Worst oil change ever. Inexperienced shop student vibe. $129 for an oil change only. Good ol bidenflation or plain old robbery, who knows. Dude told me to turn my car on and Rev it to 2k for 10 seconds just to show me my oil was still dirty which was a red flag. I feel like they didn t even change the oil but I ll never know will I? Speedy Oil change is my usual and will continue to be my oil shop. And $60 cheaper. Not very hard to pour clean, mess wasn t a shocker considering the vibe I got.

Palo Alto location- San AntonioRd.They are the best. Excellent customer service, friendly, efficient, always explaining the car service in detail. Here they don't offer you anything that your car doesn't need, like everywhere else. The guys are super friendly and always welcome you with a smile. The best place to trust your car service.

All the staff, especially Santiago, were honest and friendly. They did their jobs efficiently with my oil change at a very reasonable price without me having to leave my car. Service was done within 15 to 20 minutes and they also checked my tires for free on another occasion. Highly recommend for no fuss oil change, and great service.

Came in for the first time and was treated with exceptional care by Santiago, Sergio, Steve & the rest of the crew. They were fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, worked as a great team and got me out super quick. I chose high mileage synthetic oil and it cost about the same as I'd pay at the dealership but without the 2 hour wait. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be driving through again!

Very friendly staff and super quick. It was the first time I ever had an oil changer check my tail lights and headlights to make sure that they were working the way they should. They also had me rev my car at 2000 RPM for 10 seconds to make sure that, everything was running and sounding smooth and my oil was clean. On top of all of that; while most places close at 6 PM, they re open till 7 PM and their prices are incredibly reasonable.

I gor home and saw that my truck was leaking oil and went back and wasted two hours of my time. They didn't do anything and said it was probably overspill! Not happy at all

I love coming here. Santiago and his crew are always kind, quick and efficient. They don t push extras on you. They suggest only when it is necessary and they show you what your filters look like, etc. highly recommend !

Pretty poor customer service. Staff is extremely rude n overly entitled.Mr Christian asked if I want high mileage oil and I said no.Another staff went into over explaining mode and when that continued for a while I was told why I didn't come early as if I owe him money.Service was pretty quick as ppl running the mouth(Mr Christian and fellow staffer) had nothing to do with it.During billing, Mr Christian told me that they used high mileage oil when I specifically asked NOT to use. I had to double check with him that it was infact, NOT used.Giving 2 stars because of quick service but they totally lack the basic etiquette.

This was my 2nd visit to this place. First time - everything good.Second time, I paid ~$100 for an oil change but they did not secure the skid plate correctly. The plate fell off while driving on the highway. Imagine the scare it caused my family and I.Luckily it did not lead to a big accident.The two stars are because they replaced the part.The -3 stars are because 1) lose skid plate?! come on - this place is not low tier and these problems are completely unacceptable2) They had known about other folks with similar problems, they should have contacted everyone to prevent accidents (can you imagine if the skid plate had flown off and hit another car!?)3) I emailed multiple times asking for a refund and was given the go around. They offered a free oil change for next time but not sure I trust them with my car anymore.They did not offer to pay for any of the expenses I accrued as part of the problem caused by the insecure skid plate.My experience may be an outlier, but I expected better. The likelihood of someone being hurt from the skid plate (my family or another car on the road) is not low.

San Antonio Oil Changer location has been the best location I ve gone to so thus far. The guys (Santiago) esp. was very accommodating and helped me with a quick oil change. The other location that is great is the Santa Clara one. I have yet to try the new one in Sunnyvale. I love the underground service and you don t have to get out of your car.

I just drove in and they change the oil and filter with full synthetic oil, check other fluids and lights, adjust wheel air pressure, remove slight corrosion on the battery with a total of 85.99$ for my Elentra including tax, and applied a 15$ discount writing a review just in 15 Minutes. They have also given me a free top-off service.

Super good and friendly service. So much better than dealership. Just sitting in the car while they are doing the work really fast. And they are washing the window too, checking all the lights and everything. And only paid around 1/3 of what I usually pay at the dealership, where I usually wait 3 hours or whatever!

When I get there some one already there to help me no waiting just in and out even though I leave 2 hours away I still drive there because I don't trust anyone to change my oil but them thank you so much and keep up the good work

Got a great service today, Desmond was super helpful in explaining the things my car was due for and showing me the prices which I really appreciated I m always nervous going into mechanics because I don t much about cars, but these guys were great! And super speedy!

Need to get your oil changed folks? Well then good ol' Oil changers has the best service in the Bay Area for getting your car's fluids, and functionals changed. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I personally like that I can drive in and never even have to leave the car as I sip on a latte and check googles stock price. I usually go to the Dealership to get my oil change but they made it so difficult to make an appointment and were overcharging me. I saw the great reviews oil changers had and decided to give them a chance and I am so glad I did! They appointment was short but I was taken care of. Santiago and Abram made my experience very pleasant by their great customer service and knowledge. Glad I found this place because I will definitely be coming back!! Santiago and team took INCREDIBLE care of my Mercedes! I'm a little guarded on who I let work on my car because I feel most places try to gauge you especially if you don't know cars well. He was so informative and kept me in the conversation with every move they made. If I didn't understand he took the time to educate me. Great customer service and service to my car!! The Team was very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. I'm glad I took their recommendations because the car is running remarkably smoother than when I drove in. I highly recommend this Oil Changer for honesty & integrity. We have other cars & this is where we'll be coming from now on.
