We bought a Q4 e-tron. Samuel who is the sales manager helped us thru our buying journey. Samuel is extremely kind and helpful person. Also very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Quite rarely you may see that in other dealers.Although I think their other managers might be servicing in a similar level, I recommend you to look for him when you intend to buy a car from them.Q4 etron is very high quality car, my wife did like it too much and I believe she will drive it for many years

Just bought an A5 with my partner from here yesterday! Couldn t have been happier with the purchase! We were a call ahead appointment and Nader took great care of us. Was a very smooth experience with great service all around from everyone involved. We were taken care of even with food items as we patiently waited through the process. This is a great car dealership with people who clearly care about their customers. Thank you so much!

The Audi dealer service was excellent. The recall was timely addressed, the service personnel explained every aspect of the recall for the e-TRON charging cable, the work was timely completed and the service manager explained the work performed. He also notified me of an additional update battery update that would be required at a future date. Very satisfied with the service.

I purchased myAudi eTron GT at Audi Palo Alto and the purchase experience was one of the best that I've ever had. The sales rep and sales manager were very friendly and transparent - no shuttling back and forth to "my manager's" office or painful haggling. They understood the deal that I was looking for due to the Audi incentives at the time, and put together the deal I was expecting. The F&I (finance & insurance) person was also great - no last-minute pressures for add-ons, no surprise fees, etc. The delivery experience was excellent also. Highly recommended dealership!

Samuel Wong was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He took time to carefully explain how to navigate the Q7 s systems, controls, warranty, etc. His instructions were clear and precise. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future. Truc Tran and Hadi Davoodi were easy to work with and accommodating in regards to the financial aspect of my purchase. Kevin Starr was extremely helpful regarding ordering a privacy trunk cover and Victor Luis was very professional and accommodating regarding the scheduling of an appointment for Clear Shield. All were warm and approachable.

Super experience with Jamal and the team (Christopher, Crystal and Adil) at Audi Palo Alto.With one text message we got the ball rolling. None of the tedious back and forth that one becomes encumbered with at many dealerships. Jamal was prompt and very familiar with the vehicle. He was friendly, polite and yet, professional in his execution.Terms were set on the phone with him and his manager on good faith. And they honoured it when we arrived!He had a vehicle ready for us to inspect when we arrived. We went through all the options together. All questions (and we had a lot) were answered. We even changed our mind on the original vehicle and still had great terms transferred to our eventual pick. The vehicle was taken to prep for our drive off.Since we arrived in the evening and it was getting late, Crystal and the finance team prepped remote signature forms and we drove home. More finance teams need to adopt this style.This was a great experience. Our first Audi and a very positive experience. I highly recommend our sales associate, Jamal, as well as the rest of the team we came in contact with during our purchase at Audi Palo Alto.

Everyone is super professional and polite, and I mean everyone came over to me to say hello or congratulate me on the car I was picking up.Samuel Wong was my sales person, I found the car on a search through the Audi website and Palo Alto Audi had what I was looking for. Samuel worked to get me close to the price I wanted but went miles past that with customer service. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I drove up from Hollywood, met Samuel and Tran from finance, took care of all the paperwork and made it back the same day.

Second the shadiness brought up in other reviews unless they can resolve this and this was honestly a misunderstanding/mistake:I bought a CPO 2022 SQ5 last year August and was charged a full year of registration fee. Three months later December I received a registration renewal notice, which I paid.Upon checking with friends who got used cars, the dealer charged a full year registration fee for the three months of registration left. Maybe I'm not understanding this correctly, but I've been trying to contact them for the past two months to either to explain to me how this works or issue the refund for the amount I overpaid. Nothing, simply ignored my emails. Hence the review.The car has been nothing but great though.Edits: They replied to this review that someone from the store will reach out to me. Two weeks later, heard from absolutely nobody. Intriguing.

I brought my 2021 E-tron to complete recall work. Was told by the service mgr. that I might have it by the end of the day. 16 days later, my car was ready, but only after I contacted the dealership to inquire. I was told my service advisor quit unexpectedly and my car basically fell through the cracks. It was also unwashed when I picked it up.

Fantastic experience at Audi Palo Alto!!Despite having to reschedule, we're excited to finalize our purchase this Wednesday. Even with the dealership buzzing and our own fatigue and hunger, the team's attentiveness shone brightly. They offered snacks, water, and coffee, ensuring our comfort throughout the wait.Special shoutouts to MJ, the General Manager, and Christopher Paez, the Sales Manager, for their knowledge and warm demeanor. Both are new to the dealership but made us feel right at home, confidently moving forward with our vehicle choice.Our salesperson, David, deserves a huge thank you for accommodating all our test drive requests. If you want a rude experience with sarcastic comments and get belittled then this should be the store you go to. Came to look at a CPO vehicle which elicited a roll of the eyes along with a statement to note of - "Alright I guess I'll need to do this."Did the test drive and when I said we'll sleep on it and give you a call tomorrow. Got the smart alec response of - "Heard that one before". Sure but you also lost a genuine buyer.When we asked about payment options since we wanted to pay in cash and needed a few days to get it together for which he had to go ask the manager for some input, before we went there got the response - "Decide that you want it, then I'll see".General rude demeanor when my wife was asking questions - if you didn't want to engage, just refuse and sit at your computer. There's other showrooms we can go to. This is exactly what we did, we got our car today just from a different store. Absolutely atrocious behavior - browsing through this and reading the service stories confirm my experience not being unique. If they only want to send your big ticket cars, please sell them and refuse everything else. There's no need to be selling the rest of them, you want the money and dole out attitude? There's no place for that.Update : In spite of what the message below says - there has not been one piece of communication from Audi Palo Alto regarding this. As of today - 5 weeks after my original review, I got a text about a special offer .

I went there a few days ago and the sale person didn t know anything about the car. It took them a while to prepare the cars which we were interested in, and when it came to the second test drive I was I asked if are you serious to buy before he let me test drive it. We were asked to turn back within 10 mins.We are like in our mid 30s and can really afford whatever car we want, so I really am not sure what this attitude was coming from.My biggest problem was still that we were supposed to test a few cars, and I drove 30 mins there just to get rushed out, and the agent with us knew absolutely nothing about the cars. He read from the dealer slip on what features are there and can t answer any simple questions, such as the driving assistance feature. If these are the sales people there, I can t imagine how bad the services are.Avoid it, Burlingame was much better,

SHADY!!!!!!!! I ve been trying to write this review for months, but I become so angry I can t complete my review!Shadiest of the shady dealerships out there!Here are the basics of my experience buying a used vehicle:They falsified the AutoCheck report and hid the pages that disclosed two accidents on the record! Even when I said something about it looks like it s been in an accident before they said nothing. They would not negotiate the price - so the vehicle was not worth what I paid.I then drove 90 miles back home only to discover a terrible noise in the brakes. THEY INSTALLED MY BRAKES INCORRECTLY!!!! (I was reimbursed for repairs). Regardless, that s a huge liability.(Looking at reviews, clearly their service dept. is terrible too).I m now stuck in a terrible situation where I need to sell the car for money, but it isn t worth what it should be.These are just the two big examples of how they scammed me.Always buy your own vehicle history reports and buy both the carfax and the AutoCheck.Shame on you guys!! I d give -1 if I could.This isn t the last you ll be hearing from me.

The service was unsatisfactory, with both the agent and manager displaying a condescending attitude. They seemed to have an unreasonable expectation that customers should purchase a vehicle on the day of their visit. If not buying immediately, customers were treated poorly, akin to being considered worthless.

This is more related to Audi service. I've typically had seamless good service here over the years, however I've noticed it's been harder and harder to reach anyone there the last few times I've done servicing at Audi Palo Alto.Last week was the worst occurrence. I had to call 3 times to get a service breakdown and quote for breaks for my Audi S4. Each time I called in I was redirected multiple times (the line was cut once) and never got to a service agent. The receptionist put in a "special urgent message" the third time I called and still no one has returned any of my calls. It's been a few days and still nothing.My alternate go-to is German Motor Specialist in Mountain View. I called them up and was able to get a quote and a service slot right away. I've used them in the past and they've consistently had excellent and responsive service. This will be my go-to going forward.
