I am very satisfied with the service. I brought the car in for some trouble with the hybrid mode, which turned out to require major repairs. But all was done under the warranty, taken care of by my service advisors. I had to wait a few days for parts, but the repairs made my car like new again. I also received a video with the final inspection. So, even though nobody likes repairs, this place is the right place to go to with your Volvo trouble!

This review is based on my personal experience but I felt the need to share because I won't be having any more contact with these people I definitely won't recommend them to anybody when I first got there I felt as if I was getting all the help possible as soon as I left they continue to Hound me about giving them a review and acting as if they were going to continue helping me but never actually helping me the keys to the car doesn't work the cooling light keeps coming on the tire has a malfunction even though they said it was brand new and these are minor things that could have been fixed but I'm finding myself having to do it on my own even though it was their mistake on top of the price of this car and what I just found out that they financed it for are double the price of what the car is worth including the high car note that they said was the best they can do I should have stuck with my first mind and went with the first person in another city but they made it seem as if they were trustworthy again this is what my personal experience was would not recommend if you do not know anything about cars this is based off my personal experience of what I went through

Marc went above and beyond and even waited for me to get there after close. 4/5 because no rentals were available whenever I took my car in for service.
