Fix Palo Alto repaired a pretty serious dent to my model 3 and made it look new again. They also detailed and washed the car before handing it back to me. Great experience and I d use them again

My minivan was hit by someone who had AAA insurance, so I was sent to Fix Auto by the insurance company. I wasn't sure at first what kind of experience I'd have, but they turned out to be really great--good communication (Tony especially), a faster timeline than I was originally told, seamless back-and-forths with the insurance company, etc. When I got my car back, there was one issue with a sensor in the door they'd fixed. My teaching hours are not flexible, so Tony sent someone right away to pick up my car in my school parking lot, take it back to Fix Auto to be repaired, and then they returned it to the parking lot by the end of my school day. I was wowed by that level of customer service!

Fix Auto was very methodical, professional and skillful with the entire process of estimating, scheduling and repairing the body damage to my vehicle. I like that they set up�an initial appointment to inspect the vehicle and prep the estimate, and then we set a separate appointment for the work itself. That apparently allowed them to line up everything they need and be totally ready to jump on the repairs when the vehicle is dropped off. Once they had the vehicle, the turn around was fast - the drop off was Tuesday and I had the car back fully repaired by Friday. They did a beautiful job on the repairs and the car looks new. I highly recommend them, referred them to a colleague at the office and will definitely use them going forward as needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are awesome! They called me often to keep me updated with the status of my car which was very much appreciated, and they actually finished my car earlier than initially anticipated. The work was done very well... very thorough and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you own a Tesla! They are hands down the best people to work on your Tesla in the Bay Area!

My Tesla needed the "shells" on two doors replaced. The repair was covered by insurance so I went with a shop they recommended. That means I can't really speak to their pricing, though it seemed pretty reasonable. In every other respect, Fix Auto did a fantastic job. Not only did the car come back, as they say, "like it never even happened" but they were at pains to keep me informed every step of the way. They are very easy and nice folks to deal with as well. Tesla approved shop. Courteous service personnel who gave clear and on the mark guidance on steps to engage the other party s insurance. Good progress update and delivery back on time. They gave the vehicle back with good detailing.

I recently had the right rear door replaced on my 4 door, F-150 truck. Fix Auto was able to paint the new door and blend in the paint to the rear of the cab without having to remove the truck bed. Other repair facilities wanted to remove the bed, and even though this is not a complicated process I wanted to avoid interfering with how something left the factory if at all possible. When I picked up the truck, I wasn't completely satisfied with the door alignment. Most people would never have noticed but I am very particular. The person in charge asked me to wait 15 minutes and they took the truck and made a minor adjustment and it came out perfect. Silver is the hardest color to match and I am pleased with the color match.I have previously used Fix Auto and I have always been very satisfied.

Fixed my Tesla after a fender bender. Great communication, and delivered before schedule. Gave my car back in like new condition, washed and ready to go. Place was nice to boot.

If I could I would give this place negative stars. Word of advice don t take your car here look at all the bad reviews on Yelp first. I made the mistake of going by the reviews here and I totally wish I hadn t. They have no regard for your time. They say things will get done and days later you re still waiting. Daniel is a very condescending guy and talks to you like you are stupid and JD doesn t even let you speak. Or are they only like that to me because I am a woman?! Either way steer clear from them if you want your car to get fixed. We reached out first week of July and it is now almost September and we are still waiting for an estimate. Javier and his business are excellent! I have heard of them for years but never used them until now and I'm totally amazed by how great their service is. The communication is very polite, on time, and responsive. The service was so professional, knowledgeable and quick. I'm still in shock how all my issues were solved in such a timely manner. I feel I have a new car again. They will be the only auto shop I go now even though I live in Redwood City and they are in Palo Alto ! Stop looking around comparing rates! I got a paint scratch on my car and brought it into Fix Auto for an inspection appointment. During the inspection, the repair man said the scratch was shallow enough and suggested that they try to polish it out in the back right there. They got the scratch out looking like new and didn t charge me anything. Best of all, I won t have to go back for a repair appointment or get a rental. Great professionalism!

Very well run shop. They were exceptionally well organized & knew exactly what needed to be done to repair my car. They followed up with phone notifications and finished the repairs ahead of expected schedule. Full lifetime warranty on the repairs they did. Car looks great & everything works as before. Tony Espinosa managed the job with support from Javier and other office staff. Fix Auto was recommended to me by AAA when I filed my insurance claim. Excellent work.

I had some bodywork done and the car looks great. I think they do good work. Customer interaction was just OK. Not that easy to get through to on the phone, it took me several days of trying. One time I called at 4:58 and they did not answer. Also, it took a really long time to get the appointment for the repair, so I was driving around with a smashed car for weeks and weeks. If I had known that I would have probably taken it elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim
