I was shopping for a Tesla car. Andres - Tesla sales representative from the Sanford, CA dealership called me and said that they have a great deal on the vehicle I'm interested in: $5700 off plus additional $500 referral discount. I liked that price and he advised me to go through the loan application process, get approved and reserve the vehicle before it is too late. So, I went ahead and went through loan application process, (off course I got an hard inquiry on my credit report), got approved, paid $250 deposit for that specific vehicle and everything looked good, however on the next day after logging into the Tesla app I have noticed that my discount got completely removed and now I'm paying a regular price for that vehicle.After multiple attempts I was finally able to get a hold of the manager, whose name is Jackson, who told me that the vehicle I was offered was no longer available and now I have to pay a full price and wait for the available vehicle, which is clearly a bait and switch deal. I told him that it would be respectful if the company was able to keep the promise and honor the same discount for a different vehicle, but unfortunately they have decided to completely erase my order from the system without any email notifications or phone calls.Unfortunately I haven't received a simple email or text explaining what was going on.Normally, the whole process of buying a car should be a pleasure and joy, because you are buying something new, something you like and have been waiting for for a long time, however in my case the whole shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, arrogant and disrespectful and dismissive behavior of the reps.Save yourself a time and go to a different dealer with better reviews and better customer service.

Didn't let me test drive a car even with a reservation. Made up a weird rule the second time I came by even though there were no issues the first time.

Really nice place to check out Tesla. However the sales person is a little pushy on asking you information and when told that I am not interested in purchasing it within the next 6 months, they just lost interest in you

This Tesla showroom is in a perfect location amongst all the high end girlie shopping stores in Palo Alto. Gives the guys a break from looking at womens shoes and handbags and eating kale salads. No pressure from the sales people just have a seat in a Tesla. They had three models including the s model and SUV. Check one out if you haven't sat in one.

Do not buy a Tesla. You get nowhere near stated mileage, tires need to be replaced constantly and markups on basic repairs are ridiculous. Customer support is non existent. Do not make the mistake I did, read the reviews. Never buy a Tesla!

nice showroom, lot of space for you to walk around and feel the cars. the personnel are friendly, not too hard-sell and always attentive when you have inquiries. They are very knowledgeable and always prepare to answer any questions you have.Parking is not a problem too compared to the other showroom in Santana. Open till late evening which a great for busy people to visit after work. Whether you plan to buy or not, you feel great just by hanging around the new technology. :-)

Walked in just to learn about Tesla EVs and the staff was friendly and helpful. They showed us around each car and answered our questions.

The people there are amazing. The car sells itself but it s great talking to friendly people that aren t trying to sell you a car unless you re in the market. Everyone is really friendly, and it s dog friendly as well. I talked to a gentleman named Louis there and even though I am not in the market, he still treated me like a valuable future customer. If you buy a car buy from Louis, he ll take care of you.

I didn't understand that after paying the 100 dollar deposit I would be automatically assigned an "advisor" that wasn't my choice. Make sure to place your deposit with the person you want to be your advisor. I want make a shout out to Ms. Misty at the Tesla Stanford shopping center. She has excellent customer service and a very pleasant vibe. Thanks for answering all my questions even while off hours

The Tesla dealership was quite busy the day we stopped by, however within 5 minutes if entering, we were offered the opportunity to test drive any model 3 we wished. Fun! (We had a little time to burn, so it was a nice experience.) The Tesla rep was pleasant and non-pushy. That said, in the show room itself, the personnel did pounce on anyone and everyone. They might take a hint from the car and turn on "chill" mode.

The showroom does require mask wearing. There was no line for entry. There were lots of customers and visitors. Spoke with an older couple who had just purchased the Model Y, and I shared my experience as an owner. They did NOT purchase FSD (wise choice, saving $8k). Just wish they could have used my Super Charger code at order to receive 1k free miles. Msg me to use my code if you enjoyed the pics & videos plz , out of you have questions.

Probably the worst shopping experience I've ever had.Misinformed, mixed messages, and lots of confusion leading up to me not getting the car after all the wait.Not an individual error, but a systemic disarray. Their system is not versatile for different scenarios and this was clearly how automation could lead up to a terrible costumer experience.

I am nowhere near being able to purchase a Tesla, but it was great entering the showroom without being pressured to buy one. The salespeople are knowledgeable, easygoing and truly have a passion for the future of cars. It was so cool being able to see the side doors open up and looking inside to find a sleek, spacious interior. I definitely want to buy a Tesla in the future, but for now, I'll marvel from afar.

Been at this store was great! The service is awesome; Adam rocks as employee, the attention and the service was top tier, I even had a test drive!More than a visit to a car shop, it was a complete, memorable, and amazing experience, 10/10

Model 3 is at display here. Although, rebates offered or suggested might differ significantly basis the time of delivery. So, do make sure you understand that and specifically ask for the price of the car keeping that in mind.

What a great experience. No pressure to buy and they let you check out all the latest tech. There might have been no pressure but now that I've driven a Tesla it is certainly at the top of the list for my next car!

First time I visited to see the car in person. What a phenomenal showroom! The sales people working there were very knowledgeable about the tiny details of which I was curious. I was very impressed. If I were looking for a Tesla, that's the location I would go to.

Great experience today! As we were looking around, we were asked if we wanted a test drive of a Model 3.The test drive was about 30 minutes with the Tesla employee being super kind and helpful.

Waited in line 40 min before being told I needed to sign a liability waiver just to sit in the Model 3. That's absolutely preposterous on so many levels.I've never heard of such a thing and I've been to a few Auto shows. I can't imagine how little confidence you guys must have in your product to require that.

Very informative, answered all questions, stumped on a couple of queries that as I expected. Still not capable of distances over 600 kilometres. The Lithium batteries have a 20 year lifespan.
