Incompetent Toyota processes are incapable of delivering the second key for a car that was purchased 10 months ago.Scheduled an appointment to pick up the second key and no key was available.Morning was wasted.Would not recommend.Octavio from the service department was very pleasant and did try his best to help.

Very rude service advisor. I was charged $195 just for oil change not even rotated my tires. Website advertisement is just a joke. Don t go over this place for service they are here to rob customers. No more business with this place. This dealership should be penalize.

I got burnt bad by some little girls while I was showering and the staff blamed me and yelled at me I ran out side to the safe zone and got dressed at my car. No worries ill come by tomorrow and drop off a load of bath beats. Be there Or ill come every dinner time to feed you a well come serving up fresh and beefy

This is my go to place for servicing my Lexus. It is only a mile away from my house and I can get all the work done here quickly without having to drive all the way to San Jose.They now provide a ride for you to get home through Lyft or Uber which is a lot more convenient then the shuttle.Ernesto is fantastic and he got my car out of the shop in record time. I had the left CV boot replaced and it looked clean and well done.

One of the worst service experiences I ever had. not only super unprofessional and rude, but also lack of responsibility and transparency. Most of the service agents can't even talk english properly to explain the problem and solution to it!! Super bad management and more importantly lack of caring about customer service and time management.

His service attitude is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous, and he took the trouble to answer my questions one by one.
