other tire shops for who said they couldn t patch either tire!). They successfully patched my front tire and put a temporary patch on my rear tire to hold up until I can get it replaced. I was in and out of there with no appointment in 30 minutes! Great service :)

The worst ....Stopped in for air in tire and to ask about appointment for new breaks for sons car. After putting air in tire I stepped inside the car bay along with another female customer and asked Duke, who was standing, not customer engaged for restroom key. His response was astonishing" wait outside and wait for paying customers to ask their questions first, can't spend time on people who aren't paying for anything".I'm happy to say to washed my hands I left his establishment. I would rather go to the dealer than give Duke one penny.. My guess, Duke does not have very many minority customers.As only the other customers were both female and non-minority's.

Friendly, honest, and fast. I really like taking my cars and have recommended this place to friends and neighbors in the area too. Prices are very reasonable too.
