Not sure what exactly I just paid for in the automatic car wash? $10 for a car wash. The sprayers went around, but the dirt is still here. This is just standard road dirt from regular streets. I got out and tried to dry the side and dirt is smearing around. Save your money and either do it yourself at the self serve or go to the Premier location off Lake Blvd.

Not knowing any better I paid $40 for a new cabin filter. That is way more than I found them to be online when I got home and checked. The air filter was $26 also overpriced. I have been getting an oil change there ever since I moved here in 2021. No longer.

I neglected to schedule an appointment at the Ford dealership before I drove 700+ miles in one day and these guys were happy to take care of my Bronco Sport immediately with zero waiting in line. They didn't make a fuss about the bash plate which I seriously appreciate. They really *came in clutch* to save me in a pinch. Anytime you need an oil change by professional yet personable guys, this is your shop!Services: Tires, Oil change

Premier Oil Change is always consistent. They changed my oil quickly and we're not too pushy about their additional products and services. My car takes synthetic oil, so I went with that, I must say that the free car wash made me feel a little better about the $90 I paid for the oil change. I was in and out, including the car wash, in 30 mins or less. I will be stopping here again when I need an oil change and happen to be in the area.

The crew down at the Palo Cedro Primier Oil Change is awesome! They re always ready to work and are very respectful, in the process. If you have a question, they re always ready with a knowledgeable and respectful answer. The owners have occasional issues with the car wash, which I ve only had an issue with twice, and each time they re quick to fix the issue and help out. Plus, who doesn t like a nice crisp cold can of soda?!

This was definitely the best oil change service I ve ever experienced. They were friendly and professional. You never have to leave your vehicle and you can see everything they do which doesn t leave you wondering if they were actually performing the services you asked for. They were knowledgeable and obviously well trained. They seemed to enjoy their work which is rare now. I wish I had known about this company years ago. Anthony and Zachary are top notch employees. Very pleasant experience. Clean facility, friendly knowledgeable staff, will go back when my car needs service. Great service with no pressure to buy extra stuff but they have it if necessary.

Premier is awesome. I have been going here for 10 years. They are fast, friendly,and always treat me right. I also love the fact that they report all maintenance records to Carfax. Made selling my truck much easier. All my records were easily verified thru Carfax. Always get a free car wash with an oil change. It's pretty awesome. Highly recommend it.

Went for my first oil change on my brand new pick up. Before I even pulled out of the bay the check engine light and DEF light and warning came on. Was told I needed to top off my DEF fluid and it would fix the issue. I filled the DEF last week. So I know it s full. Well my pick now sits at the dealer since I called my dealer from premiers parking lot. Not sure what s going on. Those lights were not on when I pulled in and were on before I even pulled out of the bay. I made sure the oil they used was the right oil for my pickup before they even touched the truck to make sure they had it on hand. The truck only has 7500 miles on it which is the mileage recommendation for my engine.Service: Oil change

The team was incredibly fast and friendly! I decided to let them give my car some extra TLC and services since the oil change took no time at all. They answered my car questions and made me feel like I was a valued customer. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience!The quality of the products used on my Truck were first class, as were the Service and Technicians.The Car Wash tunnel only took about 3 minutes and my Truck came out spotless! No more waiting 30-45 miutes for a car wash.Thank you and I will return.

Only car wash in Palo and its convenient for others who live in the area. Although the self serve car wash has decreased in quality.The brushes are either messed up or missing altogether. The sprayers have leaks and leak everywhere so you arent getting good pressure.Where you pay is usually messed up. Not accepting quarters most of the time. The staff seem nice I've gotten a few free car wash vouchers from them randomly but I dont trust the automated car wash after it took off a friends mirror on her car.

Premier is terrible not only did they mess up a serpentine belt that caused my motor to blow but they would not cover the cost. It cost me 9k to get my truck fixed and after asking around i found out it is not uncommon for them to mess things up that can cost thousands and not take ownership for their wrong doing. Before going there ask around and do research on the shops don t make the mistake I made.Service: Oil change

Started taking my car here to get my oil changed. Easier than doing it myself even if it does cost more. I have always been very happy with their service! They dont try to push products on you and always show you what they are doing. Very friendly staff! I will always be a returning customer!

These guys were always in the ball. Quick, easy, painless until the bill shows up haha. Worth every penny when you've got a warranty. They get to know you in a small town like Palo, which makes dealing with local business much easier.

The crew at the Palo Cedro store went above and beyond again today. There was an issue with an o-ring on an oil filter which caused a leak. When I called to report it, they offered to come to my home town give it a look. I was able to drive to the shop where they found the problem and fixed it, refilled the oil, and cleaned the spilled oil from the motor and the bottom of the car.Things happen, but it means a lot they were so willing to check it out, admit the issue and fix it immediately. They even have me an extra car wash coupon to make sure my car was really clean underneath.Great customer service!

Excellent service here. They will try to upsell you on services, but they will show you the color of the oil or fluids that they are suggesting you replace. They will also educate you on how often you should perform certain services, which I appreciate. Great guys, very polite. Two thumbs up!

Car wash is really good. Very helpful service. Oil change experience was excellent too. Very quick service, the techs really do a thorough job while you wait in your vehicle and you get a cold beverage while you wait!

Had my oil changed there recently. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know what issues they saw and what was in good condition. To pressure to up sell me, which was very nice. I will definitely go back!

I've gone to them for awhile. Because, my sticker on windshield.Notices car is due. Only complaint always up selling & sometimes just can't afford, even if told needed.

The first thing they offered me was a ice cold water or soda when I pulled up to get my vehicle serviced, it was a pleasant experience, price was good for Jordan, Ethan, and Cody were professional, and very helpful, I definitely will be back.

My fiance and I always go to Precision quick lube for our oil changes. The full service change is only a couple bucks more than it costs for the pimply faced youths at Walmart to spill oil on your engine while hurridly trying to rush you out the door (which ironically takes forever!) The guys at Precision are always fast, but never rushed - and the full service includes checking/filling fluids, Tire pressure, and vacuuming the interior of your car. They've even alerted us about belts starting to look worn before too, even though I'm pretty sure they don't even replace them - it's great to have an objective early warning. They take care in what they do, are friendly, accommodating, and have always done a great job. We drive from redding to Palo Cedro and wouldn't think to go anywhere else!

I live in Redding but go to Premier Oil Change in Palo Cedro.Why you ask? Well for one the Service is Second to none! I feel like Jeff Gordon when I roll in...with a team of Professionals starting on my Truck within a minute usually!Second there has never been a wait!...try that one in Redding!Highly Recommended if you have not tried them yet!BestRichard
