Avoid this place at all costs. I had my car serviced at this location of Jiffy lube and they created a problem and then refused to address it. I have been a customer of other Jiffy lube outlets for several years and have always experienced professional services, but not at this Palo Alto outlet. The management and team at this outlet were most unprofessional and refused to correct a problem that they created.

I would like to thank Wilburg and Oliver for great service. They were professional yet friendly. They advised me on my options with oil change, and they did it in a timely manner. I will definitely come back to change my oil in that station.

They tried to upsell me on a new air filter for $50 and then put the filter back in wrong. I never asked them to touch this but would recommend you stay clear from this place.

Needed a new battery and the manager Alfonso stayed longer just to Install it for me on a Saturday afternoon! He was so helpful and happy to help me! Hi I d like to get my windshield wipers replaced Ok let me talk to my manager who knows how to do those on the computer. The chatter in the background on pricing You got two options: $16.99 or $26.99 Ok so what option do you recommend for my car The mechanic walks out to my car. I recommend you just go to Walmart. Just being honest. 10 secs laterRay walks up. What you need? Ok let s take a look if we have it. He looks up my vin number, finds the wiper, installs it in 3 minutes. I pay and I am on my way.Oh my. What an experience. Plus, on Wednesday at 1:30 the place was empty.Ray rocks. Thank you.

Dishonest and use a bait and switch strategy.I called ahead and they said that battery replacement for my vehicle is $169. Than they charged $200. I arrived and they said it would take 15-30 mins, took 1 and a half hours.

Good service, very quick, happy employees and an easy process. I've been using this Jiffy Lube for several years and I've never been disappointed. Access is easy and the waiting room is clean and spacious. It's not noisy or crowded.

This was the second time we tried this location and my wife came home in tears. She returned after getting an oil change (less than 10 min later) for help with a light that was out and the techs got hostile with her to the point of telling her it was her fault that she didn't see the light was out. They said she was the "boss" and they wouldn't be responsible for noticing things like a light being out unless she pointed it out to them herself. She wasn't allowed in the bay with the car, so how could she have pointed it out to them? She asked them multiple times to replace any lights that were out and they claimed they did during the service. The fact that they couldn't jus apologize for the mistake or let the issue go, but instead decided to blame her and raise their voices at her in the parking lot speaks volumes about the type of business this is. They are all about intimidation with no pride in their work.

Horrible. I came in for an oil change and also asked if they could look at my AC, which was blowing hot air. They looked at it, said it needed to be recharged, and charged me $120 for the service. 2 weeks later, it was blowing hot air again. Turns out there is likely a leak that will likely require a more extensive repair at a real auto shop, and that the recharge was only a temporary fix. When I called Jiffy Lube about this, they said that they could not provide a refund or any further service to the car, as all they are equipped to do is AC recharges, and are not equipped to even do a real diagnosis of the problem to see whether the recharge would have been the best solution in the first place. So much for their satisfaction guarantee!I feel that they should have told me from the beginning that they were not equipped to do a full diagnostic of my AC, and that the recharge they were providing might only be a temporary fix. They should have referred me to a real auto mechanic. Instead, they took advantage of my lack of knowledge about car issues in order to squeeze every penny from me they could. I called back repeatedly and asked to speak to a more senior manager. The person on the phone promised to have someone call me more than once, but never followed through. Very shady, horrible customer experience.

Very dishonest, unprofessional & hostile personal! I was the only customer, they did the job without even putting a new info sticker on my windshield, then I asked if they had checked my air filters, they said no, I asked them to check it, they did and air filters were very dirty, I asked them to replace it, they said they didn t have it, I went to a part store bought it and back to same jiffy lube in 15 minute, I asked them to replace it, but they didn t want to do it, I had to beg them before they changed the filters. High Charges: they charged me $98 for syntactic oil change, which was way over price!! At time of pay, I presented them 2 Newley purchased jiffy lube $50 coupons I had purchased from Costco, cashier kept putting the coupon number in his register (purposely wrong) and said coupon is not active or not good so I had to pay cash. Later on I called Costco online and Costco confirmed coupons are/were valid and good, so deliberately they cheated and lied in order not to take the discounted coupon! Later I checked online and realized I can change syntactic oil and filter on my car for $35 else where, and jiffy lube charged me $98. I will never go back there. They were lazy, hostile, dishonest, unprofessional. Will never go back there again.

Very bad service, asked for oil change only cause thats the only thing they are qualified to do. They pulled my cabin filter out( as always) and sprinkled some dirt on it. Scam artists. I refused to replace it because i did it myself a few months ago. When i got home i found the cover from filter housing in my glove department. Those aholes couldn't even figure it out how to put it back in. So sad, last time i go there.

I've only been here once, but the service was superb. When you get a basic oil change here, they will vacuum out your car, wash the windows, and fill up all of your car's fluids (minus the gas obviously) without trying to upsell you and convince you that something needs to be replaced. If something does need replacing, they will simply inform you that the part should be replaced and that they can replace it for you if you wish (no pressure!).

Jiffy lude quoted me $116 for oil change on a 10+ year Honda Civil. I questioned them why the Penzoil oil costs that much. They changed the price to $60. Less than 10 minutes, oil change was done. I didn't see them drain the old oil from my car. Is this oil change?

I have never been to an establishment with such unprofessional workers.I have been to this Jiffy Lube at least 5 times, and every time they did something different that I did not like. Once, they left oil on my steering wheel, another time they put Teflon tape on the threads of the oil plug, WITH OUT telling me, ('Cause they started to strip the oil pan). Each time, they always managed to spill oil around the fill cap... The second to last time I went there, they put in too much oil and for the first block of driving I had HUGE clouds of smoke trailing behind me like thick fog.But this last time, really irked me. Multiple employees were cursing because they had messed up on another customer's car. They weren't even trying to hide the fact that they messed up, and I could hear it in the lobby. I felt bad for the other customers, but in order to save myself and my car, I backed out and left - to which they saw no problem with... I even heard "Well he's leaving...". Damn right I am.So instead I headed up El Camino to another place where they do oil changes in 9 MINUTES, which had excellent service at a decent price. To say the least, I would never recommend that anyone go to this Jiffy Lube. I would write to corporate, but I have better things to do.

What a great staff at this location. They are polite, professional, friendly, and quick. This will definitely be my default Jiffy Lube from now on.They also went above and beyond when I expressed a concern about my car and took a look for any obvious hazards. One major one was found, they pointed it out to me and recommended I see my mechanic immediately.Thanks to their staff, I have likely avoided breaking down, due to a problem that was much worse than I had thought. (Literally, a small, but important, missing bolt).I couldn't be happier with my experience at this location.

The service I received recently was superb! The technician let's you know right away if there are any leaks, and what's the best oil for your vehicle! I enjoyed the warm smiles, and the knowledge that was given! Keep up the great work! :0)

Amazingly generous and professional. One of my tires was running low on air, and they filled it up free of charge, even though I did not use any of their other services. I felt guilty and so offered to pay, but they twice refused. Next time I need to get the oil changed, I will most definitely go to these guys.

Not friendly at all. I asked to change my air filter which I took. And after they try it they said. Oh too difficult. Too tight...I think the got lazy about doing the job. Jiffe lub lost a client . I will never go back to this location or jiffy lub. AGAIN NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I'll admit that I don't generally like or trust fast-service centers. I used to be a mechanic and it's just a "thing". However, this place has me reconsidering. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I'd come back here without a second thought.
