Very poor service.last 2 services they are giving the car back without washing and vaccum. Service Staff is unprofessional, liars who claim of doing things but actually not doing those. parts and labor are 30% more compared to other audi service centers.

Very poor service. High turnover rate in staff and it feels that no one is in charge. When I bought my Audi last Oct, Audi only gave me one key due to chip shortage. Finally 6 months later, Audi corporate notified me that I could get the second key made. I went to the Palo Alto service center in mid June, the service agent told me he would order the key for me. I called every two-three weeks to inquire about the status, the receptionist said the manager will find out and call me back but no one ever did. I suspected the order was lost or was never placed. Finally I got hold of the part department in late August, the staff who was in charge of ordering the keys said he had placed my order in June and that it should come in the following week. So I called again, the guy was no longer with the company and another guy told me that there is no record of my order and he needs to place an order for me. My goodness, I had waited for 12 weeks for nothing!Then I call Stevens Creek service center which told me it only takes 5 business days to get the key. Now I understand why the Audi Palo Alto has poor reviews.

Great service experience here. Sidney was very responsive and let me know all I need about the shuttle service and the condition of the car. Did my 40k service and was able to get it back end of day as they said.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance but when I showed up I wasn t on their schedule. They said they could try to squeeze me in but might need the car for a 2nd day. It was a 30K mile minor service which is an oil change and inspection. I also needed them to check the Start/Stop which wasn t working, he said it is probably the battery. They completed the oil change and inspection and confirmed the battery needed replacement but had to keep the car into the next day to finish the work. The one saving grace was they provided a shuttle but I didn t plan on being without my car for 2 days.

I had terrible experience. The service was slow and the communication was poor. I went there to do car maintenance and fix headlight.The service advisor told me that it can can be done by Friday, but texted me around 5pm on Friday that I had to wait until Monday without providing any explanation. I waited and then DIDN'T get any updates about my car until the the next Tuesday. I texted the advisor on Monday several times and got IGNORED. I couldn't use the car for the whole weekends + Monday and Tuesday, and Audi service also provided nothing for transportation reimbursement after I asked.The advisor is completely unprofessional. I won't come back again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I could not complain about the service, The team was professional, they grabbed me a lyft and also provided a loaner since the repair took a longer time.

I went in for a recall service on my car. After that there seem to be issues with cooling which was not the case before the car went in for service. I reached out to the service manager regarding the issue. He was extremely rude and defensive off the bat, without even listening to the exact issue. I tried to be patient and understand what the issue might be. But he gave me unrelated doctor analogies without even bothering to explain. Even after all this I requested for a diagnostic appointment and he took no interest in setting up one for me. I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner. I have been a regular at their service center since 5 years. The services have been deteriorating and everyone seems to be extremely rude and not interested in helping out the customers. I won t recommend their service center.

I needed an oil topoff and would not be near my usual service center during business hours for the next week. Stopped into the Palo Alto service center 15 minutes before closing and Brian was more than accommodating. Patiently waiting until the engine cooled down enough to gauge how much oil was necessary and then waiting after putting oil in to ensure it was adequate without over filling. In short stayed later than business hours on a very cold night without complaint and provided prompt service with a smile. Brian embodies customer service!

I left my car for an oil change service.And IThey returned my car without my car title.I left my documents in a black book.Audi Palo Alto is not responsible and they say that they do not have access to my car, that is illogical since in order to do all the checking they have to drive it, get in and out of the car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After making an online appointment for an Audi Recall (can't register why car until complete) they canceled my appointment at 5PM the day before. A second appointment was made for the next week. I just called to confirm and now they say there is no record of the second appointment. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Worst service ever... With 12h before the appointment they text me, not even call me, to tell me that even though I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks later to have a loaner that no loners are available and good luck man :)) That happened at 5:40 and they close at 6, guess what I could not reach anyone..I think this is by far the worst service I've ever experienced, and Audi once again make me regret the decision to buy this car. Thanks Audi, and I promise that I will never buy this car again.

Dropped off my car, Matt Rost was my adviser and told me he will have the car diagnosed the next day, he got back to me the next day that he can t arrange the car to be diagnosed until the week after. I needed the car for my trip so I had to pick it up not even diagnosed. He just costed me time and money. Not returning to this service centre again.

We bought the service package for my wife's Q5 when we bought the car. It supposedly comes with a loner when the car is dropped for service. She's been told to reschedule multiple times because they didn't have a loner available. Today, she has to settle for the shuttle, like she was dropping off her old Toyota.

scheduled an service appointment, end up with quite a bit of wait, loaner wasn't ready, "minor" service took a couple days (too long), confusion on the bill which was paid, advisor was overwhelmed at times - I used this PA service center a couple of years ago and was pretty disappointed with the service then, i tried this year again and it still doesn't seem to be any better. recommend SJ or BG!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Google website says the service dept is open at 9am, Audi website says 7:30am. I have been calling since 8:47am and it is 10:107am and their phones still says they are closed and to leave a voice message. What a joke! This is very frustrating!

Horrible experience. I ve called three times to discuss my car s service needs and could not get through to a service advisor. They promise to call back, but never do! Very frustrating!

They tried to blame me for my fuel pump giving up. It took forever to get approval for the warranty to pay for it. They ordered the parts and now 37 days later haven't started worked on my car. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer.

Extremely bad service, hold my car for weeks just to fix a simple issue. No updates, keep let me guessing what's happening, broken several parts! Mixed components with someone else car! Imporperly installed!

They reschedule you at least 5 times. They never give you the loaner vehicle and scam you by adding hidden charges. I was promised a ride home on Uber, but the amount was not enough to cover the trip, I had to pay for the trip out of my own pocket.Services: Tires, Oil changeTe reprograman al menos 5 veces.
